Sailor Moon Super Special Story 6


Prologue: Last story Kid Daimaou was dating the famous fashion designer Akiko Osaka, who founded the new mall every girl in Tokyo was going to. The Refugees were back, not killed by Kid Daimaou and Kit and Pup, the adorable animals with awesome power, rescued the girls after being captured by the Refugees. Ami is now, truly and officially, Kid Daimaou's girlfriend.


Chapter 1: Drifters

The Kid stayed at home with Usagi. The news suddenly got more interesting, and Usagi never wanted to do anything else with him. Just watching news like zombies. The Kid fell asleep on her floor.
	That night, Ami and Kid Daimaou went out to dinner. He had promised not to cause a commotion at the restaurant and not to curse. A perfect gentleman was what Daimaou had to be. Rei stayed at Usagi's house and watched some television with her. She was bored, especially without a date on a Friday night at Usagi's house! Makoto was at home, and Minako was playing with Kit and Pup. Master Tao had let them stay there for the night.
The Kid woke up and saw Usagi and Rei in the living room. They seemed to be enjoying themselves. He got up and walked over to them.
" Hey babe. Want to go to your room?" he asked Usagi, placing an arm around her.
" Later. I want to finish watching the news." She said, not looking away at the screen. The Kid looked and saw a reporter talking about the continuous murders happening in Japan.
" It's pretty dangerous out there. I hope Ami's alright." Rei said.
" Don't worry. Kid Daimaou's gonna protect her." Kid said. He jumped in between the girls.
	Ami and Kid Daimaou walked down the dark sidewalk after they had eaten. Everything was going fine until Kid Daimaou began to curse at the waiter for the check. Ami tried to quiet him down, but Kid Daimaou grabbed her and left. He attacked whoever tried to stop them and threw out the money. He said that he was never going back there again. 
" Ami?" Kid Daimaou said.
" Don't speak to me. I thought that you could handle being a mature human being tonight, but I was wrong." Ami told him.
" That guy was trying to rip us off our money! Fifty bucks for some steak and champagne?!" he said.
" That's not the point. You promised me that you would behave yourself at our date. Why do you have to do this every time?" Ami asked.
" Oh, come on! You know, let's forget about everything. I don't feel like talking now." Kid Daimaou said.
" Fine. I certainly don't either." They walked in silence. The two approached four figures. One of them seemed to be wearing a mask, exposing only his left eye. He carried a giant double bladed staff. Another one looked like a snake, with the mask shaped like a cobra's head. The last two wore a black helmet. The snake-headed one stepped in front of Ami.
" Hey. You look like you could use a lift home." He said, eyeing her short blue dress. Ami and Daimaou continued walking. The other three stepped up to them.
" Why don't you come with me? I think you'll enjoy my place." The guy grabbed Ami's arm. She let out a yelp.
" Let go of me!" She cried. Kid Daimaou punched the man and kicked them all down. He approached the leader and picked him up.
" Listen, you never touch my girl, or I'll kill you. Got that?" Kid Daimaou threw him down.
" Get him!" The four got up and attacked Kid Daimaou. Two of them kicked him in his stomach while the another one grabbed him around his neck. The leader came up in front of him and hit him hard in his face. He hit again, then again. Blood poured from his mouth.
" Daimaou!" Ami ran over to him, but she was grabbed by the leader.
" Spread the word that a Drifter can defeat a Saiya-Jin warrior. You and the others cannot stand a chance!" He and the other three left. Kid Daimaou writhed on the floor, bruised and bleeding. He looked up and saw Ami being carried off. She was shouting out to him.
" Ami!" Kid Daimaou struggled to get up and summoned the kinto cloud. The puff raced over and put Kid Daimaou on top and flew off to the Drifters headquarters. He had to stop them and he knew just what to do. Kid Daimaou pulled out a pair of Kaioushin earrings. He had to fuse with Ami!


Chapter 3: Fusion Waza! Kid Daimercury!!!

	Kid Daimaou saw them go inside a worn down building with Ami. He jumped down and saw her being placed in a chair and being tied up.
" So, you hear about those murders that's on the news every night now?" The leader, introduced as Drifter 0, asked.
" What do you want with me?" Ami cried out at them.
" I think you should shut up. We wouldn't want anything bad to happen, would we gentlemen?" Drifter 0 faced the others. They were silent.
" Why don't we see what's under that pretty little dress of hers?" Drifter 2, Rikyo, suggested. 
" Yeah. Probably a nice body that comes with it." Drifter 3, Ryoji said. They started to strip Ami. She struggled to keep them away, and tears started forming on her eyes.
" Stop it!" she cried out.
" Hey you guys, let's cut this out. We're making her cry." Rikyo said. They all stopped. 
" I bet you're curious about what's underneath this mask." The leader pulled out his cloth mask and showed her his face. Ami screamed. He had no mouth, no nose and no ears. His red eyes glowed evilly at her.
" Y-you're..." Ami stammered. Drifter 0 laughed. 
" I'm not human, so what? Those pathetic weaklings don't mean a thing to me." he said. 
" What do you want with me?!" Ami cried out. 
" Nothing. We Drifters don't care what you or any humans do. It's our duty that makes us so..." One of the Drifters interrupted him.
" Shouldn't we let her go now? This girl is none of our concern."
" I wouldn't let her go now. That Saiya-Jin is still out there. We have to be cautious." Drifter said.
" Cautious of what?" The second Drifter hit Ami on her head hard, knocking her out. He removed his mask. 
" You can't underestimate the power of a Saiya-Jin. Every near death experience upgrades their power." Drifter said.
" Then we should have killed him!" he shouted. The other two Drifters stayed quiet. " Why are you such an incompetent leader?!" 
" Rikyo, silence!" Drifter shouted. " You fool, are you challenging me to a fight?" 
" My brothers and I will not follow you're orders anymore. We will not live under another's shadow." Rikyo said.
" Then prepare to die!" Drifter ran and punched Rikyo across the room. Rikyo's brothers, Ryoji and Ryoko, ran and held Drifter. Rikyo began to hit consistently at Drifters face. Blood poured out from an unseen wound on his face. The three brothers had killed him in a matter of minutes.
" He's dead." Ryoji said to Rikyo.
" He was hardly a match." He said. The three untied Ami and carried her off to a nearby alley. She was still unconscious, but Ami began to stir as she was put down. Ami opened her eyes and caught a glimpse at the three Drifter's back. Suddenly, she saw them being tossed back into the alley. Kid Daimaou, still injured, staggered towards Ami and gave her one of his Kaioushin earrings. 
" Put it on your ear." He said. Ami just stared at the earring.
" Do it!" Daimaou shouted. Ami attached it on her left ear. Daimaou placed his on the opposite ear. They merged together and became Kid Daimercury. Kid Daimercury was exactly like Ami, except with black hair and red eyes with the fusion vest and pants. She was much stronger, and headed over towards the three Drifters. Rikyo got up. He ran and executed a flying kick to her head. Daimercury grabbed his foot and threw him away. Ryoji took out a two swords with long, thin blades and began to attack her. Daimercury grabbed both of the weapons and pulled it out from his grasp. She flipped it over to the handle of the sword and thrust it forward. Ryoko ran and pushed his brother away. The blade went into is back and drew out blood. Ryoko grabbed the blades and pushed it out of him. Daimercury jumped back and called out, " Kamehameha!" The enormous ki blast sent the three flying into the brick wall. 
" You fucking bastards!" Daimercury jumped up and landed on top of a building. She ran and stepped onto the kinto cloud and flew away. Daimercury removed the earrings and reverted to the two original figures. 
" What happened?" Ami asked, looking around. She pulled on her dress and wrapped her arms around herself.
" Don't say anything. Let's just go home." Daimaou said. They landed by Ami's house and he dropped her off there.
" Good night, Ami." Daimaou said. He jumped back onto the kinto cloud and left back to Usagi's house. He wanted to forget about what had happened tonight. 


Chapter 3: Legacy

	" So what happened?" Usagi, Minako, Makoto and Rei waited to hear the story about what had happened to her and the date.
" Look, I don't want to talk about it." Ami said for the hundredth time.
" I sensed a really big ki. And maybe four or five little ones." Kid said. 
" Ami and I did fusion." Daimaou said. The Kid nodded.
" Okay then. That explains a lot." He yawned. " So did you kill them?" 
" Don't know, don't care." Daimaou got up and walked to his house. The others did as well. After saying good bye, that is.
	As Makoto walked home, she felt a strange presence. She turned around and looked. 
" I wish I were Rei. I would know if these feelings are evil or not." Makoto shuddered and continued to walk.
Turning around the corner, Makoto quickly went up the stairs to her house and opened the door. She quickly shut the door and plopped herself on the couch.
" I'm so exhausted. Maybe a little rest is what I need." But before Makoto went to bed, she went to the bathroom and turned on the shower. Yawning, she pulled down her blouse and then slipped out of her skirt. 
	As Makoto got in and let the water run on her, she felt much colder than usual. It wasn't the water that was sending the shivers down her back. Makoto got out and dried herself off. She went and put on her nightgown and jumped into her bed. 
" Sweet dreams, Makoto." She told herself, then totally drifted off into sleep. 

	The next day, Makoto's alarm clock didn't go off. She finally woke and looked at the time. It was a quarter to twelve. She let out a yawn and pushed the covers from herself. Suddenly, Makoto shrieked and jumped off. Lying in the middle of the bed was a shiny, sleek black shotgun. 
" Oh my god! Oh my god!" Makoto was breathing hard, but she was also relieved. It was lucky that the gun didn't go off while she was asleep.
" How in the world did that get there? Whose is it? I never..." She touched it, and felt the smooth metal against her fingers. She quickly jerked it away and looked at it some more. Then, on her forehead, Makoto could feel something warm and spreading across it. She looked in a mirror and found a strange mark being shown. It quickly fizzled and could be seen clearly now. It was a symbol of a skull.
" What's going on here?" Makoto tried to shake off the aching in her head. Her eyes were getting blurry and then went dark.
" My eyes!" Frantically trying to see again, she blinked multiple times and rubbed on it. The vision came back, showing only red and black. Makoto grabbed the phone and called the gang.

	" What in the world happened here?" Usagi and Ami inspected the wrecked room. There was blood everywhere, and the bed was a mess also. 
" Do you think she was attacked?" Rei asked.
" Look at the bed. I think a man came in here and tried to take advantage of her." Minako said.
" But why does this bed have a burnt spot on it?" Ami lifted the covers and showed the girls that there was a brownish black area where it had been scorched.
" Sailor Senshi." Setsuna appeared before them. 
" Why are you here?" Rei asked.
" I know what happened to Makoto."
" You do?" The four asked together. Setsuna nodded.
" There was neither an attacker nor rapist in here. Makoto is connected to the Legacy." She said. 
" What is that?" Usagi asked. 
" The Legacy is the term for a generation of a group of supernatural spirits devoted to protecting the World Destroyers. These spirits are known as Bodyguards." 
" Okay then." Usagi said. 
" Go on." Ami told her.
Setsuna continued, " A Bodyguard is born when a Bodyguard dies. Though eternal as they are, their immortality cannot save them from the wrath of the world destroyers. Makoto is one of the chosen." 
" So how come her house is trashed?" Rei asked. 
" Yeah, how come?" Minako added.
" A newborn must go through a stage of enduring unbearable pain. Their eyes must adapt to seeing only red, and their body strengthens to withstand any force." 
The four girls were really confused now. 
" But how can Makoto be this Bodyguard if she was originally a Sailor Senshi?" Ami asked.
" Yeah, and who are these World Destroyers? Why are they being protected?" Rei chimed in.
Setsuna sat down. " The world destroyers are the cause of countless numbers of lifeless universes. If they are destroyed, so is the world they are on, and the Bodyguard as well." Pausing, Setsuna took in a breath of air.
" The Bodyguard protects these creatures from dying to spare the world they are on. If they die, a new Bodyguard is created, and the World Destroyers are reincarnated back to a new dimension."
" Are we gonna have to fight some aliens?" Usagi asked.
" No." Setsuna said. 
" But who are they? What are they?" Rei repeated.
" Kit the kitten and Pup the wolf pup. The Kid has found them and given it back to me to hold for the new Bodyguard...Makoto."
Minako's eyes widely opened. " I know them! I found them on the street. They killed Artemis." 
" What?" The other three exclaimed.
" The Kid was making such a big deal with them and wouldn't go to my roo...I mean, he was so preoccupied by them."
Setsuna spoke up, " But another great threat is also here. Mercenary, the scarlet cybersoldier, managed to scan Kit and Pup and is now after them. Apparently, he was sealed by the Refugees." 
Setsuna got up and began to phase out.
" Remember these names. Mercenary, Bodyguard, Kit, Pup, and the Stealth Senshi. They will...." 
" They will what?" Usagi asked. But Setsuna quickly disappeared. The girls were puzzled. 
" Do you guys think that she was telling us the truth?" Usagi asked.
" Setsuna can see the future, the past and the present. She knows more than what she's telling." Rei commented. 
" Let's try and look for Makoto." Minako said. Ami nodded and added, " We have to find out some answers." 
" Right!" Usagi shouted. The four left the house and split in different directions to look for their friend.
	After the stages of growth, Makoto had accepted newer and much stronger powers than ever. Her life as a Senshi ended. She had found the World Destroyers huddled in an alley by the side of an arcade store. Motoki, still healing from the cuts and bruises, greeted Usagi as she went inside to play some arcades. 
" Hey Motoki. Still healing?" she asked.
" I'm growing back my teeth and my back doesn't hurt as much. So, what brings you here? Haven't seen you around lately.
" Yeah, I got caught up with my love life. My boyfriend is so dreamy, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I was supposed to do something, but I forgot. So I decided to go meet you." Usagi said. 
" That's good. So, the usual?" Motoki asked.
" Yep." He got a chair and placed it in front of the Sailor V arcade. Usagi eagerly put the money in and began to play. Makoto went inside as well, holding Kit and Pup in her arms. The shotgun dangled by the side of her leg and her helmet was still on. Makoto's motorcycle was still outside and she seemed rather masculine now with her new look. She walked up to a man. There was a loud and deafening shot in the air and people around began to panic and scream. 
" What's going on?!" someone cried out. 
" Someone was shot!" said another. Everyone ran outside. Usagi looked up from her game and blinked. 
" Huh? Why did everyone leave?" she asked herself. Usagi's eyes caught Makoto's visor plate on the helmet. 
" Um...excuse me?" Usagi asked. Makoto went back to the dead man and threw the two animals on him. They began to tear at the flesh and eat away at him. Usagi held her mouth with her hand and backed away. That's when Makoto took off her helmet and stared at her.
" M-Makoto!" Usagi stared in shock at her. She was dressed all in leather and the shotgun was still clutched in her hand. 
" I am not Makoto. I am known as the Bodyguard. Leave me alone." She said. Usagi didn't listen.
" We were worried about you. The other girls and I, we found your house trashed and..." 
" I have no home. I have no friends. I am only the Bodyguard." Makoto pointed the shotgun at Usagi and fired.
	After a minute of shrieking, Usagi noticed that she was still alive. Makoto walked up to her.
" I'm alive!" Usagi exclaimed. " But how? You shot me? Did you miss?" Usagi asked.
" My aim was perfect. A shotgun fires at a wide range and the Protector launches a burst of holy light at the enemy. You are not the enemy." Makoto said. She placed her helmet on and got back on her motorcycle. Usagi grabbed her arm.
" Makoto! Wait up!" Makoto yanked her arm from Usagi and started the bike. 
" Don't touch me." she said coldly. Makoto's red eyes shone through the helmet. She drove down the street and disappeared in the distance. Usagi took out her communicator and contacted the others.
" On our way!" Ami said.
	About a half hour, the others got to the arcade and tracked down Makoto. 
" Let's transform. This Bodyguard could become a major threat, even if it is Makoto's body we see." Rei said.
" Right!" The four transformed into the Sailor Senshi. The Kid and Daimaou flew by.
" Hey babes!" The Kid said. 
" Hi baby!" Moon said. The two began to kiss each other. Mars gave them a mean stare. " We are not your babes. Now, if you want to help, then come with us." 
" Help with what?" Daimaou asked.
" You really don't care about your friends, do you? Makoto is possessed." Mars said. 
" Shut up you bitch. That's the reason why I don't want to sleep with you. You have an attitude." Daimaou said.
" You still try to sleep with me! I have to throw you out the window!" Mars shouted.
" And you wonder why Ami wakes up with a smile on her face, huh?!" Daimaou shot back. Ami's cheeks burned with embarrassment.
" I never see Ami happy because she sleeps in the same bed with you! And besides, you could never satisfy me! You don't have what I want?" Mars spat.
" I know what you want. A pair of breasts, you damn les..." Mars punched him in his face and kicked him in his stomach. She elbowed his back and threw him across the street. Daimaou got up and staggered back to the group.
" Son of a bitch." Mars said. She faced the others. " Let's go find her!" The Kid and Usagi were still on each other when the others were going. Mars stopped and broke the two apart.
" Let's go." She said.
" We'll have time later." Kid said. Usagi giggled. 
	Makoto was sitting against a tree in a park. Her eyes were on the kitten and wolf as they ran around and wrestled each other. The Sailor Senshi and the Kids saw her.
" Found her." Kid said.
" What do we do now, your majesty?" Daimaou asked Mars. Mars punched him in his ribs.
" We don't do anything. The Sailor Senshi will talk to her, and we won't hurt our friend." She told him.
" Hey! You said we could help. So what do we do?" Kid asked. Sailor Moon grabbed the Kid and they walked behind a tree.
" Let's go make out here." She said. The Kid and Moon began grabbing each other.
" Mercury, can you see what this monster's weakness is?" Mars asked. Mercury activated her visor. 
" It doesn't say. Makoto's eternal." 
" That's what Sestuna was saying to us." Venus said. " But she said that a Bodyguard is born when a Bodyguard dies. How can she die if she's eternal?" 
" I know what she meant." Mercury told her. " The World Destroyers can kill anything, whether they are eternal or not. If we kill one, then Makoto is restored."
" But then the planet blows up with it." Mars said. She cursed under her breath, " Shit!"
Makoto looked up. The three senshi walked up to her.
" Makoto, it's us." Mercury said. Makoto got up and grabbed her shotgun.
" Kit! Pup! Return!" The two animals ran up to her shoulders and Makoto got into a fighting position. She pointed the shotgun at the others.
" Makoto!" Mars, Venus and Mercury cried out. Makoto shot, but it didn't hurt them. 
" You are not the enemy." Makoto said.
" We're not dead!" Venus said, relieved.
" Look, we don't want to hurt you. We just want you to come back to the Sailor Senshi. We need you." Mars said.
" I am the Bodyguard, chosen throughout time to protect the World Destroyers. If I am to become a Sailor Senshi again, the World Destroyers must die." Makoto told them. " Which I will not allow." She walked to her motorcycle.
" What now?" Venus asked.
" Sailor Moon!!!" Mars shouted. " She can try to heal her with the Moon Scepter!" 
" Someone call me?" Moon came out from behind her love making place and looked at the others.
" Your Scepter! Use it to heal Makoto!" Mercury said. Sailor Moon took it out and cried out, " MOON HEALING ESCALATION!!!" 
The executed technique did nothing to Makoto. 
" What happened?" Sailor Moon asked. Makoto turned around. She headed towards them on her bike and sent the four flying out of her way. The Kid and Daimaou both ran into her. Makoto was knocked off. The motorcycle turned around stopped, making it seem to have a mind of its own. 
" Damn possessed bitch! Give Makoto back to us!" The Kid shouted. Makoto, with her supernatural strength, grabbed the Kid and Daimaou with her hands and threw them towards the Sailor Senshi.
" We have no choice. We have to kill the Bodyguard." Mars said.
" WHAT?!" the others cried.
" A Bodyguard is born when a Bodyguard dies. We will get Makoto back and the World Destroyers will get a new Bodyguard." Sailor Mars cried out, " FLAME SNIPER!!!"
The attack impaled Kit's sensitive body. There was no blood, for some strange reason. 
" Kit!" Makoto grabbed the dead kitten's carcass and saw that the earth was still alive. " What happened?"  
" FLAME SNIPER!!!" The next attack hit Makoto in the chest. She was stunned. Blood dripped from the wound, and then there was a large explosion. Makoto's body blew up, but her real form came back. In her Sailor Jupiter Senshi uniform, she was on her knees, weak from the injury.
" Makoto!" They hurried over to her. The Kid and Daimaou walked over to her as well.
" Guys. What's going on?" Jupiter asked wearily.
" Don't talk. Just save your energy. You've had a tough day." Venus told her.
" Thank god the planet didn't blow up." Moon said. There was a loud howling. Pup, after seeing the death of his brother, transformed his eyes to a blood red color, which glowed evilly. His fangs protruded down from his mouth. He grew large enough to be the size of a true wolf. 
" What the?" The Sailor Senshi looked as the monster of an animal charged at them. All they could remember was Pup's eyes, gazing hungrily at them. 

Chapter 4: Rebirth of the World Destroyers.  

	" What really happened to those poor animals?" Usagi asked.
" Poor animals? That wolf was a beast? It could have torn us to shreds!" Rei argued.
" Just like you on a bad day, huh Rei?" Usagi shot back.
" And how are you like on a bad day?" Rei snapped.
" You forget that I have a boyfriend. I don't have bad days." Usagi said sweetly, holding the Kid's arm. Rei growled.
" May I?" Setsuna, who was at the shrine, said. 
" Go on." Ami told her.
" Well, Pup was fortunate to have died before he had a chance to attack you. Creatures like the World Deatroyers will ignore anything. They will kill until the enemy is destroyed, just like the Bodyguard." 
" So how come it died?" Makoto asked.
" Kit and Pup are connected. They have a special bond. If one dies so does the other. But the second death comes more slowly to the animal. This is why Pup had a chance to transform, but never a chance to attack." 
" What will happen to them now? Are they in animal heaven?" Minako asked.
" They have passed through the stage of death and is now going to be reborn later on. They will be as harmless as they were in their original form. Just don't kill either of them, or the prophecy will continue." Setsuna warned.
" So there's going to be a new Bodyguard?" Makoto asked.
" Since you weren't killed, I am not sure. We'll have to wait until the future to see that." Setsuna phased out. 


Seventy five million years later (3 weeks)...

	Kit and Pup were finally reborn. Their memories were washed away. The only thing that came with them through the light of birth was an unknown energy, which erased the memories of the Sailor Senshi and the Kids. They remember nothing of the Bodyguard, or what the Legacy was. 
Two black boots hit the ground. Dark jeans appeared as well as a leather jacket, a helmet and the shotgun materialized. The lifeless pile of clothes suddenly came to life, and a body was formed. The birth of the Newborns had taken place.

						The End


So, how was this short story? Sorry for only four chapters, but this was an intro to the Bodyguard, which will be of greater use later on.
