        Hi there everyone!! Well here I am again with part 5.  This should
satisfy
any
cravings of action and romance all you readers may have, cause this is a way
longer part
than I am used to writing, and its all action packed!  Anyway, I would like
to

Usagi, Vampire Slayer
Part 5

        Rei,"  Usagi asked, "I am going to go out for a while."
"Do you want me to come, Usagi?"  Mamoru asked, looking up from his cup of
coffee.
        "No, Mamoru, you stay here.  I wont be gone long."
"All right, I suppose you can take care of yourself.  I'll be here when you
get back."  Usagi
left, after waving a short goodbye.  "Rei, do you think she should be alone
right now?"
        "I think it would be good for her to get out on her own for a while.
She is
having
a great weight put on her shoulders, and a little release isn't such a bad
thing."
" I am just worried that she will black out again, and I wont be there for
her."
        "You cant  always be there for her, you know.  She needs to depend
on
herself,
not on you."
" I just want her to be safe, that?s all."  Rei laid a hand on his shoulder
in
a comforting
gesture.
**********************************************************************

        Usagi started walking down the street.  ~ Man, I needed to get out
of there.
I
need some time to think. ~  Usagi proceeded to head in the direction of
Kenzington Park,
in search of a quiet place to organize her thoughts.  Usagi arrived at her
destination,
immediately claiming a bench to sit on.
        ~ I can?t believe that this is happening so fast.  I mean, just a
week ago, I
was just
your everyday vampire slayer, and today, I am about to be the ultimate
hunter.
Sometimes, I wish the power weren?t mine, but I have no choice do I?  If I
don?t do it,
someone else would have to, and I wouldn?t wish this on anyone.~
~Usagi...........~ a teasing voice interrupted her.  ~ Come to play with me,
little bunny?~
        ~ Who are you?  Why are you bothering me? ~
~ So defensive, little bunny, aren?t we?~  Usagi looked around the area for
the origin of
the voice, finding only a figure hidden in the shadows.
        ~ Come in to the light, so I can see who I will be killing.~  The
figure
stepped out
from under the tree.  The figure was male, and slight in build, but not weak
looking by any
means.  His face was boyish,  with his small mouth, and impish looking green
eyes.  His
sea green hair was held back in a pony tail.  Usagi gasped, realizing who
the
figure was.
        "Gabri!"  Usagi exclaimed.
"So, little bunny, you do remember me, even after all this time.  I?m
flattered."
        "You shouldn?t be.  Why are you here?"
" Oh, no reason," Gabri said, " Just thought I?d see how the slayer was
doing.
You know,
catch up on old times.  So, kill anyone I know lately?"
        "Gabri," Usagi said, barely controlling her anger, " Go away.  I do
not wish
to talk
to you."
"So the traitor gets high and mighty, eh?  Well, well, aren?t we cute."
        "Never forget that I am your superior.  I may have run away from my
mother,
but
I still retain my status.  You would be wise to obey me and leave."
"And if I don?t?"
        "Then I will have to kill you."  Usagi said in a cool voice,
completely
uncaring.
" Not if I kill you first.  I have waited for this moment all my life.  You
may be my
superior, little bunny, but I will still kill you."  With that, Gabri lunged
at Usagi.  She
easily dodged his attack, and struck him in the shoulder blade.  He turned
and
ran at her
again, this time knocking her off balance, throwing her to the ground.  He
pounced on her
before she could get up, pinning her to the grassy ground.  "See, little
bunny, I told you I
would win.  I always do."  Usagi looked up at him, determination glinting in
her eye.  "I
haven?t lost yet, Gabri."
"No, but you are about to."  Gabri extended his fangs, and lowered his mouth
toward her
throat, hovering just above it.  " You know, little bunny, its always been a
dream of mine
to taste your blood.  I always wanted to know if it tasted different than
other blood, guess
I am gonna find out."
        "Don?t count on it."  Said a voice from behind them. "I will give
you till
the count
of one to get off her."
"Who in the he......"  Gabri started, but never finished.  Usagi took the
opportunity, and
plunged a silver stake into Gabri?s heart.
        "One." Her voice stated.  Gabri turned over onto his back, and with
his last
ounce
of strength, said  " Damn you, Usagi."  Usagi slowly got up, dusting off the
remains of
Gabri.  Usagi turned to face the voice that had saved her from Gabri.
"Thankyou for
helping me just now........Mamoru?"  Usagi asked, finally getting a look at
the figure.
Mamoru?s eyes glittered midnight blue, with silver infused in them.  His
whole
being had
taken on a predatory look, and Usagi didn?t like it one bit.  "Yes, Usagi,
its
me."  Mamoru
said, running a hand through his tousled hair.
        " What happened to you?  You?ve changed."
" This is my true form.  I am not what you think I am, Usagi."
        "Obviously not.  What are you?  Wait, don?t answer that, I don?t
want to
know."
Usagi said, slowly backing away from Mamoru.
"What are you doing Usagi?"
        "I need some time alone, all right?  I can?t think straight right
now,
especially with
you like that."  Usagi then turned and started running away.
"USAGI!" Mamoru screamed after her.  ~Crap.~ Mamoru said to himself.  ~ I
better
catch her, and make her listen to me.~  Mamoru ran at top speed in the
direction Usagi ran
in.

        Usagi ran and ran, until finally, she had to stop.  She Slumped down
onto the
ground, leaning on the trunk of a tree for support.  She pulled her knees to
her chest, and
rested her head on them.  ~ I can?t believe what I saw back there. What is
Mamoru?  I
thought I knew him, but now I am not so sure.  I don?t know what to think
anymore. ~
Usagi silently sobbed into her hands.
        Mamoru slowly crept up on Usagi?s curled form.  ~ She is taking this
harder
than I
expected her to. ~ Usagi felt two arms encircle her form, enfolding her in
their strength.
Usagi leaned into the arms, finding what comfort they had to offer.  ~ Shh,
Usagi.  Don?t
cry, its all right now. ~
        ~ Is it? ~
~ Yes it is.  Please let me explain.... ~
        ~ Explain what?  You lied to me, I lied to you, whats not to get? ~
~ Usagi.... ~
        ~ No! Mamoru, please, don?t do this.  I love you, but I just can?t
handle all
of this
now.  Just hold me now, explain later. ~  Mamoru wrapped his arms around her
sobbing
form tighter, lending her his strength.  After a time, Usagi stopped crying.
Mamoru
looked at her, only to find her asleep in his arms.
~ Oh, Usako.  You never change. ~  With that last thought, Mamoru slowly got
up, with
her carefully tucked in his arms, and set off for Rei?s house.

        Mamoru knocked on Rei?s door, trying to get her to let them in.
"Hello? Who
is..... Mamoru!?" Rei exclaimed looking at him, " What happened to her?  Get
her inside,
quick."  Rei said, ushering him inside.
"Rei, its nothing really.  She just tired herself out, and fell asleep."
        "So, she is OK?"
"Yes, Rei, she is fine.  Let me go put her in her room, and I will tell you
all."  Mamoru left
the room, returning a few moments later.  Rei ushered him toward the couch,
and made
him sit down.  " So, what happened?"
"She was attacked by a vampire, and it was killed."
        "Did you catch the name of the vampire."
"Yea, I did.  He called himself Gabri."
        "Gabri!  Are you sure?"
"Of course I am sure.  Why, what is up with Gabri?"
        "Well, lets just say he was someone from Usagi?s darker past.  He
taught her
how
to kill, how to bring about the dark powers that reside in her.  Can?t truly
say that I am sad
about his passing."
"Well, he?s gone now at least, although the tale doesn?t end there."
        "What do you mean?"
"Usagi saw me in my true form.  She saw what I am, and she didn?t like it
much."
        " Oh, my!  Did you explain it all to her?"
"Uh-uh.  She wouldn?t let me."
        "Well, when she wakes up, guess what your first priority is?"
" I know, I still don?t want to, but I suppose I have no choice."
        "We should go rest up a bit, especially you."
"All right Rei.  I suppose I could use a little sleep.  I will see you in a
few hours."
Mamoru said as he headed toward his room to get some much needed sleep.
~ Yes, Mamoru.  Get some sleep, something tells me you are gonna need it.~
**********************************************************************
        * Usagi?s Dream *
**********************************************************************

        Usagi was chained to a stone wall.  It was dark all around her, she
couldn?t
see
anything but her hands chained above her.  "Hello?  Anybody there?" She
called
out into
the darkness.  No answer followed.  Suddenly, lights turned on, blinding
Usagi.  When her
vision cleared, she saw 3 people standing in front of her, the Queen, Rei,
and
Mamoru.
        "Well, my wayward child, how have you been? I hope your
accommodations are
suitable."  Said the Queen, her blue eyes sparkling maliciously.  Her attire
consisted of a
deep purple pant suit, snugly fitted to her figure.  "Why have you chained
me
here?"
Asked a slightly shocked Usagi.
        "I have chained you here so that you may witness all that will
happen here,
and not
turn away.  I will make you see all of this if I have to pry your eyes
open."
The Queen
stated, while gesturing to Rei.  "Rei, darling, come here."  Rei stepped
forward, head
down.  She wore a pure white dress, falling to her ankles.  Her hair was
styled down,
spread beautifully down her back.  With her snow white dress, and her demure
posture,
she looked the part of a virgin sacrifice.  As Rei stepped forward, the
Queen
enveloped
Rei in her arms.  "Watch closely Usagi, watch what I will do to all those
you
love."  The
Queen bent Rei?s neck to the side, preparing to bite.  "NO!" Screamed Usagi,
as the
Queen sunk her fangs into Rei?s tender neck.  Blood ran down the front of
Rei?s dress,
staining it a deep red.  As the Queen continued to drink, Rei?s arms fell
limply at her sides,
until they moved no more.  The Queen softly tossed Rei?s body aside, making
a
thud
sound.  "REI!  NO!!"  Screamed Usagi, crying while vainly trying to break
free.  "How
could you do that?!  I hate you! I hate you!"  Usagi screamed over and over,
sobbing
uncontrollably.
        "Usagi, I can save her, if you wish."
" No!  I couldn?t let you do that to her!  I would rather her be dead than
be
like you!  I am
sorry that YOU are my mother, I hate you!"
        "Now, now, Usagi.  Is that any way to talk to your mother?"
"It is when my mother is you.  I loathe even calling you mother, because to
me, you are
not."
        "We?ll see about that, little bunny.  Mamoru, come here."  Mamoru
walked
toward
the Queen, love shining in his eyes.
"Yes, my love?"
        "Who do you love more than life?"
"I love you, my Queen, more than my life, more than hers even."
        "Mamoru...."  Choked out a shocked Usagi.  "Why, Mamoru?"   Turning
to
address Usagi, Mamoru looked at her with hatred in her eyes.  "Did you
really
believe that
I loved you, you pathetic excuse for an immortal.  Why should I love you,
when
I could
have her?  Its simply impractical."  Usagi looked down, crying, as Mamoru
chuckled.
"I love you, my Queen." With that, Mamoru kissed the Queen with evident
passion,
making Usagi cry harder.
        "NOOOOOOOOOO!"  Usagi screamed.
**********************************************************************

        "NOOOOOOOOOO!"  Usagi screamed in her sleep, causing Mamoru to come
running to her instantly.  Rocking her gently in his arms, he whispered
calming words to
her.  "NOO! MAMORU!"  Usagi screamed once more before glowing a brilliant
midnight
blue color.  Her form rose on its own, levitating above the bed.  Usagi?s
eyes
snapped
open, but instead of being blue, they were a predatory yellow color.  "Foul
betrayer!"
Usagi half whispered at Mamoru.  "You hurt me, and now you must pay for your
betrayal!"  Usagi screamed out a command, and a ball of midnight blue
slammed
into
Mamoru?s shoulder, flinging him backwards.  "AAAH!" He screamed on the way
down.
Mamoru got up instantly, and glowed midnight blue, calling on his powers.
He
sent forth
energy blocks toward Usagi, neutralizing her destructive powers.  She
screamed
once, and
then fell down onto the bed, unconscious, the blue glow leaving her.
        Mamoru powered down, and went to her side.  Her breathing had become
shallow,
her limbs laid unmoving.  "No! Damn it, Usagi! Wake up!"  When he got no
response, he
began to feed her energy.  He poured more into her, but still she lay
unmoving.
        "You can?t help her, Mamoru." Rei said from the doorway.
"I have to help her Rei!"
        "But you can?t, only I can."
"No! Rei, you can?t.  She would never want you to."
        "If I don?t, she will die, and so will the people of this world."
Rei said,
while
walking over to where Usagi lay.  She put her hand on Usagi?s chest, only
feeling a faint
heart beat.  "I must do this for her." She said, as she left the room
momentarily, only to
come back with a small, red crystal.
" What?s that?"
        "Its my crystal.  It is the keeper of my energy.  It is the only
thing that
can save her
now."  With that, Rei walked silently toward Usagi?s limp form, and placed
the
crystal on
her forehead.  She knelt down next to Usagi, and took her hand.  " chi, shi,
kya, gui, ki,
hsu.  chi, shi, kya, gui, ki, hsu." Rei chanted over and over the words that
would forfeit
her life for that of her sister?s.  As she chanted, her body took on a
luminous red glow,
filling the small room in ruby light.  ~ Usagi! you must live, please, come
back to us. ~ Rei
called to Usagi, pleading with her.
thump.......................thump...........................thump.....
Mamoru perked up at the stronger beats of Usagi?s heart.
Thump........thump.....thump.
"Rei!! She is alive! Stop, Rei, she is alive!  Rei!"  Mamoru looked over at
where Rei
should have been kneeling, but she was sprawled out on the floor, weakly
clutching
Usagi?s hand.  Mamoru rushed over to her, and took her form into her arms.
"Rei!  What
have you done?"
        "It?s......it?s all right now......Mamoru......"
"Rei!"
        "She is......alive, and........I saved her............my
purpose........is........"
"Is what?"
        ".........done......."  With that final word, Rei slipped from the
mortal
world.  Her
body slowly started to disappear, as all of her energy was gone, and her
form
was no
longer needed.  As the last part of her face faded away, Mamoru let out and
angry cry.
"REI!!"
**********************************************************************
        * A few minuets later *
**********************************************************************

        Usagi felt her chest rise and fall, air surging into her lungs.  ~
What
happened?  I
was dead, and now I am not? ~ She thought to herself.  ~ I need to open my
eyes.
Mamoru and Rei are probably worried sick over me. ~  Usagi slowly struggled
to
open her
eyes, but they felt weighted down with lead.  "Mamor.....Mamoru...."  Mamoru
perked his
ears up at the sound.  "Usagi?"  He asked, immediately going over to her
side.
"What
happened, Mamoru?"
Mamoru sighed, and told her of her actions, not telling her about Rei.
"Where
is Rei,
Mamoru?"
"Usagi.....she...."
        "She what?  Where is she?"
"She died, Usagi.  She had to save you from death, and so she forfeited her
life for yours."
        "What?!  She is dead?"
"Yes, Usagi, she is gone."  Usagi broke down into tears, sobbing so hard her
entire body
shook.  Mamoru took her into his arms, and held her as she cried.  ~ I may
as
well have
killed her myself.  She died because of me. ~ Usagi thought through her
tears.
Mamoru
just held her through her tears, letting her cry out her grief on his
shoulder.  After about an
hour, Usagi stopped crying.
" You should sleep, Usagi.  You have had quite a day."
        "All right, Mamoru."  Usagi said, as Mamoru headed towards the door.
        "Mamoru?"
"Yes, Usagi?"
        "Can you stay with me tonight?"  Mamoru turned around, and looking
back at
his
angel, said  "Yea, Usagi.  Let me just get my P.J.?s.  Be right back."
        A few moments later, Mamoru returned, dressed in P.J.?s.  As he
climbed into
Usagi?s bed, she curled up against him, and he wrapped his arms around her.
"Goodnight
Usagi."  Usagi didn?t reply, she had already fallen asleep.
~ Sleep well, Usako.  Tomorow will be a trying day. ~  Mamoru drifted off to
sleep faster
than ever before.

        * European H.Q. of the Matriarch *
**********************************************************************

        "Your majesty?"
"What is it, Devial?"
        "The traitor daughter,Rei, has died."
"How did my daughter die?"
        "She sacrificed her life, for your other daughter."
"So the little bunny is still alive, eh?" She said to no one in particular.
        "Yes, your Majesty. She is very much alive."
"Even with this little set back, we must carry on with the plan."
        "Yes, your Majesty.  When shall we depart?"
        "We shall leave this evening."
"Very well, your Majesty."
        "Leave me now, Devial.  Prepare for our departure."
"Yes, your Majesty." With a low bow, Devial left the chamber of the Queen.
        ~So, Rei has died.  Well I did tell her that she would soon enough.
Usagi,
however, shouldn?t still be alive.  After that mental bomb that I sent her,
her destructive
side should have killed her and Rei together. I bet that Rei died looking
like
a virgin
sacrifice, too.  Oh, well, looks like I will have to wait a little longer to
have Mamoru at my
side forever.  I can wait. ~  With a laugh, the Queen left her throne to
prepare for the
travel.
**********************************************************************
        Sun rays streamed through the window, shining on the sleeping pair.
Usagi
woke
up, dazed and tired, but alive.  Mamoru was still asleep as she slowly
crawled
out of the
bed, and made her way to the bathroom.
        Mamoru woke up to the sounds of a shower running.  He slowly brought
his
hands
up to rub the sleep out of his eyes, giving one final yawn, and got out of
the
bed.  ~ I had
better go get dressed.  Usagi is gonna need me today, I can tell. ~  Mamoru
left the room,
as Usagi got out of the shower.  Standing in the bathroom, she towel dried
her
hair, and
looked at herself in the mirror. ~ I don?t look like I have been dead.  I
look
worse. ~
She slipped on her robe, and went into the bedroom to get some clothes on.
She glanced
towards the bed, and didn?t see Mamoru in it.  "Mamoru?" She called out.
"I?ll be there in a minute, Usagi.  I am just getting dressed."
        "All right, take your time.  I need to get dressed too."
Usagi went to her closet, and picked out a pink sundress, the hem of it
falling to just
below her knees.  She went to the vanity table, and brushed her hair out
straight, then put
it into two pig-tails, with balls on top.  ~ Everything has to be perfect
today.~ She thought
to herself. When she finished, she walked over to the bed, and proceeded to
straiten it out.
As she was folding the sheets, she noticed a red stone laying in the middle
of
the bed.  She
picked it up, and a shock traveled through her body.  ~ Rei! This was Rei?s
stone.  She
must have used this to save me. ~  She went over to the vanity table, and
looked in one of
the drawers for a pouch.  When she found one, she put Rei?s stone in it.  ~
I
will keep this
with me for always. ~ She silently vowed to herself.
"Usagi? Whats the plan for today, huh?"  Usagi turned around to see Mamoru
standing in
the doorway, dressed in a pair of khakis and a hunter green button down
shirt.
Usagi
looked down at the pouch, and sat down on the bed.  " I would like to go for
a
walk.  I
want to get out for a while."
"I see.  Well, I guess I will be here when you return."
        "Mamoru......I ment for you to come with me."
"If that is what you would like, Usagi, then I will gladly come."  Usagi
looked down at the
pouch again, and a tear slipped from her eye.  "Usagi?"  Mamoru asked,
worried.
        "Mamoru.........I.............I......."  She threw herself into his
arms.  He
held her close
and whispered soothing words to her.  Usagi sobbed into his shirt, letting
out
all her grief
in her tears.  When she calmed down, they still held each other.  "Mamoru, I
still want to
go out, but I can?t go like this, and neither can you."
"Why don?t you go into the bathroom and wash your face.  You will feel
better
then.  Me,
on the other hand, I am going to change my shirt."
        "Deal." Usagi said, managing a watery smile.
**********************************************************************

        They stepped out of the house a little while later, arm in arm.
"So, where
are we
going, Usagi?"
        "I want to find a jeweler, so I suppose we are going downtown."
"Sure thing, Usagi. Why a jeweler?"
        "You will see when we get there."  Usagi said with a mischievous
smile.
Mamoru
just shrugged and squeezed her hand.
        When they got downtown, they immediately found a Jewelry store, and
went
inside.  "Yes? Can I help you two?" Asked a salesperson.
        "Yes, actually you can.  I would like this placed into a setting,
and I want
a chain
for it."  Usagi said, while pulling the stone out of its pouch.  She handed
it
to the
salesperson for examination.
"I have never seen a ruby with such quality to it.  This stone, Miss, is
very
valuable."
        "I know it is, sir.  Can you put it in a setting?"
"I can indeed.  Did you want it set as a pendant, bracelet, or ring?"
        "A pendant, please.  Do you have any chains that I could look at?"
"Sure do.  Right this way." He said, showing them to a large display case.
"While you
look at those, I will set this stone for you, shouldn?t be more than 15
minutes."
        "OK." Usagi said.  When the salesperson had retreated, Usagi turned
to
Mamoru.
        "Which chain do you think I should get, Mamoru?"
"Well, do you want one that is strong, or one that is decorative?"
        "Strong.  That way  I can wear it even in battle."  Mamoru nodded
his head,
and
pointed to a snake linked chain.
"This kind is very strong."
        "Then that is the one I will get.  Thank you, Mamoru."  Usagi said
giving him
a
hug.  Mamoru smiled down at her.  "No need to thank me, Usagi.  It was my
pleasure."
The salesperson returned a few minutes later, with the set stone.  "Well,
miss, that was
relatively easy to do.  Have you picked a chain yet?"
        "Yes.  I would like that one." Usagi said, pointing to the snake
linked
chain.
"Very well, miss." The salesperson said, taking the chain out of the display
case. "If you
would follow me, I will ring these up."  They followed the salesperson to
the
cash register.
"Your total will be $256.78. Cash or charge?"
        "Cash"  Usagi said, handing him the required amount.  The
salesperson handed
her
a bag in which both items had been placed.  "Here you are, miss.  Thankyou
for
your
patronage.  Goodbye."
        "Thankyou, goodbye."  Usagi and Mamoru exited the shop.
"So what next, Usagi?"
        "I want to go to the park.  Would you mind?"
"Not at all. Lets go."  Usagi led the way to Kenzington Park.  When they
arrived, they
immediately claimed a bench by the duck pond.
"So are you going to put it on, Usagi?"
        "Oh.  I almost forgot it.  Yea, I want to wear it."  Usagi said,
taking a box
out of
her bag.  She opened it, and there lay the stone, affixed to the chain she
had
found.  She
slipped it on over her head, and the pendant hung lightly on her chest.
"It suits you, Usagi." Mamoru said, looking at her.
        "Thankyou, Mamoru.  This necklace will keep me with Rei always.  She
is
always
in my heart, and this will serve as a reminder of how much she loved me."
"Yea, it will.  Never forget, Usagi.  Rei loved you alot."  Usagi looked
down
at the stone.
        "I know."  She looked thoughtful for a moment.  " Mamoru?"
"Hmm?"
        "Do you want to go get something to eat?"
"Oh yea! I am starving."
        "Me too.  Lets go grab some food."  With that, they both took off in
search
of a
restaurant.

        "Mmm! This sandwich is delicious!" Exclaimed Usagi.
"Mine too.  I am glad we decided to come in here." Agreed Mamoru.
        "Well, I am stuffed.  How about you, Mamoru?"
"I am so full, I could burst.  So what do you want to do next?"
        "Well, Mamoru, I think its time to go home.  I could use a nap."
"Well, then lets get you home.  Lets go, I could use a nap, too."
        When they arrived home, Usagi immediately headed for her room, and
her bed.
She changed into a pair of P.J.?s, and climbed under the covers.
        "Mamoru?"  She called out.
"Hmm?"
        "Would you mind terribly if you took your nap in here, with me?"
"All right, Usagi, if you want me to." Mamoru said, entering her room.  He
climbed under
the covers, next to Usagi.  She snuggled against him, and he wrapped his
arms
around her.
Soon they were both fast asleep.
**********************************************************************
        * Usagi?s Dream *
**********************************************************************

        Usagi stood in an open meadow.  She wore a flowing white gown, her
hair was
down in soft waves.  Across from her, stood her mother, the Queen. She wore
a
midnight
blue colored dress that clung to her curves, and her long, straight,
midnight
blue hair was
down, stirring with the wind.
        "What do you want, mother?"
"I just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear of Rei?s death.  I loved her
like my own
daughter, in fact, she was my own daughter."  She laughed at her joke.
        "You aren?t sorry.  I know you set the whole thing up."

        "Then where are you?"
"The scenery should tell you all you need to know, daughter."
        "All right.  What else did you need to tell me?"
"Well, just this.  You cannot defeat me, little bunny.  You may be the ?Day
Walker?, but
my powers far outreach yours.  Just thought you might like to know, before
you
kill
yourself trying to kill me."
        "I will kill you, mother, this I swear."  Usagi said, with
determination in
her eyes.
The Queen just laughed evilly.  "Better wake up now, little bunny.  You
better
come find
me before I disappear again."

        Usagi woke with a start, waking Mamoru in the process.  "What is it
Usagi?"
Asked a sleepy Mamoru.
        "She?s gone, Mamoru."
"Who?s gone?"
        "The Matriarch.  She has gone somewhere else, and I just discovered
where."
"Where is she?"
        "Scotland."
"Scotland!?  So I guess we?ll be leaving in the morning?"
        "Yea, in the morning.  I?ll go book the tickets now, so we can get
some more
sleep."
