I don't know if I can get this out on time or not. I went to my high school orientation today. I'm a Sophomore!! Anyway....Not much to say here. Going on after the concert and the end of the fight we had. What is a Crisis Strike? Here we go!!!!! Thank!!! Comment to .... Reona32@aol.com Destiny Star* !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chapter 16 It Has Begun Teachings The others on the hill cried out as the light surrounded us. Inside the light we reached forward and grabbed our staffs. We had to hold on. We couldn't let go. The colored light began to seep into the black portal that was still open. Unearthly cries echoed around us. My hair stung my face and I tried to feel the ground under me but couldn't reach it with my feet. I called out for Sailor Moon and Sailor Light but the loud wind and noise ripped the words from me. We held onto our staffs as we pushed power out toward the enemy. In the confusion the not already dead Yomas and Raths rushed for the portal. Streams of power rapped around the monsters than when it flew away nothing was left. But the light had other effects too. Scorch marks and holes on the ground disappeared. Trees that had fallen in the fight were healed. Smoke and debris from our attacks were gone. On the hill the others watched in awe. As they saw it three colored beams of power surrounded each of us. Silver around me, gold for moon, and white for light all extending up to the sky. Although the wind and noise inside the beams was deafening it was quite and still outside. Suddenly tiny streams of colored light separated from the three larger beams. The small streams raced up the hill toward the others. The streams moved around them smoothly and where ever they touched was healed. The injuries of the others were healed one by one with each gently touch of a stream. When all of them were healed the streams joined the larger beams again. After that the beams began to shrink. The beams slowly moved back reveling the healed meadow. The beams shrank until they were thin rings around us and then they disappeared altogether. We were floating about five feet in the air in a tight circle facing outward. My arms ached and the noise had left a ringing sound in my ears. Slowly we floated down til our feet touched the ground. We swayed and than sank to our knees holding our staff in front of us. Everyone rushed down the hill and crowded around us talking at once. I closed my eyes against the din and shook my head. Soft hands rapped around mine and I looked up into green eyes. Xzafer Knight pulled my staff gently out of my grasp and laid on the grass. I leaned against him as he stood me up. I felt dizzy and weak. "What was that?!" asked one of the Inner Scouts. I rubbed the bridge of my nose. "A very powerful attack." I groaned. I look at Sailor Light. She was leaning on Star Knight and having as much trouble as I was. I looked down at Sailor Moon who was surrounded by the Inner Scouts. Mercury had her computer out and was scanning her. I looked more carefully at us and noticed that all of the cuts we had and the rips on our suits were still there. I thought. Tuxedo Mask was trying to pry Sailor Moon's hand off her staff with Mars help but Sailor Moon held fast. I sighed and took a shaky step forward. My legs worked well enough and I let go of Xzafer Knight. Walking over I gently pushed Tuxedo Mask to the side and sank to my knees in front of Sailor Moon. I gently put my hands around hers. "Serenity?" I asked. Sailor Moon's hands loosened and her staff fell forward. I reached up and caught it before it hit one of us. I throw it over Jupiter's head and it landed in the grass. Sailor Moon was as weak as I was and when she tried to stand she fell forward. I caught her by the shoulders and sat her back on her knees, being to weak myself to help her. "Sun Knight why don't you help her." I said. He nodded and helped his sister stand. Tuxedo Mask had an odd look on his face. I push myself up and try to walk again. Not going to be. I sank to my knees again. I sighed and bit my lip. Xzafer Knight picked me up, I rapped my arms around his neck and rested my head on his shoulder. Sun Knight picked up Sailor Moon and Star Knight lifted Sailor Light. With a mental command my staff disappeared in a flash of silver light. The Moon Staff and Light Staff disappeared after mine. "We should go back to the manor. We'll discuss this tomorrow." I said. I felt Xzafer Knight nod and start to walk up the hill. Everyone followed. Artemis stared at Luna. She was still the size of a panther. She still wore the gold collar Serena had put on earlier. Luna walked besides Onyx and Eclipse as they went up the hill. Sailor Moon lifted her head. "Luna?" she asked. Luna looked up and speed up to walk beside Sun Knight. "Hai Sailor Moon?" said Luna. Artemis blinked. "Change back." ordered Sailor Moon. Luna was incased in gold light and when it died she was a normal domestic cat warring the same gold collar. "Up" commanded Sailor Moon. Luna jumped up on to Sun Knight's shoulder and slid down into Sailor Moon's lap. She rapped one arm around the cat and laid her head back on Sun Knight's shoulder. Luna settled down and began to purr for her mistress. I watched the display by the two and Artemis's reaction to it. I think. Walking to the end of the dirt path everyone stopped, the Inner Scouts and Darien looking confused about the line of trees in front of us. It seemed to them that we intended to go through the woods. I smile with a small giggle and lift my head. "Shadows Fall!" I call. The line of trees shimmer and fall to reveal the large area that the Star Manor sits on. "Ladies and Gentleman welcome to my home, the Star Manor." I announced. At this point Mercury is going crazy with her computer. "That is impossible!" she said. I blink and start to laugh. Xzafer Knight begins to laugh too. "What is it?" asks Sailor Moon. "Zoisite said the same thing when he came here." I gasp out. Zoisite hangs his head in a helpless manor. Despite herself Mercury and the other Scouts giggle too. Its about than that Mars, Mercury, and Jupiter noticed were they are standing, or who they are standing by. Mars and Jupiter jumped away from Jadeite and Nephrite. Mercury backed away slowly from Zoisite. Malachite raped his arms around Venus. Venus sighed and rested her hands over his. "And we were doing so well." sighed Sailor Moon. Luna nodded in her lap. "You need not be afraid of these men. I can see the feelings in your heart, don't try and fight against something your soul wants." said Venus. Sailor Moon slid down to the ground and went over to Tuxedo Mask, only stumbling once. She reached out for his hand and took it. Touching no more than his hand she turned to the others. "I tried to fight what my heart and soul told me was so right because I was scared. I didn't know if he felt the same or if I would just get my heart broken. And because of it I lost much time with the one I loved. I am very sorry I never took that chance at the many time it came to me." she glanced at Tuxedo Mask than looked back to the girls. "Don't make the same mistake I did. Take that one chance before it slips away. Don't fight your heart and soul." Turning back to Tuxedo Mask she said. "It doesn't work very well." She gave his hand a squeeze and let it fall from her fingers. She stepped away. Tuxedo Mask raised his hand and looked at it. Looking at Sailor Moon, I saw his eyes were full of hope and love, yet they were so scared. "Serena?" whispered Tuxedo Mask. Sailor Moon smiled at him, despite the smug of dirt on her cheek. "Later" she said. I could see the weight of the world lifted off his shoulders. I bet he could have flown to the moon and back right at that moment. Sailor Moon sagged onto her Brother. He was about to lift her back up when I said. "No, let Tuxedo Mask do it." With Sailor Moon's nod Sun Knight let Tuxedo Mask step forward and lift Sailor Moon into his arms with ease. Sailor Moon rapped her arms around him and laid her head on his shoulder. "Luna" said Sailor Moon. With no more words Luna jumped up into her lap once again. Tuxedo Mask gave the cat a wired look. Artemis looked lost and confused on the ground alone. Venus bent and pick him up. Rapping her arms around him she whispered into his ears. "Don't worry, I don't understand it either." "Oh Lovely." said Artemis sarcastically. "Alright everyone! IN!" I yell. Everyone is startled out of their thoughts. The ones who know were to go guided the lost people past the Shadow Spell. "Shadow Rise!" I yell. The line of trees rise again, you can see out but they can't see in. We file into the Main Floor. "Ok everybody, the Earth Guard take the Inner Scouts up to their rooms for the night. You can all make phone calls to your parents and family in your room if you want. I want to introduce you to my Computer, his name is Bit. Meaning Binary Informational Terminal. Say Hello to the the Inner Scouts and Tuxedo Mask Bit." I say. A biotic voice comes from speakers set all around the manor. "Greetings Inner Scouts and Earth Protector." "Bit!" hisses Pluto. I resist the urge to hurt the computer. Darien is not Earth Knight yet, I have not awaken his power yet. He is only Tuxedo Mask, but his name, Darien Mamoru Chiba means Defender of Earth. "There are small computer terminals in your room. If you need anything just ask Bit, he can hear you anywhere. Mercury there is a larger terminal in you room. You have access to most files, try not to erase anything." Mercury blushes. "Now the Earth Guard will take you to your rooms. Onyx will go to." The cat nods from the floor. Sailor Moon nudges Luna. "You go with them." Luna nods and jump down to stand next to Onyx. I shift in Xzafer Knight's arms and a hiss of pain escapes my lips. My ankle is rebelling against me and the cut on my leg feels like fire. Xzafer Knight looks down at me. "Alright everyone know where to go." My Brother says. The Inner Scouts move off with the Earth Guard reluctantly, the two cats with them. "Tuxedo Mask, if you would follow us please we'll get these girls patched up." say Xzafer Knight as he walk toward the hall. Tuxedo Mask nods and follows them with Sailor Moon. Eclipse walks next to Star Knight who is carrying Sailor Light. Sun Knight follows behind Tuxedo Mask. The Outer Scouts and Shrio Kage began to move off. "I'll see everyone in the morning in the dinning room!" I yell as we reach the hall. I can't see if they nodded do to the wall in my way now. Sailor Moon chuckles and Sun Knight tries to hid a smile behind his hand. I turn and glare at them. We walk into the Med Room. The Med Room is between the Computer Room and Studio and across from the Library. We get set on cushioned tables. I pick a leaf out of my hair and glare at it. "Careful, you could set it on fire." My Brother told me. I let the leaf fall to the ground and turn the look on my Brother. "Oh if looks could kill." says Sun Knight with a fake shutter. "Looks can't but I can." I all but jump off the table. I would have fallen if Xzafer Knight had not caught me around the waist. I swung punches in the air, no way of hitting my Brother from this distance. "You just wait til after Mid-night. My ankle wont be twisted than buster!" I tell him. My Brother pales and I allow Xzafer Knight to sit me back on the table. "Ha" I cry in triumph and throw my fist in the air. I than groan and hold my side as I slowly lower my arm. "Maybe I shouldn't have done that." I say. Sailor Moon can't take it anymore and begins to laugh. She falls sideways on to the table and begins to laugh against the cushions. I give her a pained look and she just laughs harder. "Ok you three de-henshin." orders Xzafer Knight. Serena detransforms still laughing and Alania and Myself follow. The Boys detransform too, Darien soon after with a nod from Serena. Travis and Eric go over to the cabinets and tables that line the walls. They take out all the stuff we need. Gauze, a cleaning liquid, and an ace bandage for my ankle. Eric cleans and raps the cut on my leg. Serena has a large gash on her right side and the gauze has to be rapped around her waist for it. Alania has deep claw marks on her left thigh, lets just say she didn't move fast enough. After that we were lift up again and went up to our rooms. The group moved slowly up the stairs. Everyone had different thoughts running around in their heads. Is it true what Sailor Moon and Venus said outside? Should I fight these feelings I have for an old enemy? Why is Venus walking next to Malachite so calmly? Will she ever love me again? Trust me again? Why doesn't she remember? Mars chanced a look behind her at Jadeite. His head was down looking at the stairs passing under him, he looked so lost and unhappy. She remembered the look in his eyes when they were back at the concert and he was singing to her. She felt drawn to him, so right. She tore her gaze away from him and continued to think. Her steps slowed without her noticing til she was walking beside Jadeite once more. Neither talked or looked at the other. Mercury stared at the back of the man in front of her. The computer forgotten in her hands. They should be dead, right? Why did that thought bring chills to her soul and her heart cry out that it wasn't true. She never felt like this with the other Zoisite. The last thought startled her. 'the other Zoisite'. A idea crept into her mind. Maybe, maybe the ones we fought are not the ones here now. That would explain why she felt like this with this man but not the other. She didn't notice the space between herself and Zoisite disappear. She was now walking next to him again. Jupiter looked at the man walking just before and off to the side of her. She was ready for any move that Nephrite would make. But her concentration kept moving off of what he might do to thoughts about him. What was this feeling? It was like what she felt with Fredy and Ken but much stronger than that. She had never meet this Nephrite before. But when the scouts told her about the lost General she felt so sad that she had missed him. She had put it off as being sad about missing the fight with him but now she wasn't so sure. She didn't notice herself move slowly over to him and walk next to him as the others. Venus looked behind her and smiled. Each Scout was walking next to their love. If they noticed or not she didn't know. She meet Luna's eyes and swept them back. Luna looked behind her too and saw the pairs. She smiled at Venus. Artemis was confused as ever with that. Venus laid her head on Malachite's shoulder and sighed. The group moved through the manor like that. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alright!!! Chapter 16 done and done! Now that I look back at it I don't thing Teachings was the right title for this chapter but oh well. Did you like it? Sorry I didn't get this out last week but I started to late and didn't finish it til later on Saturday. Gomen Nasai! I know I don't use much of the words but I forget. Next time: 'As of Yet' I don't know what will happen! I think I may train the Inner Scout a little, or Serena will. Yes, Serena will be training her Scouts. Raye isn't going to like that much. We will deal with it. I give a little explaining about how I got the Earth Guard, Shiro Kage, and Outer Scouts. P.S. The first Chapter of this story has been redone but the Archive never posted it.
