She was walking fast, practically running trying to get away from Mamoru. Mamoru reached out and grabbed her arm. Usagi turned and glared at the arm that now grasped her arm. "Let go of me!" She hissed. Mamoru could see that she was angry. He let her arm go just as she swung at him with her other hand. She began to run away again. 'Boy does she have a temper.' Mamoru grimiced Usagi passed by Motoki and gave him a tight lipped smile, but she continued to walk on by. Mamoru stopped by his friend who was looking after Usagi with a open mouth. "She's a bit angry." said Mamoru. "You could say that again." replied Motoki "Well dude get your butt going, you're going to have a lot of explaining to do. But I know how much Usagi loves you. I think she will forgive you....just don't say anthing stupid." Motoki added. "Thanks for the vote of confidence Motoki." Mamoru sighed and looked at the figure walking away. "Wish me luck!" Motoki gave him the the thumbs up. Mamoru smiled and began to trot after Usagi. He followed her figure but was puzzled when she passed the street her house was on. Then he figured out where she was heading. The sun was just setting casting a faint orange glow on everything. Mamoru entered the park. He looked around looking for a certain person. Then he saw her, what he saw though took his breath away. She was leaning upon the railing over looking the river. Her profile was etched in the orange glow. Her head was tilted up slightly, and he could see the tears sliding down her face. Mamoru cursed himself knowing that he was the cause of those tears. Mamoru started to move towards her, but then the memories of his visions swamped him. He stopped and tried to sort out his thoughts. 'Maybe this for the best right now, until I figure out what is going on. She's mad but shes safe.' A picture came to his mind, the one he always saw at the end of his dreams. It was a picture of himself standing over Usagi, the one he said he would vow to protect and love forever, but she was dead, he could not protect her. But what confused him the most was that when he looked down at his hands they were bloody and one held a knife. Mamoru shook the picture from his head. 'Oh Usagi, I hate hurting you like this, but I don't know whats going on. I just don't trust myself with you anymore.' Mamoru took one last longing glance at the figure at the railing. He sighed and produced a rose from his jacket and left it on the bench. "Usako, gomen" he whispered. Mamoru turned and walked away without looking back. Usagi was looking up at the moon, which had just appeared in the sky. She heard someone whisper her name and she quickly spun around. Usagi thought she saw a faint figure in the distance, but decided it was in her imagination. She turned to leave. A faint sparkle caught her eye. She looked over toward the bench, eyes widening when she noticed a rose laying there. Usagi could feel tears welling up in her eyes. She ran over and picked the rose up. Tears began to slip down her face as she gently stroked the petals. Usagi whirled around and began to call Mamoru's name, but no answer came. Usagi sat dejectedly down on the bench. Memories came flooding back to her about the wonderful times that Mamoru and her spent there. Their first kiss. Usagi touched her lips, remembering how gentle he was. "Oh Mamo-chan,I forgive you. Please come back. Please come back to me." **************************************************************** Oh don't be mad, I know this part is very short.
