This is my first fanfic. My name's Bunny, not Helen. Helen is not me. All comments critism, flames, praises, and love letters send to bunnyannla@geocities.com. Visit my web page, I might actually put this up there along with one I'm working on, it's at http://www.angelfire.com/mn/BunnyAnnla/index.html Sailor Bunny part 4 Helen-chan's date By Bunny Annla Helen had barely paid any attention to her classes today. She was too excited, worried, happy about her date. She walked down the road to the Theater, barely able to keep from running, to get there faster. She thought about how big of a goof she had been over the upcoming date. She smiled inside thinking of all the goofy things she said and the way she acted. She though that if she had acted the way she did around her old friends they would pull the old do-I-know-this-crazy-person. She tried to stop thinking about her old friends and how mean they were to her. No, she thought, that would ruin my good mood. Her old friends were they even friends. They certainly didn't act like it. She rarely was invited to any parties, and hadn't been invited over in years. She used to call them to talk to them, but they always had other things to do. Whenever she talked to them, they were suddenly busy, they mysteriously found boring things fascinating. They ignored her even more than a girl they admitted disliking. She hated the way they threated the girl they disliked, she always felt sorry for Alex. Alex never said anything mean to or about them. They were calling her an airhead, behind her back, even in front of a guy who liked her, to discourage him from liking her. Yet, they invited Alex over a lot more than they invited her. She had done nothing to them, had never said a bad word about them. Great, she thought to herself, I'm making myself depressed. She then turned to think about her new friends. She realized that if it hadn't been for them, she would still be in a world of hurt. Here's the theater, Helen thought. But where was Justin? Probably decided to get here on time, instead of early. She leaned against the wall of the theater. She thought about what the movie might be about, what her favorite anime was, and other things. "Oh, I'm sorry," she said after seeing a kid trip over her feet. "Are you okay?" "Yes," said the kid, picking herself up. "I'm sorry, I should have been watching where I was going." The kid then proceeded to scram. Helen noticed a person in the distance. It was Justin. Finally, thought her sarcastic side. Her other sides then ganged up and hurt her sarcastic side. Justin looked up and saw Helen by the theater, in the distance. (Bunny: these people have keen eyesight.:)) His stomach turned to ice. Shoot, he though, he had to concentrate to walk normally. He wondered why he was freezing up so much. He tried to calm himself down by repeating, "it's only a date, only one little date." Justin was in some semblance of normal calmness by the time he got to the theater. "Hi Helen," Justin said, praying that his voice wasn't wavering too badly. "Hey Justin," Helen said, trying to act sane. "Um, what movie do you want to see?" "I don't really care, is there one that you particularly wanted to see?" said Justin, he didn't want to seem controlling. "If not I heard that Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Starlights is a good movie." "Sure," said Helen, she was happy that she didn't have to choose, she was horrible at making decisions. She thought if she chose the movie it would either be a real snozzer or it would just be a bad movie. She realized the irony of the situation, she, a sailor senshi going to see a movie about the Sailor senshi. She wonder what it was about. She was scared stiff, since what she was thinking about often showed up in her expressions. She nervously joked that she probably had made some interesting expressions, as she silently prayed that no one had seen them. She hoped that her nervous walk didn't look as awkward. She wondered why she always froze-up when she was nervous. Great, she thought as they reached their seats, a little bit surprised that they had reached them that fast. She figured that she was so nervous that the time just flew. She looked over at her companion, trying to stare, but to get a good enough look to read his expression, somewhat at least. He seemed calm, she wondered why she could be, or at least appear calm. She watched the stupid ads that go on before the movie. Justin felt like he was going to die. He was trying as hard as he could to appear remotely calm. He was solely concentrating at looking somewhat calm. When they were watching the ads, he thought he say Helen glance at him out of the corner of his eye. The lights dimmed, and every one grew quiet. The title appeared on the screen. (Bunny: I am not going to go through the entire movie 'cuz this part would be five hundred pages long then. But I'll just tell you what went on during it. :)) Helen and Justin basically were both so nervous that the just glazed at the screen the entire time, then there was intermission. (Bunny: I know most movies don't have intermission, but this one does, did you know that movie theaters make most of their money from concession sales?) "Do you want to get popcorn?" Helen asked. "My threat." "Sure," Justin said getting up. "Dang," said Helen as she got up. "My feet feel asleep." "That happens to me occasionally," Justin said. "If you walk it goes a way faster." "Thanks," said Helen walking with Justin to the concession counter, which only had a few people buying snacks there. Don't ask me why there were only a few people there, maybe the others brought their own food. "So what do you want?" Helen asked as she looked at all the candy. Why do theaters always only have small and jumbo popcorns, she wondered to herself. "Popcorn," said Justin, sounding like he was a million miles away. "Small or Jumbo?" she asked, staring at how tiny the small was and how gaint the Jumbo was. "I donno," said Justin. "Small's very small and jumbo is very huge." "I think I'm going to get a jumbo," said Helen thinking that she could save some for later. "Aren't you fat enough already?" Justin said, then suddenly realizing what he said was very sorry. "Good Lord what am I doing? Aspirin must be a one of those drugs that make you see things that aren't there or something. Helen, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." Helen just pretended not to hear the comment about her being fat, which is not remotely true. She is so skinny. She said "What cha apologizing for?" "Nothing," Justin said relieved that Helen didn't hear the comment, or so he thought. He felt really bad for saying that especially since she wasn't fat and she seemed to be unhappy with her appearance, but always tried to ease his awkwardness in any situation. "I think I'll actually just have a small," Helen said. "The popcorn looks like potato salad. Ick." ( Note, I hate potato salad and when I was young my mom bought huge things of the icky stuff and force me to eat it, now I gag whenever I see it. My point is potato salad is a negative thing in this fanfic. Sorry to all Potato salad lovers.) "I'll just get a thing of candy," said Justin, thinking about Helen's excuse, whether it was a real excuse or not. "I'll have a small popcorn and a thingie of candy," Helen said brightly to the girl working at the counter. "It'll be 800 yen," the girl said. (Note, I have got no clue how much that is in American dollars, if it's a lot, I'm just poking fun at the prices.) "Those are pretty earrings," Helen said, noticing the girl pink earrings. "Thanks," the girl said. "I made them my self." "Cool," Helen said wide-eyed astonished. "I wish I could make earrings like that. The best earrings I've made I couldn't even give away." "It's easy," the girl said, happy that she now had something remotely interesting to do. "Helen-chan," Justin said, a bit unsure about using her nickname. "The movie's back on." "Sorry I have to run," said Helen to the girl with pretty earrings, as she hurried back to the theater. They got back to their seats and discovered that two young boys were occupying them. Helen decided to kick them out of their seats nicely. So she said. " Excuse me but we were sitting there before intromission, and there are some nice seats up in the front that you might like, you could see the movie better from there." "Tough lady, you left them, we got them," said the cheeky boy, and then he mockingly added. "There are some nice seats in the back cornor, you could make out with your boyfriend there." Helen turned red and was silently cussing the young boys. "Excuse me," Justin said, giving the young boys a look that could kill. "She wants to sit here. So move it." The children quickly ran to the front of the theater. "You gotta know how to treat little boys," Justin said to Helen, smiling. "Give them an inch and they'll take a mile." "Thanks," said Helen sitting down. "Any time," Justin said, for the first time feeling confident, he put his arm around the back of Helen's chair. If it had been any other guy Helen would have been startled, but she felt comfortable as Justin moved his arm of the back of the chair and on her sholders. The rest of the movie went swell, the Sailor Senshi won. They actually kissed after the movie. "So Helen-chan," Justin began to asked, "Do you want to do something tomorrow?" "Sure," Helen said. "How about we go to the park, it's pretty this time of year, Justin-chan." "Sure," Justin said. * * * * * * * * * * * That night Helen looked out of her widow and gazed at the stars. She liked to look at the stars, they were always there, and she's made some constalations up, like a bunny that's located south of the north star. Justin's comment about the popcorn kept on repeating through her head... Sailor Bunny Part, Chapter, whatever, 5 By, as always, Bunny Annla "I know it," Helen thought to her self as she fell asleep. "I am fat." Helen was standing on a cloud. She looked around; she saw a bunch of other clouds. She realized that she was up in the sky. Justin walked up to her. "What are you doing here?" she asked. "Nothing, fat girl, I only went out with you because I felt sorry for you, being so ugly," he said and walked off. She did her best to look indifferent, she felt like someone stabbed her in the back. She heard voices approach her. She saw her old friends' approach. "Hey guys," Helen said, hoping that they would at least say hi back. "Helen, go away," one of them said. "We don't like you, you aren't our friend." "You're too fat and ugly to be our friend," another one said. "What?" Helen asked in shock. Her friends were not that mean, they would never said anything like that to her face. They always just ignored her and excluded her, never insult her. Helen wish that the ground could just swallow her up. She wasn't mad at them, she never was, she was just hurt, very hurt. She never insulted them, for she'd rather just keep on hurting than risk hurting them. She cried. She had never cried in front of them before. She never cries in front of anyone. Her old friends walked off. "What's so bad with having a fat and ugly friend?" she asked herself. She wished that there were a way to escape from the cloudland. She was afraid to even move, since clouds are mostly water and gases. "Hey Helen," a familiar voice said. "Usagi-chan," Helen said smiling, "I'm so glad to see you, this has been a nightmare..." "I only came to tell you that you can't be a sailor Senshi," Usagi said coldly. "What?!" Helen said in shock. "You can't be a pretty solider," Usagi said. "You're ugly, not pretty, so you can't be a pretty solider." Helen just sat down and cried. "GOOD MORNING AMERICA IT'S A BEAUTIFUL SATURDAY MORNING AND THERE ISN'T A CLOUD IN THE SKY, " Her radio said. "Dear Lord," Helen said groggily, "it's morning? What a dream. What time is it?" She grabbed at her alarm clock, pushing the snooze button and turns it to face her. It read 5:30 AM. She sat up and stretched. She figured that she might as well get up. She wondered what the dream meant, if it meant anything at all. She got up and took her shower. The dream and Justin's words echoed throw her head. * * * * * * * * * * * * "Hey guys," Helen said as she entered the temple. Rei had called a Sailor Senshi meeting, and she was able to call the others on the communicator, except for Usagi and Helen. Usagi had lost her's and Helen never had one to begin with. "Bad news Helen-chan," Rei said with a serious look on her face. "What?" Helen asked. "Is there another mystery child or energy sucking tree?" "I'll wait until Usagi gets here," Rei said. "I don't want to repeat myself five hundred more times for Usagi. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" screamed Usagi as she stumped it with a piece of toast in her mouth. "Why do you have to call these meetings so early Rei, I just got up." "Usagi!" Rei said harshly. "This is serous, We have a new enemy." "So we have to defeat dozens of monsters and a hand full of stronger leader and then the big cheese again?" asked Usagi, remembering who things worked. "The great fire just forewarned of a great evil," Rei said, for once at an obvious lack of their situation. "So what do we do now?" Usagi asked. "YOU'RE OUR LEADER, YOU TELL US!" Rei shouted, covering up her insecurity. "Ami could you use your computer to scan for evil energy?" Helen asked, thinking of what to do. "Sure," said Ami, flipping her computer out and pressing a bunch of buttons. The others watched, and Usagi and Rei argued. "It seems here that there is a very large amount of nega-energy," Ami said, " I can't pin point it exactly, but it's around this area." "Can I try?" Helen asked. Ami nodded and handed her the computer. Helen, pressed a few buttons and moved it around, she was trying to get a map of the area. "Ami how do you get this thing to do a topographic scan?" "Maybe you could do that better on your own computer, instead of Ami's?" Luna asked. As she jumped onto Helen shoulders. She proceeded to retrieve a lavender computer from the space pocket. "Hey thanks," Helen said, handing back the blue. "Here you go Ami-chan, thanks for letting me use it." "It seems that the enemy is in orbit," said Helen. "It's orbiting right above Tokyo." "Why doesn't it come down and fight?" Makoto asked. "I don't know Mako-chan maybe it's waiting," Helen said. "It's attack defiantly won't be a surprise attack, at least not any more." "You know this is the first enemy that hasn't just done a surprise attack," Usagi commented. "The dark kingdom, Ann and Eral, and the Black Moon family all showed up and started attacking with out any warning." "Well, it doesn't seem to be moving or anything," Ami said. "We all should be alert and ready to fight." "Okay," Helen said, "I've never fought before. At least now in sailor fuku. A monster in a new VR game attacked me. I fought back, but I found out it was a hopeless cause, since I wasn't doing any damage. So I escaped." "At a VR game?" Usagi asked, Helen's story seemed familiar. Didn't Ann and Eral drain energy at a VR game? "Yup, Usagi-chan," said Helen. "A few minutes later, I was trying to find the exit, they always put exits in the weirdest places, and I hear some one fighting the monster, put I didn't see who. I knew better than to go back there." "I remember, the monster at the VR game, we beat it," Usagi said. "Any other Sailor business?" asked Helen. "None that I could think of," Rei replied. "Why?" "I have to meet Justin at the park," Helen answered. "So how'd your date go last night?" Makoto asked. "Fine," Helen said, a bit unsure. "Does he like you?" Minako asked. "How am I supposed to know?" Helen said, a little annoyed, but not letting it show in her voice. "You can read minds," Makoto answered. "I never read anything that's personal, I just read minds to find out if I can trust them or not," Helen said. "Reading minds to find our personal information is wrong, if the person wanted you to know the information, they would have told you it. There's often a reason why they don't tell you things. Prying into others personal thoughts could ruin a relationship." "Oh," Makoto said. (Bunny: Helen's philosophy is my philosophy, only I don't have powers like hers.) "Sorry about the lecture," Helen said. "AAAAAAA! I'm late!" She said as she ran off. "Usagi, do you know if Helen was related to you, back on the Moon kingdom that is," Rei asked. "Probably not," Usagi said. "She actually gets up early." * * * * * * * * * * * * "Sorry I'm late," Helen said, after she found Justin in the park. "It's okay," said Justin. I'm not going to write about the entire morning, I'll just skip to the interesting part. Here's what happens, the talk and walk all morning. "Do you want a hog dog for lunch?" Justin asked realizing that it was noon and that he was hungry and she probably was too. "I had a big breakfast," Helen lied. She prayed that he didn't hear her stomach growl. She didn't want to eat so that she would lose weight, she hadn't been eating more than a meal a day all the week. After Hearing Justin's comment, she decided that one meal a day was too much. She had skipped breakfast and was feeling sort of weak for malnutrition. "Hey what's that over there?" Justin asked pointing to a figure that was creating mass havoc in the distance. Helen, looked at it, and in it's mine, because she had a hunch that it was the Enemy. (Bunny: don't worry I will give the enemy a name.) She saw so much evil that she gasped in shock, she knew it was evil, but this evil? Justin heard her gasp. "You okay?" "Yea I'm fine," Helen said, and then she said. "I just realized what time it was, I have to go." Helen kissed him good bye and left, running. The other senshi had just arrived when she did. "Venus love me chine incircle!" Venus shouted as she wrapped her yellow colored heart chain around the monster. The monster looked at it for a second and then, with out much effort brock it. "Who do you work for!" Jupiter demanded to know. "I work for myself silly girls," The navy blue monster replied. "I am Anorika soon to be ruler of this universe." "I am pretty solider Sailor Moon," Sailor Moon said. "And in the name of the moon .." "And Mars," added Sailor Mars. "Jupter," said Jupter. "Murcury," added Ami. "And Venus the planet of love," Minako added. "We will punish you!" they said in unison. "On behalf on the dead moon that once encircled the universe, you shall be punished for even trying to take over the universe," Helen said after she had transformed. "Bravo," Anorika said mockingly. "That'll win an emmy for sure." Mars burning maranda surround!" mars said The fire wasn't to effective, but did help. It distracked the monster, and Jupiter was able to sneck up on it. She picked the monster up and threw it a good five feet. "Man, that is a heavy monster." Jupiter said. "You will pay dearly for that," Anorika said, annoyed, but not mad or hurt. "Now it's my turn. Light brite!" A blinding light shot out of Anorika's hand. Helen shouted "Close your eyes and duck!" The senshi did just that. "How did you know how to denfend aginst my attack?" Anorika asked very confused on how this young girl knew how to block it. No one knew except one person besides him, the other person was Reags, a guy who was dead, and who's soul was also dead, so he couldn't be reincarnated. "Dead men tell no secrets," Helen said feicely, "But dead moons know every secerate." "Sparkling wide..." Jupter said taking advantage of the Anorika's confusion. "Shiny Aqua" said Mercury. "Pressure!" "Illusion!" "Coms moon beam attack!" Helen added. Anorika was hurt a little by that surprise attack. He was getting angry. "Moon princess halation!" Sailor Moon said. Unfortunatially Anorika saw her preparing to attack and her attack had no effect on him. Helen had moved over by a tree, and leaned against it for support. She was very tired, she was annilizing Anorika on her computer. It was taking forever though, since she kept hitting the wrong buttons by mistake. She felt as if she was half asleep. She could barely stay awake, she had to bit the inside of her mounth lightly to keep from falling asleep. The other senshi was attacking Anorika, and was only susceededing in keeping him from distroying more of Tokyo. Helen was trying to find a weakness, and a way to exploit it. His left wrist, where the band is covering it.... The band is an energy band to protect it.....There a latch on it. If the latch is force to open then the band will fall of and we can attack his weakness and beet him. Helen was wondering two things, One if she was awake enough to be competent. Two if she had enough energy to even tell the sailors. To be concluded Sailor Bunny part 6 By Bunny Annla Helen collapsed against the tree. She had to tell the others how to beat Anorika. She struggled to stand up. She saw that Anorika was now attacking the sailors. "Hit the deck!" Helen shouted. The warning had taken its toll though. Helen's lungs hurt and felt as though they were going to explode. "Helen-chan are you okay?" Usagi asked, luckily no one was around. "Usagi-chan," Helen said weakly. "If you hit the latch on band on his left wrist and make it fall of, his weakness would be venerable. His weakness is his left wrist." "Tuxedo Kamen," Usagi said. "What," Mamoru replied, as he threw a dozen roses at Anorika. "Hit the latch on his left wrist band," Usagi said. "Sure thing, Sailor Moon," he said as he jumped into the air for his attack. He threw one rose; it unfortunately got jammed in the latch, not causing it to open. Helen stood up, not leaning against the tree. She aimed at the latch. She knew that she shouldn't attack again, but she didn't care. "Coms Moonbeam KILL!!!!!!!!!!!!" Her lavender moon beam bigger in size than usual hit the latch and the band fell, to the ground. She continued the attack for a few more seconds, killing him. "Helen-chan!" Ami shouted as she saw Helen collapse. She and the others rushed over to Helen to see if she was okay. "I do feel a pulse," Ami said after she checked for a pulse. "It's very faint though." "Helen-chan," Usagi said worried. "I wish there was something I could do." Helen heard her friend talking to her, he wanted to respond, tell them that she was okay, but she knew she didn't have the energy. She was storing energy up, to talk to them, she had very little, she wanted to give them a sign that she was alive, and conscious, but was she even conscious? She opened her eyes, it was just for a second, and she wasn't able to see anything, but she did. "She blinked!" Usagi said. "She's going to be okay!!" "Let's get her to the hospital," said Ami. Makoto picked Helen up. Makoto was surprised at how light she was; she weighted less than Usagi. They hurried to the hospital that was near by. In the mean time, Ami scanned Helen's body to find the problem. "I don't see anything wrong with her," Ami said. "Wait she seems to be malnourished. She barely has any energy." "You guys might want to detransform her before we get to the hospital," Tuxedo Kamen said. "We don't want to give her identity away." "Sorry," Ami said. "She has to be awake to do that. Anyway her life's in danger; we don't really want to waste time doing that. I haven't found any other problems with her." "She's hardly breathing," Makoto said. "Usagi what happened when you were talking to her." "I donno," Usagi said. "She just told me about the bad guy's weakness. She was leaning against a tree and did look very tired. You know, I remember her always forgetting her lunch, a guess that contributed to it." "Now that you mention it," Ami said. "She did always forget her lunch, and never took any of mine when I offered her some of it." "Do you think she was anorexic?" Makoto asked. "She is pretty light, much litter than Usagi was, remember when I had to carry her after she got her memory back? You know I can't remember ever seeing Helen eat." "I 'was' not anorexic I am anorexic," Helen said weakly. "You okay?" Minako asked. "Tired," Helen said very faintly. "She talked! She's going to be okay!" Usagi said jumping up and down. Tuxedo Kamen pulled her aside for a moment. "Usako," he said. "I'm not so sure she's going to be okay. I knew a few anorexic people when I was modeling. I think you should prepare for the worst. I don't want you to get your hopes up too high. She is very weak, one of the worse cases I've seen. I hope she'll be okay too, Usako." Usagi just walked silently the rest of the way to the hospital. Helen had to live; she was a sailor Senshi. She looked over at her friend. Helen looked so tired, and yet a fighter fighting a battle. Usagi prayed that Helen would win the war. "Excuse me," Rei said to the lady at the desk in the emergency room. The lady's eyes nearly fell out of their sockets. "We have a friend who is malnourished and exhausted. Could you help her?" "Sure, I'll call a doctor right away," she said and proceeded to page a doctor. Helen was taken away on a stretcher. * * * * * * * * * * * * "Doc what's wrong with her?" Usagi asked, she had detransformed before they went to visit Helen. "She very weak, due to malnutrition," The doctor said. "Do you guys know if she's stopped eating or something?" "Yea," Usagi said, "the sailor Senshi told us that just recently." "Is she going to be alright?" Ami asked. "To be honest with you I don't think so," the doc said soberly. "She lost a lot of energy and she was weak from malnutrition to begin with. She doesn't really have much longer. I'm sorry, there's nothing anyone can do for her." "Can we visit her?" Mamoru asked, being the only one who could actually speck, and even his voice was wobbly. "Sure," the doctor said. "Helen-chan, you're going to be okay, right?" Usagi asked Helen, who looked very tired. "Usagi-chan, I don't know," Helen said very weakly. "I really don't know." "How do you feel?" Minako asked. "Really tired," Helen said very faintly, noticing that her friends were crying. "Don't cry. I'll be okay. There are worse fates than death. Who knows I might not even die." "Helen-chan, you can't die," Rei said with tears in her eyes. "You can read my mangas any time you want." "Helen-chan why did you stop eating?" Makoto asked. "I felt fat and ugly," Helen said in almost a whisper. "I thought that I was fat and ugly and that was why no one really liked me. Except for you guys." "Helen-chan, you're not fat, if anything you're skinny," Ami said. "And you're not ugly." "Thanks," Helen whispered faintly. "I'm really tried." "No, don't die," Usagi said crying. "I don't think I have too much of a choose," Helen said. "I hope I live too. You guys please don't cry about me. Even if I die, I don't want you guys to be miserable." "Excuse me, but I have to ask you to leave, the patient needs her rest." A nurse said. "Bye Helen-chan, see you tomorrow," every said as they left. "Bye guys, I hope I'm alive to see you tomorrow," Helen said faintly as she closed her eyes to rest. * * * * * * * * * * * * As the scouts walked out of the hospital, they walked by the newborn babies. Usagi looked over and a particular infant caught her eye. The newborn was just entering the room. "Hey guys look at that baby," Usagi said. "Doesn't she have the cutest green eyes and brown hair?" "Yea she looks like a baby Helen," Makoto said. Then she heard what she said. Was that Helen reincarnated? Did Helen die? "You guys don't think that?" * * * * * * * * * * * Does she die? Maybe. Or maybe she lives but than has to move away, either way, your choice. This is my first and last emotional fanfic that deals with even the possibility of death.
