Title: Christmas Magic Epilogue Author: Azn Angel Email: silver_dragon12@excite.com Rated: PG OK, OK, so I needed an epilogue, alright? It'll be quick, really! Disclaimer: I don't own Sailro Moon, but I DO own this fic. ~*~*~*~* *****Christmas Day***** I was at Mamoru's apartment. We promised eachother that we wouldn't open our presents from eachother until we were together. We settled on the couch, me leaning against him, and cups of hot chocolate in front of us. "You go first." I said, snuggling into him. He wrapped his arms around me. "No, you." "You." "I insist." "No, really!" "You." I gave him a sad face. "Please, Mamo-chan?" I asked in a baby-cute voice. Then, I raised my head, and kissed him just the slightest bit on the lips, barely even touching him. "Please?" I gave him the puppy dog look. He sighed. "Oh, fine." He reached for his gift. I grinned deviously. Works like a charm. He unwrapped the gift slowly, pulling out the carefully done white ribbon, then tearing away the red, green, and gold paper. He held it up. "Oh..." he said softly. I looked at him nervously. "D-do you like it?" In his hands was a painting. Or, at least, a print. I could never afford a real painting. It reminded me of Mamoru and me. It was a picture of someone remarkably resembling Tuxedo Kamen, dancing with a girl. The girl wore a dress much like the one I wore to the masquerade, and had the same hairstyle as me. They were dancing on a ballroom floor, and you could see outlines of other people in the background. Somehow, the artist gave it a sad touch. "Oh, wow..." Mamoru breathed. "I love it, Usako. Who painted it?" "Komaida Inazuma." was my prompt reply. "What's it called?" "Last Dance." He stared at it for a few more moments, then put it aside, and hugged me tight. "Arigatou, Usako." "Domo, Mamo-chan." I grabbed my gift. "OK, let's see what we have here!" I tore into the present, with Mamoru chuckling. I held it carefully in my hands. I gasped silently. It was a glass heart. It was crystal clear, and had a picture of Mamoru in it. Below the picture was a small inscription. It said: One who may seem cold and bitter, Even has his own needs. Desire and love in his heart, For someone special. Cherish he shall, The gift he's given. A certain kind of love For her. Just remember, Usako, That you are my angel, And I need you. Don't ever doubt it. Aishiteru. I stared at it for a moment, then turned to Mamoru. Tears were in my eyes. "Mamo-chan..." I gently placed the precious treasure on the coffee table. He watched me with anxious eyes. I gave him a hug, and whispered in his ear, "Aishiteru, Mamo-chan." He hugged me so hard, then kissed me again and again. He barely said it, but I heard. "Aishiteru, my Usako... Aishiteru..." THE ~REAL~ END ~*~*~*~* OK! THAT'S the end! I'm serious! Email me! ~*~Azn Angel~*~
