Hey everyone! This is the final installment of my story. I hope you all enjoyed it so far. I really had fun writing this story. Disclaimer: Sadly, Sailor Moon is not mine. Oh well, David is. Now presenting? Why Serena Dumped Darien epilogue by Empress Earth (PG) @~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~ The Sailor Scouts were not at all happy with my decision to end my relationship with Darien. They protested by mentioning the demise of future Crystal Tokyo, and they never did fail to mention the fact that Rini may never be born. Even though that was my biggest fear, I told them that I believed that she would be born, but with a different father. She would still be the same. After hours of protesting with me, they finally gave up. My happiness, to them, was all that mattered for I was their princess and they would do anything for me. Personally, I believe that if destiny really exists, maybe it meant not for Darien and me to be together, but I know for a fact that destiny has meant for Rini to be born. Crystal Tokyo will exist as it did in Rini's future. Things were going to be a bit different for the way everyone expected, though. @~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~ I thought the week would go on forever, but finally, Friday arrived. I left school feeling anxious and nervous all at the same time. Sure, bringing home my first 'A' test paper for the first time in a very long time was part of my nervousness, but hanging out with Molly and especially David later on was the main part of my anxieties. Hanging out with Molly was nothing new to me of course, but David, on the other hand, was different. When I thought about him, my stomach would do flip-flops. Butterflies fluttered in my stomach like crazy when I saw him or talked to him; much like how I used to react to Darien when our relationship was young. My mom was so proud of my test paper that she cooked an extra special dinner and many yummy snacks for Molly, David, and me. She even gave me money to rent two movies instead of one. My mom was an absolute picture of radiance and beauty; she glowed so much after I showed her my paper. The time finally came for David and Molly to come. My stomach performed an astounding acrobatics routine when I thought about David coming over and hanging out. My butterflies ached to get out. I jumped when I heard a sudden, sharp knock at the front door. I tripped to the door a bit too fast and answered it out of breath. The movies I pick out were a hit. I rented a mushy romance; a love of Molly and I. I, also, rented an action flick; I know how boys love guns and blood. Somewhere in between the two movies, David used the old yawn and stretch routine to drape his arm over my shoulder. I bushed, of course, but I made no attempt to protest. After the movies we ate and snacked. David praised my mother's cooking many times throughout the meal. My mother blushed. She instantly fell in love with David. She gave me a wink as if to say that David was definitely a keeper. The night finally came to a close and what an exciting night it was. I walked David and Molly to the door to see them out. Just after Molly stepped out of the door, David lean towards me and placed a sweet kiss on my cheek. He told me he had fun and he would like to do it again sometime. He joined Molly to walk her home. Before he left, he turned around and waved. I waved back and watched them disappear. I stood there in a trance with the door open and my cheek burning. @~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~>~~>@~~ TA DA?So what do you think? Feel free to e-mail me and let me know.
