THE MOON KINGDOM

A blonde girl with long flowing hair in to buns, ran to a young man in a
tuxedo,embracing him gently.
"I have to go my princess, don't forget me."
"I won't..." she replied, tears of heartbreak flowing freely down her
face.
"Don't cry... I can't stand to see you crying," he whispered, wiping
her tears away.
"I want you to have this..."she said, handling him the star locket.
He opened it gently. A quiet soothing melody flooded through the silence.
"It will only play to us."
"I know."
 They shared a kiss.
"I love you Darien."
"And I will love you forever and ever,"he said, tears forming in his
blue eyes,
"Farewell, my princess."

"Noooo...... don't!" mumbled Serena in her sleep. She bolts upright,
sweat covering
her.
"What's the matter?" asked Luna, worriedly.
"Nothing..."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm fine," she said, slightly annoyed, getting up out of bed.

At Rei's temple......

"Wow Meatball Head, you're early," teased Rei.
"Shut up Rei!!!"Serena whined, "I can be early when I want to be!"
"Yeah sure"
"I can so!"
"Can't not!"
Serena stuck her tongue out. Rei did the same.
"WILL YOU TWO GROW UP??!!" asked Lita, who was getting a headache from
all
their arguing.
"Sorry..." Serena mumbled.
"Sorry Lita," said Rei.
"As you know, we are here because of the Negaverse attacks," said Amy
patiently.
"Yes, so lets get down to business,"said Luna, authoritatively.
"K, Scouts, stay alert at all times, and use your communicators if you
need help."
"Yeah yeah, we know."
"Serena! you are never alert."
"Luna, that's so mean!"
"I'm stating a fact."
"Whatever," Serena mumbled, walking out of the room, a hurt expression
on her face.
"Sometimes I just don't know what to do with that girl,"Luna thought,
"Maybe all our
problems will be solved when we find our moon princess."

"Luna's so mean, so mean, so mean......." Serena chanted,
absentmindedly.
"OW!"
"I'm so sorry.......oh... its you... that's ok then." she said after
she knocked Darien
over.
"Watch it meatball head," Darien growled, "you're gonna......" He
pause when she
saw Serena's hurt expression.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing..."
"Tell me."
"What would you care anyway?!"she burst out, running off, leaving a very
confused
Darien behind, "you people are all so heartless!"
"Serena, wait!" he yelled, running after her.

        Serena sat down tiredly onto the steps, out of breath, tears
streaming down her
beautiful face.
"Meatball head, tell me what's wrong," Darien said gently, slightly
out of breath.
"Its everything..."she whined.
"Shhhh,"soothed Darien, putting his arm gently around her shoulders,
comforting her.
"Oh Darien," she cried into his chest, inhaling a scent of roses.
"Why does this feel so familiar?"she wondered.
"She looks so much like her...could she be...nah...she can't be,"he
thought, "could it?"
BEEP BEEP
"Oh no,"she thought, "my communicator!"
"Darien, thanks alot......I really gotta go,"she said hurriedly,
loosening herself from his
embrace, "thanks and bye!"
"Weird girl..."he thought

"Moon Crystal Power!"
She ran to the docks, as Sailor Mercury instructed her to. When she arrived
there,
Sailor Mercury was lying on her side and Venus and Mars were battling
furiously.
"Hey you!!" Sailormoon called, "I am Sailormoon, champion of love and
justice, and
in the name of the Moon, I shall punish you!"
        The monster sent a sharp crystal flying in Sailormoons direction.
She dodged it
easily, but it rebounded from the side of a tree and flew towards
Sailormoon's back.
"Sailormoon, watch out!!!" warned Tuxedo Mask, as he knocked her to one
side.
Tuxedo mask landed on top of Sailormoon and they rolled behind a stack of
boxes.
"Thanks for saving me, Tuxedo Mask," said Sailormoon, dreamily. She
inhaled a
familiar scent of roses."
"Darien?"she thought, "nah......Darien is Tuxedo mask?...nah...."
"Venus Love Chain Encircle!"
"Finish it off Sailormoon!"
"Coming!"
"Moon Scepter Elimination!"
"Noooooooooooo,"screamed the monster.
"Ha! getting easier..."laughed Sailormoon as she went to check on
Mercury to see if
she was alright.
"K, guys, I'm going home now, "she said as she turned to see Tuxedo
mask disappear
through the night, cape flowing.

Darien's Apartment...

        Darien was lying on his bed, dreaming the same dream he had for as
long as he
can remember.

"Huh?" wondered Serena, "How come it isn't the usual ‘Hi Meatball
head'?"
"Oh...hi Darien, what's up?"
"She looks so much like her......so much like her,"he thought, fragments
of his dream
flashing before his eyes.
"Hey Darien! Are you listening to me?" whined Serena.
"Sure, Serena, sure."he replied, still in a trace.
"What's wrong with ya?"
"I dunno, I just don't know,"replied Darien, "Do you want to go to
the park?"
Serena gave him this weird look.
"Is this Darien Chiba talking? What happened to that annoying guy that
calls me
meatball head?" asked Serena, expecting him to chuckle.
no reply.
"Darien?"
Serena looked at Darien. She could see the pain in his eyes, and the
agonising look on
his face.
"Darien! What's wrong?!"
"Ow......."Darien clutched at his stomach as he collapsed into
Serena's arms.
At this hour the park was strangely deserted.
"Darien, Darien.......are you alright?" Serena screamed, frantic.
A weak moan came from Darien's pale lips.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA," the evil laugh rung out throughout the park. Zoisite
appeared
in front of Darien and Serena.
"My chance to destroy tuxedo mask has finally come!"
"Tuxedo Mask?!"
"Yes, Darien is your beloved tuxedo mask, Sailormoon!"
"Darien is tuxedo mask? The tuxedo mask I love is Darien the annoying
creep?"
thought Serena, "How can the be?"
"Now I will kill Tuxedo mask!" Zoisite laughed evilly.
"Mars Fire Ignite!"
"Aarrghh...Sailor scum... I will have tuxedo mask next time..."Zoisite
said as she
disappeared into thin air.
"Rei,"Serena cried, just as Darien woke up, "Darien is tuxedo mask!"
"Really? Omigosh...Serena," said Rei. Serena suddenly started running
off, "Serena!"
"Rei?" Darien croaked, still lying on the ground.
"Darien, you're tuxedo mask."
"Yeah, I guess I am...where's Serena?"
"She left...she was kinda heartbroken that you are tuxedo mask"
"Ohhhh," a hardly audible moan escaped Darien's lips.
"Rei, now I finally understand... me and Serena... were meant to be
together...
destiny...Queen Serenity told me just then... and I loved Serena from the
moment I
saw her..."

Well? do you like it so far? Sorry if its crappy. BTW, i've thought of the
ending
already and I promise its gonna be heaps and heaps better than this part.
