Sailor Moon Return of the Jedite? I've buried my name but if you're really that desperate to find me I've a web site on the Internet. http://www.eagle.ca/~dwornik/knights.html A fanfiction site (All Sci-Fi. No Sailor Moon.) Fanfic - Star Wars + Sailor Moon Never before attempted crossover so stay with me. I wrote this as a relaxation technique between novels of the Black Knight Squadron. It helps if I write with my characters so don't be expecting Luke Skywalker to come walking in. (Farmboy's a horrible character to write anyways!) The Sailor Moon was just tossed in for the heck of it because I love Anime but the only one I can watch is Sailor Moon. This is in no way a big production piece so I've put very little effort into it. A lot more than my attempt to have Kea toss Lidster and the Cat around from Red Dwarf!!! (Think of Field of Dreams and say this in that type of whisper "If you knew me, you would know.") You kind of have to translate the Star Wars characters to Anime because it's harder to think of Sailor Moon in real actors. Unless you've watched way too much Sailor Moon! Warning... This is an unofficial and unautorized writing piece and is in no way meant to infringe upon the rights of the producers of Star Wars and Sailor Moon. Copying of this material will be fined with the above notice attached to your copy. Removal of that notice will notify the writer of this story and he will get very angry... Return of the Jedite The crystal Jedite was imprisoned in was sent from the Negaverse into another dimension. One that was supposedly un-reachable. Queen Barell has been killed by Sailor Moon and much time has passed. Alan and Anne have restarted their lives and finally all seems safe. Except in a troubled galaxy far, far away... The Corellian Transport Lucky Day flew through hyperspace smoothly. The pale skinned Janson Thanas relaxed at the controls and slowly dozed off. His brown hair and green eyes seemed almost out of place against his skin. He watched as the brilliant white tunnel slowly spiraled around the ship in irregular patterns. Then something caught his eye. A small dark object was coming very close to the ship. Janson sat up straight and looked closer. It was about two meters in length but was hardly moving except an awkward spiral. "Brace for impact! There's something out there!" Janson yelled. The crystal slammed into the ship a distance behind the cockpit. The ship shuddered and suddenly the white of hyperspace was replaced with black. "What the hell was that?" A woman's voice demanded. Kea Starchaser stepped into the cabin. "That, I'm afraid, I'm not quite sure but worse still, what is going on out there?" Janson looked back at Kea. Her long brown hair laid flat against her back and she had deep blue eyes like the sky of Alderaan before the dreaded Death Star. The Alderaanian pirate quickly moved into the copilots seat and attempted to figure out what was going on. "Spectrum, you had better get in here!" Janson yelled. David 'Spectrum' Antilles was very intelligent and always supplied Janson with answers when he needed them. The tall man entered the cabin and looked at the starless black before them. His dark hair was slightly standing on end and his brown eyes were opened wide in shock. "What happened to you?" Kea asked worriedly looking at Spectrum. "Electrical discharge back there. What ever hit us had a lot of static. The cargo bay has decompressed so I think what ever hit us has punctured the hull. We may get a chance to look at it later." "Maybe not. The hyperdrive is out." Janson muttered looking at the panel of red lights. "So is the back up." Kea said in a desperate tone. The cockpit lit up with bright light and suddenly there was a planet in front of the cockpit. "Kea, find out where we are. Spectrum find out what's broken. I'm going to try and get us down in one piece!" Spectrum started to protest but Kea shoved him into the copilot seat as she ran by. "You get the idea." Janson muttered sarcastically as he had gotten the jobs backwards. It really wasn't the time for details. "Hold on! This could get a little rough!" Serena looked at the starry night. She sighed as she stared at the full moon. "What is it Serena?" Luna asked sounding slightly concerned. "Nothing. It's just, Darien seems to be ignoring me lately and I'm- Oh! Look at that shooting star!" Serena stopped speaking as a bright white star seemed to fall towards the area. She silently wished on the star that Darien would pay more attention to her like he used to. "Serena! That isn't a shooting star!" Luna cried. Serena looked again and the white thing flew over the house with a loud roar. It looked to Serena like a club sandwich with a horseshoe in it with an olive on the side. She stuck her tongue at the thought of the odd mixture. The roar was deafening as the thing flew low over the houses and disappeared from view. "Let's check it out!" Luna said quickly. Serena nodded and quickly followed Luna out. Jedite reawakened inside a small room. The crystal prison was shattered around him and there was an odd hole in the ceiling that showed a night sky above. "Those wretched Sailor Scouts! I'll have my revenge!" Jedite heard voices and quickly made himself scarce. The pressure door opened and Janson and Kea entered the cargo hold. Kea looked at the hole in the ceiling while Janson picked up a fragment of the crystal that impacted with the ship. "Most of the cargo is gone. We're lucky to have any left." Kea said depressed. Janson held one of the crystal shards against the moon light. "Never seen anything like this before. I wonder if we could sell this and make repairs on the Lucky Day. I'd like to get back in my X-Wing shortly. Nothing beats destroying a TIE fighter in a nice fight." "I know the feeling but there are better things to be done with ones life." "Janson! Kea! We have a very big problem here!" Spectrum called out. Janson ran forward with Kea running behind. "What is it?" Janson asked. "We're off the star charts. Something has brought us way off course." "Great. Spectrum try to figure an exact position and a course to take us back. Kea, I saw hundreds of buildings out there. Perhaps the natives are friendly enough to help us make repairs." "I doubt it. I recommend we try to avoid contact as much as possible." Kea said in a pessimistic tone. Janson shrugged. "What ever. I just want to get going. I've been out of combat for too long." Janson strapped his holster around his waist and clipped a small cylinder to his belt. Kea shook her head. "You still carry that stupid thing? You haven't needed that in a long time." "Hey, I'm better with it than a blaster. Besides, you wanted this to be quiet." "Right, you got me there. Hold on. I want to get my blaster." Janson nodded. He then widened his eyes in shocked panic. "No shooting people!" He yelled back into the crew compartments. "You think it's a good idea to bring her along?" Janson asked Spectrum. "Well, we can't get a hyperdrive repaired out of a shop so a mechanic isn't going to do much good back here. I'll hold down the fort until you come back." "Thanks. We'll be back soon. Glad we were able to hold the ship in the air though. If we landed in that town we could have had some problems." Serena ran down the road with Luna hard on her heels. She breathed heavily as she had been running for some time. "Come on Luna. I don't think it's the Negaverse. Do you?" "I don't know Serena. I just have a bad feeling about that ship!" "Should I call the rest of the scouts?" Luna remained silent. "No I guess it is a little late. I'd have to wake them up." Serena admitted. "I doubt that's a problem. That thing made enough noise when it went over." Serena sighed. Her communicator started beeping and solved the decision for her. Of all the rotten luck it was Rei. "I've got some bad vibes. What happened?" "We just had something fly over the city. I'm trying to get a closer look." Serena said quickly. "Gotta go! Bye!" She said and happily cut Rei off shutting down the communicator. Serena laughed giddily at getting the best of Rei. "You could have had her come too. We might have needed her." Luna lectured Serena. "Aw, come off it Luna! I need Rei like I need a head ache! I can handle it!" She spotted a small gathering of people ahead of her. Most of which were lying on the ground sleeping. Others were slowly collapsing. Then Serena spotted the figure in the middle. The blond man was laughing hard and a swirling mass of energy floated in his hand. "Jedite!" Serena cried. She quickly turned into an alley and tried to catch her breath. She peered around the corner at the Negaverse creep. "Perhaps now you should use your communicator." Luna said quickly as she too was in the alley hiding from Jedite. "You're right Luna." She grabbed for her communicator. A loud explosion and a bright beam struck a garbage can near her and she dove for cover losing her communicator in the flying garbage. "Ew, gross!" Serena exclaimed picking a smoking banana peel off her head. "Move into the light where I can see you!" A woman's voice yelled harshly. "Luna?" Serena frightened voice asked. Serena looked around but couldn't find Luna anywhere. "Luna? Luna!" She cried. "It's not fair! Luna!" "Great! I think I'm being ambushed and I shoot at a kid!" The woman's voice sounded slightly annoyed. The woman walked into the light. She wore tight fitting black clothing and held a strange weapon in her hand. "Kea! What happened? I heard blaster fire!" A voice said from nowhere. "Easy Janson, it's nothing. Never mind." "You better not be getting into trouble again!" "Easy, you'll blow a gasket! I'm just a little jumpy." "You shot at someone didn't you?" "No I didn't. I fired at some shadows." She gave Serena a wink and held a finger to her mouth. "I'm coming to meet you. Stay put." "If you wanted to see me that badly away from Spectrum we should have kicked him out!" "Er, ah, perhaps we'll discuss this later." "Anytime love." The woman put something on her belt then holstered the weapon. She moved slowly towards Serena with a kind smile. "Now, sorry about that. I'm kind of lost and am expecting trouble. I'm Kea. What's you're name?" Serena shuddered involuntarily. "Serena. You're not going to kill me?" The woman stopped and frowned. "That was an accident kid now if you don't let it go I just might. I'm not a people person so if you excuse me I must be going. I'm very busy." Serena shivered as the woman walked past. Serena silently wondered if she was helping Jedite. The woman walked into the main street and stopped. She turned and suddenly had a confused look on her face. She looked back into the alley at Serena. "Do you have some kind of celebration where you sleep in the middle of the street?" Serena shook her head. "Didn't think so. Stay down!" The woman pulled out her weapon and began to use it. Loud blasts echoed in the dark alley as the woman fired over and over. Suddenly her face became frightened and her aim raised into the air. "A damned dark Jedi?" She fired again and dove into the alley as a fire ball slammed into the ground where she was before. Serena could hear the deep laughter of Jedite as he approached. "Hold it right there Jedite! You're not going anywhere!" Rei's voice yelled. "Ahhh! Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury and who are these? Where's that clumsy Sailor Moon?" Serena wanted to jump up and defend her own name but the woman in the alley prevented that. "We're going to beat you again Jedite!" Rei/Mars said aggressively. "This time once and for all!" Leda/Jupiter yelled. "Kids? Kids are going to fight him?" The woman asked. "I can't let this happen. Janson! Get down here right away! I've got a dark Jedi here. A group of imaginative children are trying to fight it." "I'm on my way! I knew I would need *it* again." "Yeah, except this thing doesn't need a lightsaber. He formed a fire ball out of thin air and threw it at me. My blaster shots seemed to go right through him." "Cool your jets Kea. I'll be right there!" "Miss?" Serena asked. The woman looked fiercely at Serena. "Call me Kea. I'd feel a lot more comfortable that way." "Why don't we get out of here?" "Because I've got friends on the way. I also don't like watching kids get killed. I've seen enough of that in my life!" She poked her head around the corner. "Jupiter Thunder Crash!" Kea jumped back into the alley as a lightning bolt struck one girl in the head and was redirected at the dark Jedi. "What the hell was that?" She asked again getting a closer look. The dark Jedi had avoided the electrical storm and was now watching all the girls closely. Kea aimed her blaster carefully and fired. The bolt struck the blond in the arm and he was tossed to the ground. "Got'em!" Kea charged out from behind cover leaving the child Serena behind. The man stood up shakily and looked back at Kea. He then disappeared. "Damn it! Stang! Bloody-" She looked at all the kids and decided to watch her language. She heard heavy breathing as Janson charged onto the scene. "Fighter pilots aren't supposed to do this kind of work." He mumbled before he doubled over. He looked around at the crowd of people on the ground and the now five young girls walking slowly towards them. "I think their on our side but they are definitely not what they appear to be." Kea said calmly. It took a lot of effort to do that. "Who are you?" A girl in a blue skirt with matching blue hair asked. Kea shrugged a Janson. "Lieutenant Kea Starchaser of the New Republic." "Commander Janson Thanas. How do you do?" He then dropped back over to catch his breath. Kea supported him and brought him back up right. "Are you okay?" The tallest of the girls asked Janson. Kea looked back at him. "Yeah. Staying up for two days straight isn't good for endurance. You wouldn't happen to know where I could get a spare hyperdrive would you?" The girls looked at each other in confusion. "Didn't think so." "I'll get back to the Lucky Day and see if I could strip both drives and try to make one." Kea said quickly. Janson looked at her with a worried expression. "Is it possible? I thought hyperdrives were very complicated." "They are and the possibility is slight. Better than nothing though. I don't feel like being stranded here. Though I wouldn't have to worry about the Empire." "Were you on that ship?" A voice interrupted. Kea turned and looked for the source. It seemed to come from behind her but all that was there was a small animal with a half eclipsed planetoid on its head. "Did somebody just say something?" Kea asked the five girls. They shrugged and Kea looked back at the animal. "Merow!" The animal said. Kea shrugged. "If that said it, it's hiding it now. Don't see why though. I've seen stranger." She said this deliberately at the animal to see if she could get it to speak again. She wasn't lying either. She had seen much stranger things. Particularly that lightning bolt that hit the tall girl. The animal seemed to back peddle away. Serena watched in discomfort as the woman - Kea moved closer to Luna. At least Luna had finally come out of hiding. "Maybe you can help us." Mercury asked the man in charge. Serena couldn't see how they were supposed to come from another planet. They were definitely human even if they did have strange weapons and tools. "I'm not certain we can but we can try. You say that you were fighting, Jedite? Can I get a little back ground?" "He was a Negaverse hench man and after we defeated him in a duel he disappeared. We eliminated the Negaverse but somehow he's returned." Mars said quickly. "We might be responsible for that. Was he imprisoned in crystal by chance?" "What? What do you mean?" Serena asked. "We hit something and were forced down here. What ever it was it was large enough to hold a person and certainly was a tough material. Ripped right through the hull. Got a piece right here though." The man handed Serena the crystal fragment. Serena looked at it closely. "Oh! It's so pretty!" She said looking at it. Mars ripped it from her hand and gave it to Mercury. "It's for study not for jewelry." Mars said harshly. "I know! You don't have to be so rude though!" "Easy girls! If you like it perhaps you can get more. There's enough in my cargo hold to make enough jewelry to sell for a fortune." "I hope you save some for me Janson." Kea said from behind Janson. "Well, if you, ah, want some, go right on ahead." "How romantic." Kea said sarcastically. "This does seem to be Negaverse style material. Wait a minute. There's a piece of Jedite's clothing. That is definitely from the Negaverse." Mercury said as she finished analysis. "Sorry to interrupt this pleasant conversation but we have company." Kea said sarcastically. The tone also carried a hint of fear. Serena followed Kea's eyes and looked into the sky. Jedite hovered above them. "How nice, my rescue was an accident by a bunch of lost cause spacers. Sorry to end this but I've got a thing against these Sailor Scouts. Thanks for freeing me." Jedite began to make another attack when another loud noise and light beam nearly struck him. Jedite vanished again. "How many people do you have?" Jupiter asked. "Just the three. Spectrum? I thought you were staying with the ship?" "There's enough energy spikes down here for an entire garrison of stormtroopers." The young man named Spectrum walked out of the shadows holding a smoking gun. "Wow! He looks like my old boy friend!" Jupiter said quickly. Serena slapped her forehead. "Perhaps it's time to go under ground. Anyone care to join us on our ship? It's just behind the large building a few blocks down." Janson asked. "This isn't some lame excuse either. I've got a very bad feeling about that Negaverse stuff." "Sorry, we've got to go." Serena said quickly. The other Sailors nodded except Jupiter who just gazed at the younger man who had arrived. Serena had to admit he was rather cute but he was nothing compared to Darien. "Come on Sailor Jupiter. We're going." Serena said quickly half dragging her friend. "Drop in anytime. Just make sure you're not followed. Can't draw too much attention." "Yeah, I don't feel like running a carnival. 'See the aliens!', 'See the space ship' and 'Come get a holo of your favourite one' Bah!" Kea angrily stalked away. Janson followed quickly. Spectrum gave the girls a quick mock salute before following the group. "Of all the people to fall for, and you pick a visitor from another planet!" Serena yelled angrily. Serena woke up late for school and rushed out of the house in a flash. She ran as fast as she could towards the school. It was in sight! Almost there! "Oh-no! I'm going to be late!" "You too?" Leda asked as she caught up to Serena. "Was up too late thinking of last nights incident. You?" Serena asked. "Yup! I think I'm going to pay a visit to them after school." "You can't! They can't know we're the Sailor Scouts!" "They won't know. Besides, I think Spectrum likes me!" "What kind of name is Spectrum anyway?" "I think it's dreamy." Leda sighed. "Snap out of it! We're late!" Janson woke up to hear Kea and Spectrum fighting again. That seemed to be their favourite pastime. That's what happens when opposite people collide. It's either love or war. This was defiantly the latter. "What do you mean you're making a ring?!" Kea demanded. "If their helping us it's only fair we give them something in return." "Sure, our help in getting rid of Jedite!" "Hey! It's our fault he's here! It's only fair we help get rid of him." "Big deal. They've beat him before. We're not doing them- Wait a minute! You maneuvered me to fight for you! That's not fair!" Janson walked into the cargo hold which was now bathed in sun light. "Guys cut it out! I can't sleep with all this racket." "Damn pity! You slept in so late I thought you'd never get up. Planning on living here?" "Where else do we go? Haven't a way home. Much less the knowledge of what direction we're supposed to travel." "I agree with Janson. Make the best out of the situation." "What are you going to do? Finish your education in one of their primitive schools?" "Well I-" "That's enough! This bickering is pointless! Let's get to work patching up this observatory and getting the ship in shape to fly. At least look like you're doing something." "Fine." Kea got up and stormed out of the cargo hold towards the cockpit. Spectrum shrugged. "Don't worry about her kid. I'll handle her." Janson moved out of the hold and left Spectrum alone. He caught up with Kea part way through. "This Jedite's got you worried hasn't he." "That obvious, huh? I hit him with a blaster bolt and chased him off but he came back and almost got us. How do you kill something that can come and go as it pleases?" "Very, very carefully." Jedite sat in the remains of Queen Barell's former Earth palace. What was left of it was slowly being reclaimed by the arctic weather. "So it is I who has the last laugh. I will not fail. I know who the first three scouts are and their friends can not help them. I just need some time to heal. I will not under estimate those silly humans again." "How ironic." A voice echoed through the palace. "Who's there? Show yourself!" Jedite demanded. A shimmering form of Neflite appeared and walked towards Jedite. "You! What do you want?" "You don't know how wrong we were." Neflite said calmly. Jedite sneered. "Traitor! You are no longer a member of the Negaverse!" "Correct. I'm no longer alive either. Those humans will not bend to your will and you will no more succeed than Queen Barell. I watched as those Sailor Scouts defeated her." "You didn't help!?" "Couldn't and wouldn't if I could. I've discovered the error in our ways and corrected my path. Zoisite had me killed because of it." "I imagine everyone was truly broken up about that." "Nobody dared think twice. When you were trapped I believed you were a fool for failing. My opinion has changed greatly. You did well in those circumstances but we were really fighting for the wrong side. I found that the humans truly care for one another. We shouldn't destroy it." "Pathetic! You're weak Neflite! I won't fail again!" "Remember, I did warn you of your error. I will not speak with you again." "Good riddance!" Neflite faded from sight and Jedite looked around the darkened palace. "I will get those Scouts just to prove you wrong. I'll prove everybody wrong!" Serena spotted Leda slowly moving towards the hills behind the school. "Leda wait up! I'm coming too!" "Thought you said we couldn't go." Leda said slyly. "I just want some of that jewelry. Besides, we could always transform before we get there." "No. I want to go as I am." "All right, all right. We won't-" "Wow! Look at that!" Serena looked and spotted the ship she had seen the night previous. It sat half hidden in the trees but clearly visible to somebody looking for it. "Think we should just barge in unannounced." "No, I think that would be a very dumb move." A voice said behind them. Serena turned and spotted the woman Kea. "You!" The woman exclaimed at Serena. "Um, good day?" Serena was slightly frightened by the woman's sudden appearance. "Good day ma'am. Just walking through the hills on a wonderful day." Leda said happily covering for Serena. "Sure. Janson, we've got a problem. Get down here." "Not again. I'm coming." An unseen voice stated irritably. Serena turned and looked towards the ship in the trees. A figure was quickly jogging from it towards them. Janson arrived and looked at the girls. "Didn't expect you two to take up my offer last night." Janson said. All three young women dropped their jaws in shock. "Janson, have you flipped?" Kea asked in alarm. "No. These are two of the Sailor Scouts. What were your names? You have other ones I presume. Come on. Let's head for the ship before somebody else sees us." "How did you know?" Leda asked sounding alarmed. "I've got a touch of the force with me. I get these feelings and usually I'm right about them." "I know the her name is Serena, Janson but I can't tell you the other's name." Kea stated angrily. She looked at Leda harshly. "Leda." Leda said shyly. Serena shrugged. Janson turned and motioned for the girls to follow. Serena looked at the dirty ship as she approached it. She kept her comments to herself but she definitely thought it looked like garbage. The ship had burnt metal along its sides. A small gang plank opened and Spectrum walked out. "What's Kea's problem this- Oh! Pardon me ladies." Spectrum said bowing forward to them. Serena smiled uncomfortably while Leda blushed. "What kind of name is Spectrum?" Serena asked bluntly trying to wake Leda out of her trance. "It's a nick name I picked up a few years back. I go by it to help keep people from tracking me. My real name is David. If you prefer you can call me that." "Uh, certainly." Serena had hoped on something else to be the basis of the name not something so normal. "Well, well. If it isn't Miss Moon and her little friends." A rough voice grumbled from above. Jedite appeared and looked down at the group. "Get lost you Negaverse creep if you know what's good for you!" Serena yelled. Jedite laughed. "Your speeches are old Sailor brat. Nice but I'm not falling for that again!" Jedite turned round as a bolt of light flew past him. He opened his hand and flung Kea to the ground making her lose her weapon. He then turned and flung Spectrum and Janson down. Their weapons were likewise thrown away. "That eliminates those three. Now it's the two of you against me!" "Just like old times. Moon Prism Power!" Serena yelled. "Jupiter power!" Leda yelled. The two girls transform into the Sailor Scouts. (You get the idea) "I am Sailor Moon, and I guess you already know that you won't get away with your evil." "We shall see." Jedite growled fiercely at Serena. Jedite raised a hand and started to form a ball of energy. "Jupiter Thunder, Crash!" Jupiter's lightning bolt was neatly side stepped by Jedite. "You're turn Miss Moon." Jedite taunted. "You're forgetting someone aren't you blonde?" Janson said from behind Jedite. "What?!" Janson ran towards him and grabbing a small cylinder from his belt. He flicked a small button and the cylinder extended into a long silver pole. (Bet I surprised you there! NOT a lightsaber! So much for Jedi VS Jedite! :) In one motion he plunged the staff into the ground and used it as a poll vault to kick Jedite across the chin. Jedite fell out of the air and tumbled to the ground stunned. "You'll pay for that human!" Jedite rumbled. "No he won't! Moon Scepter Elimination!" Serena's scepter attack hit Jedite as he stood up. "Yeeaaaaaaaa!" Jedite screamed as he was quickly reducing to nothingness. "Dusted!" Serena yelled giddily. "Now that is one nasty scepter!" Kea said getting up slowly rubbing her arms. "You some kind of royalty?" "Kea! Take a look at this!" Spectrum shouted excitedly. He was jumping up and down in hysterical laughter. "What is it?" The entire group asked Spectrum at once. "Jedite's little attack caused my blaster to melt its battery pack. It happened to land on one of those crystal shards and it caused a chain reaction. Somehow this crystal has been polarized and can replace the hyperspacial resonator!" Serena looked at Janson for help but he shrugged back. "Janson! We can go home!" Kea exclaimed. She quickly grabbed the now black gem from Spectrum and ran into the ship. "Well I'll be. You girls still want those crystal shards? I'll give you a huge pile each. I won't be needing to sell them now." "Wait a minute! I've got something for Sailor Jupiter!" Spectrum dug in his pocket and pulled out a rough ring. He handed it to Jupiter and shrugged apologetically. "Sorry about the quality but all I had was a small laser cutter. It's one of a kind though." "It's beautiful!" Jupiter said quickly. Sirens were starting to approach the area. Serena wondered if those weapons had attracted the police with the noise they made. "Those sirens aren't good are they?" Janson asked. "Probably not for you. Can you get going?" Serena asked. Janson nodded. "Nothing wrong with the ship. The hole is patched up and the engines are back on line. The only problem was the hyperdrive. Don't look so confused. I don't know anything about those things myself." Serena smiled. "Good luck!" "You too." Janson and Spectrum both boarded the ship and the hatch closed. Serena and Leda backed away as the ship lifted into the air and shot into the sky. Sailor Moon Says... You've got to get a life if you just read this! Technical stuff for those who don't know Star Wars Corellian Transport - picture the Mellinium Falcon but remember this isn't as modified as that one. Blaster - That neat gun they carry that is really a type of laser. I think. Staff - You're insane if you've never heard of a staff. Sure I can believe you've never heard of a staff that can compress into a small cylinder but certainly you've heard of a staff! Hyperdrive - A little black box that allows the ship to move vast distances. Other technical things are just tossed in there to make it look like I know what I'm talking about.
