Ummm....I sent my fanfic in last week, i did! I really did! But somehow it
didn't get posted so it had to wait till next week, in the mean time thanks 
to everyone who has written to me.

Oh yeah, another story to recommend you guys!!!!

FATAL EXPOSURE by Meara. It's sooooooo good!!!! You guys just have to read
it. First author besides Jendra of the Universal Series who i have ever actually
written to in the three years I've read Sailormoon fanfics. (I know, i know,
i always tell you guys to write to authors and yet i don't write to any
myself, but still! Now that I'm an author too, i know how authors feel) SO
WRITE TO ME!!!

OH yeah, huh oh. I just realized (sighed...*hit myself on the head) that I have
forgotten totally about Rini. Thanks to everyone who had written to me and told
me kindly that i had forgotten about her. She will be back this chapter.

Also, to all the people who i haven't written back, I'm sorry but I don't
have the time to write back to every single person who writes to me unless
they asked me a question or something. I want to write back, but I really
don't have time due to some damn homework and the fact that I am in 
year ten at the moment. eeekkk!

Chapter 9

	"I used to think she had too many dreams-but now it is her, Serena who
had given me the warmth I'd missed out on all these years. "

Darien voice trailed off and he looked down at the silent figure of Sailormoon
in front of him. He smiled suddenly, remembering old times "We used to hate
each other-I'd never guess we'll one day end up like this." 

Jack sighed "I guess time can change lots of things..."

They didn't speak after that, and soon Jack closed his eyes again. Darien watched
him in fascination out of the corner of his eyes, his hands were still clutching
Sailormoon's smaller hands in his. Who was he? That was the question they 
all asked, yet no one could answer it until he revealed his identity.

Somehow though, deep down Darien felt a trust towards this younger boy, this 
strange mysterious boy who had entered their lives unexpectantly, this boy who
shared his fondness for Serena. 

Suddenly he felt a slight movement in his hands, and Darien looking up so suddenly
almost missed the flicker of movement on Sailormoon's face.

	"Serena!" He whispered.

Jack's eyes snapped open "She's waking?" he seemed exhausted.

It must be the amount of energy he's used in saving Sailormoon. Darien realised.
Looking at Jack again, Darien realized what a mysterious character he was, 
Complex and lonely... 

Darien's heart began to pound, as Sailormoon's eyelids began flutter as though 
she was having a nightmare.

	"Serena." he shook her shoulders gently "Serena. Open your eyes. It's me,
Darien." 

Than, as if touched by his words, Sailormoon opened her eyes and found herself
staring back into the eyes of the person she loved most in the world. 

Jack left the room silently, not wanting to disturb the couple. 

	"Darien?" Her transformation quickly faded away. "Darien! God-What happened?"
She put her hand to her forehead and shook her head in confusion, trying desperately
to remember what had happened previously in the morning.

	"You were hurt by a blast, God, I thought we'd lost you." Darien whispered,
he hugged Serena tightly, afraid to let go incase he'd lost her again. 

Serena nodded gently as he remembered the events that happened that night.
	
	"Darien. Please don't ever be angry at me again. What happened at the
crossing was just an accident, i didn't know him. Let alone love him." She paused, 
and searched Darien's eyes for the trust she yearned. They remained blank 
	
	"You should know by now that the only person I'd ever love is you. Haven't i 
proved that through these one thousand years." 

Darien looked at her. He wanted to believe her with all his hearts, but somehow
he wasn't a person who trusted easily. And yet, he and Serena had loved for one
thousand years, so why not now? Why not after all these obstacles? Perhaps, he'd
been a coward, but somehow he didn't want to be hurt again. Yet, what was he to
do? He had to protect the princess, they were engaged, and their love had 
stretch back into a past one thousand years ago. How could he possibly let go
of such a destiny. *He couldn't let go.* If he'd never met Serena, than perhaps
it would still be okay, but not now, not when they were so absolutely in love...

	"Serena-I-"

She put a hand to his lips "I'm sorry Darien, but i was just so scared. I never meant
for it to happen." 

Staring into Serena's tired eyes, Darien felt his heart soften. For how could he 
ever stay angry with Serena, she'd meant too much for him.

Than without saying anything, he wrapped his arms around Serena and they hugged
tightly, forgetting everything but the love of each other's embrace.

	"Jack! Where is he?" Serena gasped suddenly and pulled herself away from
Darien's embrace. Her eyes grew wide as she remembered something else that happened
tonight, a dream from another world...a dream that could change her life...a dream
of her past...

Getting up, Darien walked with slow heavy steps over to the door. 

	"She's awake." He announced to the roomful of people. The other girls
still hadn't gone home yet, they were eager to wait until the girl who'd given
them the love they needed, wakes up. 

Eagerly, they crowded into the room with Luna on Amy's shoulder and Atermis
with Mina. Jack came in more slowly behind them.

	"Serena, how are you feeling?" Amy asked gently, she placed a hand on Serena's
shoulder and smiled at her. 

Serena nodded and suddenly tears came into her eyes. Her heart was suddenly filled
with a happiness that was beyond anything she'd ever felt before, and for the
hundredth time in her life, she was glad to have such a great bunch of friends
to share her destiny with her.
	
	"Fin-fine." Her voice cracked, and her face threatened to crumble.

	"Oh come on Serena, don't be such a cry baby!" Raye said, she stepped out
from the rest of the scouts and sat down next to SErena.

	"Oh Raye! I'm so glad to see you guys!" Serena cried, tears spilled down 
her face and she hugged Raye tightly in a crushing grip.

	"Okay, okay you can let go Meatball head." Raye laughed, she looked up 
and exchanged a glance with Darien. 

He smiled at her, than turned back to Serena and again Raye saw the slight smile
that always touched his lips whenever Serena was around.

	"You had us scared for a minute." Lita said. 

Mina nodded from behind her "We thought, we'd lost our princess." 

Luna stepped out "Yes, Serena you really have to be more careful. We cannot 
afford to lose the princess." Her voice was scolding and yet SErena could 
see the thin layer of tears in her eyes. 

	"That's right SErena. You know what an important role you play in the 
future of this planet." Atermis said.

Serena nodded. "I'm sorry. I'll be more careful next time." Than she saw the 
isolated figure who stood apart from the rest of the scouts. It was Jack.

	"Jack! Are you alright?" Fresh tears sprang into Serena's eyes. Jack
stepped forward and Raye got up so he could sit besides Serena.

	"Of course, I'm alright. I wouldn't be here if i wasn't, would i?" he
said. 

	"When i saw that monster trying to attack you..." Serena began, than 
another image of the moon kingdom filled her mind and a sudden rush of memories
flooded into her body. 

	"God." she whispered, and looked at Jack with tears in her eyes. "Was it-
was the dream-real?" she finally said.

There were tears in Jack's eyes as he looked back at her warmly, suddenly he felt
a part of him come alive again, the part that has never lived. He had a family now,
not some guardians who never wanted him in their lives. Now he had SErena, his
sister and for now it was all he needed. "I guess we had the same dream-sis..." 
His voice trailed off.

Serena closed her eyes...the death paradise...then the moon kingdom and than her
mother had appeared and told them the story of the past no one had remembered...
YES, she could feel it now, it was not a dream anymore, it was a vision, a message
from the last queen of the Silver Millennium.

	"Oh god. It's true. It's really true, Jack. You're my brother." Serena cried,
she threw her arms around Jack and hugged him until Jack couldn't suck another breath
of air in and had to pull away.

Everyone present in the room gasped. 

	"God." Raye gasped. 

	"I can't believe this." Lita muttered.

	"It's impossible..." Amy began.

	"Unbelievable!" Mina gasped.

	"The prince..." Luna began.

	"Is Jack?" Artermis whispered, finishing her sentence. They all stared in
awe at the affection that was begin displayed in front of them. Never had they 
seen such kinship in anyone before. The happiness in their voices as they reunited
will always stay in their heart as part of a cherished memory. 

True, the fact of Jack being the prince of the moon seemed too impossible to 
absorb in. And yet, they'd always felt a strange sort of energy vibrating from
his strong body, the blood was in his veins. Jack was the last prince of the moon.

	"It's okay, SErena. You don't have to strangle me." A smile touched Jack's 
face.

Serena's tears flow freely now. "Jack, you're smiling!" Serena was so happy that she
practically screamed.

It was true, in all the time SErena had met Jack, she'd never seen him smile before.
The world she lived in could only be a dream to him, just as his could only be an
impossible nightmare. He was a complex character, Serena realized. And yet, she
didn't care. Jack was his brother and ultimately one of the best thing that's 
ever happened in her life.

Jack smiled again. "Perhaps i'm smiling for this reunion. We are united at last."
he said.

	"Serena. Is what you're true?" Luna asked, her voice was both filled with shock
and happiness.

Serena smiled. "Yes Luna, it's unbelievable isn't it! We've found each other over
more than a thousand years." More tears filled her eyes.

Artermis nodded "It sure is. We would have never guessed, our memories of the prince
was so vague, i don't think neither Luna nor i could remember little Armistice 
until you bought it up SErena." 

Amy stepped forward "So Jack is really Serena's blood brother?" 

Luna nodded "That's right Amy. HE is the healer-" pausing, she closed her eyes as if
deep in thoughts "Yes. I can feel my memories returning to me. Jack or Armistice as
he was called was born three years before Serenity was conceived. He is the healer,
every few generation, a healer is born to carry on the necessity of healing. In 
this that generation, Armistice was born to fulfill this role." She said and thus
retelling the story of Jack's past.

When she finally finished, everyone was silent. 

	"Lord, you died before anyone of us ever got to meet you." Lita said softly.

Jack smiled softly. "It doesn't matter anymore. At least in this life, i have found
all the love and friendship i needed." 

	"You healed SErena?" Raye was awed by his power. 

This time Serena spoke up "That's right Raye. Jack healed me." 

All this time, Darien had sat dumbfounded and listened as their story unfolded
before his very eyes. Siblings... Jack was from the Silver Millennium. All of 
a sudden, it seemed as though the past was replaying itself before their eyes.
First Elfanmion...now Jack. 

	"Welcome Jack, you're part of this family now." Darien said at last, he
gave Jack a playful pat on the back.

Looking around at the rest of the scouts and at the two cats who sat side by side
on the dark blue carpet of Darien's room, he found in them the love he'd been
searching for all his life and for once in all his years, Jack felt that he belonged.
This was the marked out for him from the beginning, and he was glad. Overnight, he'd
been blessed with a sister and a bunch of great friends and a destiny that he must
fulfilled as the last prince of the Silver Millennium.

	"Rini." A female voice called gently. "Wake up, Darling. It's time for
school." 

Rini opened her eyes wide and she struggled to focus on the smiling face infront
of her. "Mummy! You're back! Where have you been?" she cried. It had been two
days since she'd last seen SErena.

Serena smiled, it was early the next morning. The previous had been blissful, she
and Darien had made up, Jack's powers were awaken and now after his healing even
the pain in her chest was gone and SErena had suspected immediately that Jack's
power was unlimited. She smiled at the memory. Despite her protests, the scouts
hadn't let her go home until they were positive that she'd recovered from that
blow to her chest. Finally, in the morning they couldn't keep her any longer.
After all, they all had a family to go home to too. 

	"Scouts business." Serena said. She didn't want to tell Rini of what 
happened the night before-she didn't want to worry her. Rini was young, but being
Neo Princess Serenity had forced her to grow up too quickly. SErena didn't want
that point to be further promoted, she wanted Rini to be happy, being a princess
was a gift but it was also a painful duty. 

	"What happened?" Rini was eager to get the scope.

Serena's eyes lit up at the memory. "You've got an uncle now Rini." she said
happily and waited for her daughter's shocked expression.

Rini, however was not at all surprised. Just amused "You mean Uncle Armistice?"

Serena's mouth dropped open "You knew all along?" Than she realized what a fool
she'd been. Of course Rini would have known, she was her and Darien's future
daughter and unless Jack did not exist in the future than Rini should have known.
She shuttered at the thought. 

	"Of course, but i didn't want to reveal too much of the future to a meatball
head like you." Rini grinned and prepare herself for the pillow that was coming 
her way.

	"Serena! Wait up!" 

Serena spun around to find SEiya running to catch up with her. Speeding up her
pace, Serena tried avoid him. She didn't want the scenario from last night happening
again.

	"SErena! Why did you run off like that last night?" Seiya grabbed her arms
and spun her around to face him.

	"SEiya!" SErena shouted. She didn't know why she was being so cold,
but somehow she knew she had to get away. She struggled to calm herself down "Look,
SEiya. I'm sorry about last night, i shouldn't have ran away."

Seiya shook his head "Oh that, i've forgotten about it. I'm just glad you're alright,
Anyway you didn't answer my question, why did you run off like that? Did i scare
you?"

Serena shook her head, she was desperate to get away. She liked SEiya, he was a 
friendly person but somehow he would never be able to replace Darien's place in
her heart.

	"No. It's not that, you were very nice. But i saw my boyfriend..." Her
voice trailed off.

Seiya's eyes glazed over for a moment but he soon recovered from his shock. "Your
boyfriend?" *Of course she has a boyfriend! You idiot!* he scolded himself, how
could someone like SErena be without a boyfriend.

SErena nodded "Yeah, he's name is Darien." 

Seiya forced a smile "Well of course. He must be very special to deserve someone
like you."

Serena was just about to say *well of course, we've been together for yonks* 
but Seiya interrupted her. "We are friends, right?" 

Serena was taken back by his question. "Of course we are! Everyone is my friend!"

Seiya looked down, he was disappointed by Serena's reply but not daunted. 
	
	"Perhaps, we can be more than friends." he hinted. 

Serena smiled cheerfully, thinking that Seiya had finally accepted her as one of his
friends. "Of course! We can be very good friends!"

Seiya sighed, knowing that Serena wasn't going to accept him anytime sooner. But he
wasn't going to give up, he was going to meet that boyfriend of hers and see what
he was up against. In the meantime...he had to look for his princess.

Suddenly he brightened up "Hey Serena, do you want to bring some of your friends 
along to a concert we're holding?"

SErena's eyes grew wide "The three lights??" her mouth dropped open.

	"Of course, meatball head. How many people would you like to bring along?"
Seiya enjoyed watching the incredulous look on SErena's face.

	"Ummmm..." Serena started counting her fingers. "Darien, Rini, Raye, Amy,
Lita, Mina-oh yeah and mum, dad and Sammy! That's ummm..." tongue hanging out of
her mouth as she worked this arithmetic out "9 people!" 

SEiya nodded "That's fine with me. The concert's tomorrow twilight. Make sure
you bring everyone!" 

	"I will!" 

	"Bye meatball head." He grinned at her, Than turning away, Seiya left.
Watching him as Seiya left, Serena felt a strange scent wash over her sensations,
it was strange, but to Serena, Seiya didn't seem like just any ordinary human.

	"You ought to be careful when you're around him." Came a voice behind her.

Serena spun around and saw Jack standing behind her "Oh it's you Jack." than her
forehead wrinkled at his words "What do you mean? Why should I have to be 
careful when I'm around Seiya?"

Jack sighed "I feel strange vibes from him. He's not an ordinary human." 

SErena was impatient, she was eager to make friends with Seiya and didn't see the
reason why she shouldn't. "Since when do you get vibes!"

	"Since I'm prince Armistice of the moon." Jack replied simply. He seemed
hurt by her words.

Seeing this, Serena quickly apologized "Look, Jack I'm sorry. I've just been too
stressed by what's happened lately." 

Jack nodded, he understood. The pressure was on, the end was coming and soon 
a war would have to be fought. As the future queen of Crystal Tokyo, Serena
had to be strong...

End of chapter 9-------------------------------------------------------------------

Something very big is going to happen at the concert of the three lights.

Ohhhhh!!! I have the worst stomach ache now as i'm writing this. Will someone
please be kind and write me a kind email and give me some encouragements!!!

Anyway, in the meantime thanks to everyone who has written to me. I appreciate
it greatly even though i cannot reply to every single one of them.

OH yeah, sorry this chapter isn't very long, I'll try harder next time!
