Argghhh...at the moment I'm squeezing the writing of this story in between
a physic's assignment, a 6 page physics test on something i don't even
understand, some maths homework, some geography homework, some english
homework and lots of SOSE homework! Argghhhhhh!!! So many homework, and subject
choosing for year 11 is also looming over me! HELP! sigh...i suppose prize
i have to pay for growing up....

Anyway, as some of you know already. I have just made a new website! *boo*

Chapter 10

The day dawned brilliantly. In the heart of Tokyo park, thousands of onlookers
screamed their enthusiasm as they waited impatiently for the arrival of the
three male sensations who had taken Japan by a storm. 

It was a beautiful morning, rays of sun light filtered through the branches of
tall oaks and splintered into fragments on the arbour of the trees; the birds
sang their songs with love in their tiny hearts as the majority of the crowd 
gathered at the foot of the stage and many others spilled into the surrounding
areas.

	"This is great!" Serena shouted over the booming crowd to her family. 

The Tsukino's had jumped at the chance of meeting the new teen idols, Seiya, Taiki
and Yaten Kou in the flash. Ilene Tsukino had dressed up in her best dress and
looked absolutely stunning, while her husband had taken the care of wearing a 
nice casual jumper and slacks, even Sammy had sensed the enthusiasm in everyone's
voices and forgot for once that teen idols were only for meatball heads like
his sister. Rini hung behind casually; she didn't care much for the "teen
idols" everyone was so hyped about, but she was determined to join in the fun. 

	"It is a great pleasure to be invited to one of the greatest events Tokyo
has had in years." Ilene agreed. She looked around at the surrounding crowds and
was suddenly overwhelmed by the large number of people who had arrived at the
event. "My. They are something big, aren't they?"

Serena grinned "Definitely." she searched the many countless faces for any familiar
faces. The other girls should all be here by now, and so should Jack and Darien.
Raye, Lita, Venus and even Amy had been overjoyed by the news they were invited
to the three light's concert, however Darien and Jack had not been so enthusiastic
about going. 

Serena remembered Jack's words *they are not ordinary humans* he had said. Yet,
Serena didn't want to accept the truth of his words and anyway, even if they
weren't humans. What had that to do with the reality of their friendship?

	"Young people these days are getting more and more out of hand. Why
back in my times, people was never this rude." Kent Tsukino remarked as 
some teenager girls bumped rudely into him.

Serena laughed "Oh daddy, pasts creations always think the latter generation
is a disgrace, don't they? It happens with every generation, but the truth
is daddy. You've got to give young people like us today some credit too. We're 
just having fun!"   

Kent was amazed at the speech his daughter had just made. It was hard to
accept the fact that he's daughter was finally growing up.

	"Serena!!!" Came five voices from the crowd.

Serena and the rest of the Tsukinos turned around to find Amy, Raye, Lita, Mina 
and Mina waving at them.	
	
	""Hello Mrs Tsukino and Mr Tsukino." " Each of the girl's nodded their
greetings as they arrived besides Serena.

	"Hello, Girls. How nice it is to see you here." Ilene greeted them with
a warm smile. 

Just than, Serena caught sight of Darien walking briskly towards them. Jack was just
beside him, even from where she was standing-a good hundred metres from their
approaching figures, Serena could tell that they had been discussing something
serious. She tried to ignore the pained expression on Darien's face and the
worried expression on Jack's face.

	"Darien! Jack!" She shouted and pushed past half a dozen people and fell
into Darien's arms, who just braced himself in time for her embrace.

	"Whoa meatball head." Darien tried to put on a cheerful face and failed.

	"What's wrong Darien?" Serena was concerned. 

Darien shook his head "Nothing. Nothing's wrong SErena." 

	"Serena! I may have said that you can go out with the boy, but i will
not accept this display of inappropriate affection in public." It was Kent, his
face burning red as he stormed up to Darien and Serena with the rest of the
family behind him.

	"Daddy!" Serena protested. "We were just greeting each other!"

Ilene stepped forward "I have to agree with your daddy this time Serena, affection
should not be displayed in public." 

Darien smiled and restrained SErena from saying anymore "I'm sorry Mr and Mrs
Tsukino. I assure you, nothing like this will ever happen again."

Kent nodded her approval and Ilene smiled. 

	"Hey Sis." Jack whispered in her ear so no one could hear except for
Serena.

	"Jack! I'm so glad to see you here." She smiled up at Jack. Today was
going to be the best day of her life and no one, absolutely no one will ruin
it for her.

	"And this is?" Mr. Tsukino demanded, looking rather rudely at Jack.

	"Oh i forgot to introduce you. Mum, Dad this is Jack, he's my-" She'd
been about to say *brother* knew that however much she wanted to introduce
Jack as her blood, she couldn't. "I mean, he's a new friend of mne."

The Tsukino's looked Jack up and down and gave an approving smile. Their daughter 
was hanging out with the kind of people they found acceptable. Yet even as Jack 
gave them a ghost of a smile, they could feel a sadness about him. He seemed 
mature beyond his years.
 
	"It's very nice to meet you Jack. Serena has certainly been making some
very good friends." Mrs Tsukino smiled and Jack shook the Tsukino's hands in
turn.

	"Nice to meet you too. I've heard wonderful things from SErena about the
kind of family she had grown up in, not to mention that her mother is a
wonderful cook." Jack replied.

	"Why, thank you." Mrs Tsukino seemed delighted. This boy has manners. 
"Would you like to come and have dinner at our house tonight? Nothing major,
just a little gathering so we can get acquainted." 

Jack shrugged "Sure. Why not." 

Mrs Tsukino looked at the other girls "And you girls too, same with you Darien. 
It would be my pleasure to have you girls and my daughter's boyfriend over for
dinner tonight." 

Darien and the other girl's agreed.

Watching this, Serena was satisfied with the terms, Jack and her family was 
coming to.

	"Seems like they're getting along brilliantly." Darien commented and 
put his arms on Serena's shoulders. 

Serena smiled up at him "Better than I'd hope." 

Suddenly the crowd began stirring; excited screams filled the air and the three
lights appeared infront the Serena and the others. Behind them, thousands
of fans screamed their enthusiasm and crowded around them for signatures while
dozens of bodyguards and securities tried to keep any crazy fan away from the
idols.

	"Seiya!" Serena exclaimed. She was surprised that they had come down
especially to see them. 

	"Taiki! Yaten!" Cried Amy, Lita and Mina.

Only Raye remained silent, she liked the three lights, but her heart was on 
someone much more important. Looking over at Darien, she could see his hands
clenched in fist by his sides. Oh if only she could ease the pain inside him.

	"Hey Meatball head. Glad you could come." Seiya said, he smiled at 
Serena.

	"It's great. I should be glad that you invited me." said SErena. The
atmosphere of the concert was making her extra hyper.

The Tsukino's shifted uncomfortably, here they were in the presence of the Japan's
international celebrities; one of which looked very friendly with SErena. Jack
on the other hand, moved closer to SErena as though he was trying to protect her. 
Looking up at her future father, Rini found him looking at Serena and Seiya with
pain in his deep blue eyes. 

Tucking on his shirt to get his attention, Rini whispered "Dadd-i mean Darien,
are you alright?" 

Looking down at his future daughter, Darien had to smile. She was so much like
her mother. Rini was his only chance now, if she ceased to exist than it meant
that he and Serena were finished. 

Feeling the pain that had suddenly found a way into his heart, Darien realized 
that he loved SErena more than he would dared to admit. Three years ago, back
when he's whole universe had been filled with darkness, Serena and her
sunshine had stumbled into his life to give him the warmth and love he'd yearn
for unconsciously over these one thousand years.

	"Of course i am, sweetheart." He forced a smile.

	"So, you must be Darien-Serena's boyfriend." Seiya greeted him.

Darien was surprised. He hadn't expected Seiya to come up to him so suddenly.

Forcing another smile, Darien said "Yes, i am. You must be Seiya Kou." 

Seiya nodded "I sure am. Serena's told me a bit about you."

Darien was surprised "She has?" Sizing Seiya in his eyes, Darien could see why
this guy had become an international celebrity in Japan. Seiya had style, Darien
could see that right away. There was going to be tough competition for him.

	"Definately. Anyway, nice to meet you Darien." Seiya reached out to
shake his hands and as their hands met, Seiya felt the firm hold of Darien's
hands on his and knew that Darien was not going to let go of Serena easily.

The concert started soon after the three lights went back stage to get ready
with the half a dozen of security guards at their sides. Serena and the 
others found a place away from the enormous crowd and sat down to enjoy
the up coming concert.

suddenly, a man dressed in a glimmering silver suit stepped out onto the stage
and a thunderous set of drum rolls greeted the anticipated crowd.

	"Welcome Everyone! today we introduce to you the new music sensations
of the century 'the three lights'!" 

The crowd roared their appreciation.

Rising his hands to quiten everyone, the announcer continued on "It is our
greatest privilege that the three lights, Seiya, Taiki and Yaten Kou are here
today with the best of their music phenomenal." he announced.

Seiya, Taiki and Yaten all bowed and the announcer handed Yaten the microphone.

	"it's great to see you all!" Yaten began "We began just like everyone
of you out in this small world who dreams of becoming a star. We worked, we 
struggled, we lost and than finally we won. It takes a lot of stimula to
stand out here facing a big crowd but we'll be sure to remember how you guys 
have appreciated and accepted us!" He finished. There was a silence before
the entire crowd rocked with appreciation.

	"Wow, that was quite a speech." Amy said as she watched Yaten
hand the microphone to Taiki "I'm impressed." And the other girls agreed.

The crowd was silent as they waited for Taiki to start speaking "Today, we
come here with only one wish in our hearts. We are here to bring to you
guys the hopes and love we all have in our hearts." He finished and handed
the microphone over to Seiya. There were no more thunderous clapping, the
crowd itself was too absorb in the beauty of Taiki's words.

	"God. They speak with such beauty..." Raye whispered and for the
first time since she met the three lights, felt a brilliant and yet
strangely unique shine from them. 

Now it was Seiya's turn "Through this long journey, we met many special
people who have each touched out lives in many different ways." He let
his eyes linger momentarily on Serena. 

	"Seiya..." SErena whispered, as she felt Seiya's eyes on hers.

	"I am touched by the love and friendship this little world we live
in can offer and so should all of you who's have to the chance to experience
the light of love and friendship that we live among but take for granted." 
Seiya finished, and momentarily the whole crowd was very much intrigued by
the intensity of his words, than all of a sudden the entire audience broke
into a thunderous applause.

	"They're great!" Lita shouted at SErena and the others as they all
applauded along with the rest of the crowd.

	"Definitely! Brilliant!" Mina and Rini yelled. Mina let out a piercing
whistle. "Woooooo!!!" she screamed.

	"They are quite good..." Amy said quietly.

Kent and Ilene both agreed "I must say. Kids these days have grown up
quite considerably since our last generation." Kent winked at SErena.

	"Thanks Daddy." Serena winked back. She turned to Darien and he put
an arm around her. "They're really great, aren't they?" Serena said.

Darien nodded. "Yes, they are." He was pensive as he thought of the speech
Seiya had made. Darien hated to admit it, but Seiya's speech has touched him.

SErena and the others were enjoying the best of the three light's concert
when suddenly a piercing scream filled the air.

	"MONSTER!!!!" Someone was screaming.

Leaping to her feets, Serena watched as the entire crowd crumbled and
scattered in all directions. Screams of alarm filled the air as the crowd
rushed for the nearest exits. In the far distance, Serena could see two
huge beasts charging through the gates and into Tokyo Park. 

	"Darien." Serena whispered, she grabbed for his arm.

Sensing Serena's distress, Darien pulled her closer "What is it?"

Looking at her family, Serena sighed "How are we going to fight with my
family here? They'll see us for sure if we transform!"

Darien turned and looked at the rest of the Tsukino family. They were panicking,
as was the majority of the people who was still left in Tokyo park. When he 
turned his eyes away from the Tsukino family and onto the stage, he found the
three lights gone as well.

	"I don't know SErena. But we've got to get them out of here before 
anyone gets hurt." Darien whispered back.

	"We've got to get out of here!" Kent Tsukino shouted. He gathered
Ilene and Sammy together, while searching for Serena and Rini, when he
saw that neither Serena or the rest of the other were running.

	"Serena! We've got to move! There is a monster here!" Ilene cried
at her daughter. "Serena!" 

	"Mummy...I'm scared." Rini whispered; she held onto Serena's skirt
tightly.

Serena bent down to comfort her daughter "Rini, don't be afraid. Mummy and
Daddy are here." She whispered in her ear so no one could hear besides 
Rini herself.

	"Serena. I think your parents are right, we've got to get out of here,
they won't leave unless you do and there is no way we can transform infront
of your family." Amy whispered to Serena.

	"Amy's right SErena. We've got to do as your parents wish." Raye said.

	"Let's go Serena." Jack told her.

Serena considered their requests, than looking down at her terrified daughter
and hearing the desperation in her family's voices, Serena finally agreed.

	"Let's go." Serena said at last and she, Darien, Jack, Rini, her 
family and the rest of the other girls headed for the nearest exit. Passing
other panicking humans, Serena could sense the terror in their hearts.

No. She said to herself. Today is not going to turn into another screaming
headline on tomorrow's newspapers. 

	"Not so fast!" A voice suddenly commanded, and hence stopping 
Serena and the others in their tracks. 

	"Who are you? Get away from my family!" Kent shouted at the 
beautiful girl in front of him. She was dressed in a long shimmering 
dress the color of midnight and held a sword by her side. Even through
the shadow of her magnificent beauty, Kent could sense a horrible stench of
dominating evil.

Being the oldest male in this group, Kent see it as his job to protect the 
others and his family. Yet even before he could speak again, Darien and 
Jack stepped infront of him.

	"I suggest you get of our way straight away." Darien ordered in
such a tone that Kent had to think twice about the young man that wanted
to marry his daughter.

	"And who's going to make me?" The girl-not much older than
Serena or the rest of the others girls, asked in a sickening sweet tone.
She held out her sword and ran her finger along the side of the sword. 
It glinted in the sunlight. 

By now, the majority of the crowd had streamed through the exits and
into the surrounding streets; leaving behind a silent death ground in
which a few minutes ago, thousands of people had once cheered this
lively occasion.

Restraining himself from saying "us", Jack said instead "What do you
want from us?" he took a step closer "Victorilia." he said softly, so
that no one could hear.

Victorilia inhaled sharply at his recognition, than her lips broke
into a slow evil smile "Arh, I see you remember me after all, Armistice." 
she said.

	"How can i forget you Victorilia." Jack whispered. He took a step
closer to Victorilia and suddenly in the swiftest gesture, the was sword at
Jack's throat. 

	"Don't move!" she commanded. 

Jack stopped, but he was not down yet. No one was going to ruin their day
without a good explanation and yet, memories of the battle back in the moon
kingdom flooded his mind. A dream by the sea, the veil of two worlds, the
sound of a raging war and a beautiful maiden who embodied inside her heart, 
the dawn of darkness.

	"Jack!" Serena screamed. She broke away from her family and the
other girls and rushed forward towards Jack and the beautiful girl.

Reaching out, Darien stopped her just in time and held her close to him and
for once Kent was relieved that his daughter had a Darien as her boyfriend.

	"What do you think you're doing Serena? Get back!" Kent commanded, 
but to no Vail.

	"You get your hands off him!" Serena continued to struggled against
Darien's firm hold. She was desperate, no way was she going to let
anyone take away from her the brother she'd once never known. She didn't
know the identity of this mysterious girl, but something in her heart
told her that arrival of this girl would only bring the coming of a
powerful new enemy.

	"Serena. Get back!" The rest of the girls were shouting at her, but
Serena refused to listen. She wasn't going to let her brother get hurt
in the hands of this mysterious girl.

Awed by their daughter's bravery, Kent and Ilene remained frozen and 
stared at their daughter's outbursts. When in their whole lifetime have they
seen their daughter in such a state. Ilene clutched Sammy's hands tighter
in hers, and exchange worry glances over his head at her husband. 

	"Let go of him right now!" Serena commanded and forcing herself away
from Darien's deadly grip; she charged forward at Victorilia. Forgetting
the consequences such action could bring her. 

	"NO!" Darien yelled and watched in horror as Serena pitched 
herself forward at Victorilia who took her sword away from Jack's throat
and thrusted it towards SErena.

	"Serena!" The Tsukino's screamed. Ilene started to run after SErena,
but Kent stopped her and pulled her back from the danger. "NO Ilene!"  

	"No SErena!" Jack yelled at her.

	"Watch it Serena!" The other girl's screamed.

The sword was coming closer, but before anyone could blink; a figure in
black leapt forward and pushed SErena out of the way just as the sword
was about to pierce her.

When Serena dared to open her eyes again, she found herself staring into
the most amazing pair of brown eyes. 

	"Who are you?" She gasped.

The person smiled back at her "Sailor star fighter at your service." he said,
winking at her. 

Serena gasped. *Sailorstar fighter* there were more sailor senshis? She didn't
dare wish for too much, but the arrival of this mysterious fighter may
bring to them the alliance they needed. 

	"Serena!" Darien was the first to rush to her side. "Don't you ever
do that again!" he said, scolding her. 

Nodding her head, SErena struggled to get up "I'm alright Darien" Than she
turned to Fighter "Who are you?"

But before fighter could even open his mouth, a voice behind him commanded

	"Fighter, get away from the human." 

	"Yes, Fighter. We are not here to mix with humans." another voice
said. 

Turning around at the voice, SErena found herself staring at two beings
who were dressed in clothes similar to that of the fighter beside her, but
before any introducing could be done. Victorilia stepped forward, her 
sword still around Jack's throat.

	"Well, Hello, Sailor Failures." She smiled "You are here for a fight,
i see. Well come on, hit me with everything you've got." her voice was menacing.

The three new Sailor warriors got into their ready position, while Darien
pushed Serena behind him. With the new Sailors here to do the fighting
for them, Perhaps there wasn't the need to reveal their identities to
the Tsukino's after all. He was relieved at the thought. He didn't
dare think of the Tsukino's reaction if they realized that SErena along
with her other seemingly normal friends were the Sailor Senshi's Tokyo
have been so hyped about.

Letting Jack go momentarily so she could fight the three new senshi's, 
Victorilia held out her sword ready for battle. She was a brave warrior.
Evil perhaps, but a brave woman none the less.

Jack looked intensely at her as she walked away from him "Why are you
back?" he said.

She looked at him, and a slight smile touched her beautiful face "You 
don't know, Armictice?" she said "I came back to destroy those who'd
hurt me." Than she turned away from him and challenged the Starlights.

	"You may hit me with everything you've got." she said.

STAR SERIOUS LASER!!! Fighter was the first to strike, and as Serena
watched in horror, Victorilia merely shielded herself with the tip
her sword.

	"Her power-" Lita gasped. "It's unbelievable."

Amy shook her head in awe "I've never seen such force..."

Serena squeezed Darien's hands "Such hatred in her eyes..." she whispered.

STAR GENTLE UTERUS
STAR SENSITIVE INFERNO

Again both blasts of power was shielded by her sword, though more effort
from Victorilia was summoned.

	"NO!" Fighter gasped.

	"She's strong." The other two starlights stared at the evil young
woman in front of them.

Victorilia laughed. Long and piercing "HAHAHAHA. Pathetic. I would expect
more from the great Sailor warriors. I must have overestimated you." she
laughed again.

Raye, Lita and the others restrained themselves from entering the fight,
they knew that if they dared to transform here, the secret of their
identities would be lost.

Holding up her arms, Victorilia summoned a power unknown to all and 
suddenly Serena, Darien, Jack, Rini, the Tsukinos and the other girls
found themselves enveloped in the heart of all these mysterious power...

End of chapter 10----------------------------------------------------------

Serena's chest injury is revealed, the Tsukino finds out the shocking secret of her
daughter's identity and much more!
