Background:  "Sailor Moon Quasar:  A Plutonian Girl and Her Dog" is a 
story about Claribel Mei'ou/Quasar Sailor Pluto and her relationship 
with her guardian dog Cereberus by recounting several selected 
moments.  It also tells what Claribel and her parents Sharon Setsuna 
Mei'ou (aka Sailor Pluto) and Kerwin Del Trabajador were doing before 
July 2996, the month during which "Sailor Senshi Heiresses" takes 
place.

Time Frame:  Christmas Day (December 25), 2990 to July 3, 2995

Sorting system: There are 8 moments which, with the exception of #8, 
are divided up into 30 events.  5 of those 30 events are soliloquies, 
each of which span periods as small as several hours or several days 
to several months and serve to set the reader up for the next moment.  
They are a sort of transition, if you will. Event 6F is subdivided 
into 5 incidents.  Each moment is a day that stands out in Claribel's 
mind because something that has affected her happened on that day.  
Each event (or incident as in the case of Event 6F) has a particular 
position in the moment (i. e.:  Event 5B is the second event in Moment 
5) and a time period which will be indicated in the page accompanying 
each moment.  The soliloquies will have the time period they govern 
marked as well.
