Chapter 5
Qustions II

        "Mina, you know who Chris is?" Reeny asked.
        "Well, I know who he is, but I haven't yet meet him face to face
before." Mina answered.
        "Then why di..... oh never mind, I'm lost, just forget I said
anything.
I'll just be listening." She said giving up hope trying to understand
what was going on.
        "Look, I'm really confused right now and I'm starting to get a
headache. SO here's what's going to happen, everyone who wants to stay
will not ask any questions that is about what we're talking right now.
As for anyone who has a question then just shut-up, leave and ask me
what ever it is sometime later because if this continues then you might
as well say I'm crazy. Chances are I'll answer whatever the question is
before I leave for Spring Break, alright? Good, now good-bye to whoever
and Mina, yes Chris is coming and no you are not going to show him
around unless you promise not to get involved in what going on between
Chris, Mary, Cath, and myself unless asked to." I said frustrated by
what's going on and how everything is going wrong for me.
        "Sure, so when's he going to be here?" Mina asked.
        "This afternoon, almost dinnertime." I answered going back to what I
was doing, which was cleaning the mess in my room and putting book on
the shelf.
        "Look Serena, I don't know what right you have telling us what to do
but........ wait a minute, did you say you were leaving?" Darien asked
just realizing what I had said.
        "Yeah, so what? It's not like there's much for me to say for." I
said
while put some books up on the middle shelf, not caring to look at the
group behind me.
        "So when will you come back?" Lita asked with a hint of worry in her
voice.
        "Don't know yet, maybe the Friday before school starts again, give
or
take a day or a few." I said with not a hint of care at all. Truth is I
don't care, well not anymore I don't. I mean what's the use of caring,
either way something bad's going to happen to me either way and I'll end
up in a rut, AGAIN. Think about it, at home I'll just be stuck with a
twin in my face and here, well that's a hell of a rut that's for sure.
Here I'll be stuck with the scout who are my
best-friends in the world, which for you r information we now act like
business partners more than friends and times we act like strangers to
each other now. It use to be hang out at the arcade, the all or the park
but now it's just dullsvill. Also, there's Reeny, as much as I love the
kid and all, I don't like just as much. Truth betold, I liked it better
BEFORE I found out that she was mine and Darien's kid from the future.
Last but not least, there's Darien, he's one tough cookie. I mean
there's no right way to describe what I think of him. One part of me
says he's the worlds' only living heart donor, while another part says
he just needs a little time and space away from me to him think since
thing's been moving to fast. Then there's the third part that says you
love and care but you don't at the same time. Which also, another thing
when you think about it was the only way for him to even say he cares is
if he really has to or he finds out I going away for good. Which I think
the fact that I'm going away for Spring Break might trigger that one. As
for him even saying he loves me then I have to be dying or something in
that area. So if something just doesn't change between Darien and myself
by the time I leave then it's see ya never to Darien and I'm moving back
home whether anyone likes it or not.
        "What do you mean a 'give a take a day or a few' and how much longer
is
a few?" Raye asked breaking her silence.
        "I don't know yet." I answered.
        "Anyways, are you guys planning on staying and helping or leaving?"
I
asked. I mean if they ask anymore question then I might as well just say
good-bye secret and hello everything going up in flames. It's not that I
don't want them to stay I just want some privacy. As for the more
questions they ask the more trouble will start.
        "Fine, were going Serena. See ya." Lita said with Darien, Raye, and
Reeny in tow.
        "Bye"
        "Yeah, see ya." Amy and Mina said to them toneless not look to see
them
leave since they're staying.
        "So Serena, What's FF7?" Mina asked since she know nothing about
computer games.
        "It one of the games I got from Chris, I think." I said not
remembering
who it was gave it to me or I got it for myself, not really sure.
        "So, out of curiosity, who's Mike?" Mina asked as she read some
piece
of paper on the floor.
        "Wha?" I said not quite catching what she said.
        "I asked who Mike is?" She repeated.
        "He's no one!" I said quickly getting the letter out of her view but
it
was to late.
        "If he's no one then why did you sign the letter hugs and kisses,
Sere?" Mina asked not caring if Reeny heard what she said.
        "Whoa! Looks like this game can wait, so who is this guy, ummmmmm is
it
Mike?" Amy asked not quite getting in the conversation until now.
        "Alright, if you must know, he's Chris' best-friend and one of my
friends and has been one since I was three." I said.
        "So there's nothing going on between you two?" They asked
disappointed.
        "No." I answered.
        "Oh, then why do you have a one size to big UCLA jacket? Could he
have
given it to you persay if you were going out?" She asked.
