This story is called A Lost Star, part one. I rate it PG. My name I want it under is Alissa. My E-mail address is LtTwilight@aol.com. Here's the story: A Lost Star, part one song playing: A star sparkles in the sky Twinkling so very far up high It is the only star I see Is it very lonely? It is apart from everything With that silent song it will sing This one star is far apart It would break your heart This one star will soon fight Using all of it's might It will stand up for what is right It will preserve the light In a mansion in Tokyo, there is absolute silence. That is, until a door opens and three young girls come running in. One has brown hair, cut into a wildish, curly style around the hips. Another has purple hair, completely straight, falling at a nice, nest shoulder length cut. The last had white hair, wavy, that flowed down to her knees. It was pulled into a side braid. The brown-haired one said, "Alexis, I am sooo happy your dad said we could both spend the night Friday!" The white haired girl, which had been called Alexis, "Maddie, you'll never change." The purple-haired one asked, "Would we want her to?" "You know, Carissa, for once, you have a point!" Alexis exclaimed. "Shut up." The purple-haired girl (Carissa) said good naturedly. "Hmm... why are we here, anyway?" asked Maddie. "Because, I have to pick up all my art supplies. You wanted me to draw a portrait of all of us, didn't you?" asked Alexis. "How are you going to draw yourself?" asked Carissa. "Well, dummie, there is an invention called the mirror, you know." replied Alexis. "Hmph!" Carissa replied. "Go on, and get them. We don't want to waste time, do we?" asked Maddie. With that, Alexis ran up and down the staris in about fifteen seconds. On the way down, she was carrying a big, plastic box. ~Alexis~ I stared down at my large sketching pad. I wasn't one of those people who worked with only one talent. I had many, and worked with each. But, with my two main ones I worked with the most. One of those main talents was Drawing/Painting. I loved how I could make a beautiful sketching appear from a perfectly blank sheet of paper. I looked up at the mirror and the three girls who were reflected into it. I saw a stranger. One with white hair, which I had just finished un-braiding, was to the girl's knees and was wavy. Is that me? How come that person seems like a stranger? How come she has those sad, lonely eyes? I had always seemed to have this big hole in my heart. I thought I had filled it long ago with all my activities and friends. This was the first time I even noticed that maybe I hadn't filled the hole in my heart. I started sketching my pencil over the blank sheet of paper. I made mark after mark, first creating the image of a girl with a wild array of hair , wide and excited eyes that just told you that she knew something you didn't, and a wide smile. Second, I sketched a girl with straight, silky hair falling into a neat cut at shoulder-length, sarcastic eyes that just challenged you to say something stupid, and a half smile playing on her lips. The last I drew had wavy hair blowing slightly in the wind, has eyes that were sad and lonely, and no expression of a smile. When I was done, I looked at my work and was fairly satisfied. Maddie and Carissa leaned over my shoulder and stared. "What are you staring at?" I asked. "It's so good, but why do you look like that?" asked Maddie. They kept bothering me about it while we were walking home. Finally, after taking refuge in my room, I looked again at my sketching from this afternoon. I then looked at my other sketchings that were of myself. In every picture I saw the same lonely, sad expression in my eyes. What is wrong with me? Why can't I ever happy? That Friday, at the mantsion, two sets of parents were hauling their daughter's heavy overnight bags up everlasting stairs. We recognize Maddie and Carissa supervising the spectacle. "Thank you Mommy, Daddy," they chorused. Both sets of parents just stared at them, not at all suprised. Alexis was, of course, sketching something. After all the parents left, Maddie said, "Let's go to a movie." "Okay!" Carissa exclaimed. "Well, there is that new movie I'd like to see." Alexis admitted. "Let's go!" The three raced to the theater. Meanwhile, at the theater there is a loud array of screaming. There, in the theater is a youma! And no Senshi are around! (The Senshi are actually fighting another youma at that time) When the three young girls get to the theater, they get seperated. Suddenly, a bright light envelopes the nightlight. It is a light shade of silver. One of those girls would be meeting a cat named Apollo who would give her a transformation pen. A youma that looks like a crosss between a seal and a polar bear is attacking a group of teenage boys. "Excuse me?" asked a voice from behind the youma. The youma looked behind him. A fist instantly connected with it's jaw and he flew across the room. A silver colored Senshi looked at it in disgust. This Senshi had an outfit consisting of silver and white, had a mixture of silver and white hair that fell to her knees, sad gray eyes that now glinted a vicious anger, and a star placed where the bow of a normal Senshi would have been. She was younger than jmost of the Senshi. She seemed to have an aura of power surrrounding her. She looked at the youma who seemed to be in awe of her, yet about to get up. "Ehh! I don't think so! WINGDAIN FLYING SPIRAL TORNADOES!" she yelled. A group of spiraling tornaodes flew at the youma, instantly destoying it. "Well, that was... fun. Bye, now!" she exclaimed to the growing crowd. She jumped onto a roof and lept from the rooftops. Two weeks, and fifteen fights later, Alexis was becoming even more lonely. Even though she had gained a feline friend and guide, she felt lonlier than before. It didn't help that people began to be a little distant to her when they noticed her hair. After that first fight, her white hair had turned to a stunning, yet extremely rare, silver. Her father grew worried. Her mother and father had divorced long ago, only a few months after Alexis was born. Even her closest friends seemed to shun her. So, her father decided to switch her to a different school as she became more and more withdrawn. Alexis, for her part, was just plain worried about the transfer of schools. She didn't remember the name of the school, though. "What's bothering you, Alexis?" asked her feline guide and friend, Athena. "Nothing," replied the girl. The cat knew much better than to believe that, but wouldn't bother the girl any further. The following week, Alexis walked into a classroom. She had noticed a few stares as she walked through the hallways, but in this room, it looked like the only thing in there were eyes. She went up to the teacher and handed her a note. The teacher who had also been staring, read it. The teacher said, "Class, this is a new student. Her name is Dushou Alexis. Please make her feel welcome. Alexis, please sit in the last desk, third row." Alexis noticed that the girl in the desk next to her had short blue hair. "Ami, help her if she needs anything," the teacher instructed. The day went on, and finally it was time for lunch. Ami was nice, but was so... so... well, Alexis really wanted no reason to stay in this school. Alexis walked outside and found a secluded place underneath a tree and sat down. She started thinking, when she had the feeling she was being watched. She had had the feeling quite often today. Boys everywhere were staring at her! She noticed something in their eyes, it was awe. She finally just gave up completely on thinking and pulled out her sketchbook. She remembered Ami. She somehow had a knack for memorizing everyone's face she talked to. And, so, later, she could draw them. She sketched out the entire upperhalf of the body. She drew a background to it and when she was done, she noticed a shadow coming upon her. She looked up to see a girl with a strange hairstyle of meatballs striding towards her. "Hi!" the meatball headed girl exclaimed. "Hi," I replied cautiously. I looked at the girl, wondering why she was there. "Ami, our friends, and I were wondering if you'd like to eat with us," she explained. "What?" I asked. "Hmph!" she exclaimed, and pulled me across almost the whole campus. Finally, I saw a group of girls sitting and eating lunch together. That was where our destination was. "Usagi!" one of the girls called. "Minako!" the girl dragging me called. We finally got to the spot they were all eating. "I got her here, and unharmed!" she exclaimed proudly. "In your opinion," I muttered darkly. Minako burst out laughing. I looked at the girl who had a strange sense of humor. Everyone introduced themselves. "Are you really Dushou Alexis?" asked Minako. "Yes," I replied. "So, you do live in that big mansion?" Minako asked. "Yes," I replied. "So-," she started as I cut her off. "No more! Please?" I asked in a pitiful tone. "Okay," Minako said, dissapointed. The day went by, somewhat in that manner. Somehow, I had an invitation to go to the mall with them on Saturday. I heard a scream. After that, the rest was blurry. I transformed and ran to the direction of the sound. When I got there, I had a suprise waiting for me. A group of Senshi that looked similar to me, except for a bow where my star was, was there and fighting. But, they didn't see me, and I had gotten there just in time for there idiotic speeches. I personally thought they were stupid and a waste of time. I had had enough. I went up behind the youma, tapped it on the shoulder, and asked timidly, "Excuse me?" The youma turned around, and my fist connected with it's face. It flew far away. I looked at all the other Senshi, "Now, don't you think that is much more effective than speeches?" I asked. Sailor Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, and Pluto(I had learned from the speeches) got defensive, as if they were protecting the others. "Who are you?" Sailor Uranus growled. "Is that any buisness of yours?" I asked. She growled again and threw her attack at me. I held up a hand as the small planet came rushing towards me. I glanced at the planet and willed it to stop. The planet froze in midair. "Who are you?" asked Sailor Uranus, in awe. I know, that they were thinking about my hair the most. I had a knack for reading minds in this form. "I am the Lone and Lost Senshi, Sailor Wingdain." I answered, simply. I heard the youma get up behind me. I looked over my shoulder and willed him to be thrown in front of me, and he was. "Hmph! You're not going anywhere! WINGDAIN SOLAR ECLIPSE ENVELOPE!" I screamed. And an eclipse occured, the darkness enveloping the youma, putting him into the hell that was his own heart. He was eternally doomed to go through the deeds he had done to others, over and over again. The sun emerged. THE END OF PART 1 I have no idea how you would like it, so please, please, please comment on it!! Please?
