I know the beginnings bad, but it gets going! And thanks to Seņ¯˛Šta Symons, who gave me the nickname "Space Cadet" in 7th Grade Exploratory Spanish. Lucia still remembers ya! And yes, I was daydreaming of my Prince Charming. Unfinished Buissness By Amethyst The first time I saw him I gasped. The others most likely thought it was from shock, but it wasn't because of that. He showed up when he came to steal Serena away in Crystal Tokyo. He appeared over us, looking down and giving us all a harsh stare. When his eyes came into mine, they startled me. They were a soft lavender, which were so exquisite, so beautiful, that my breath was caught in my throat. His pale skin, which looked perfect with his light blue hair, captured my heart and my mind, the way his long purple cape fluttered. There was one problem with all of this, though. this new man, so beautiful, so heavenly, who'd just stolen my heart with an angry glare, was the enemy. I realized that the second I saw the Dark Moon on his forehead. "King Endymon, who is that?" I asked, as soon as Serena and Darien were gone. The hologram of the King and Ruler of Crystal Tokyo gave me a long, sad look. "He is the ruler of the rouge moon, Prince Diamond. He started this whole attack and is the one that caused my wife to be in this condition." I nodded, and thanked him. he nodded distractedly, because he was talking with his daughter now, telling her everything would be okay. I left the room quietly, shutting the door behind me. I then leaned my head against the wall near it. The instant I arrived the whole group got angry looks on their faces. Most of the senshi didn't need to worry, I hadn't come to kill them. No, I was here for their precious Princess. I gazed down at their shocked, angry faces. the tallest, Jupiter, was a pretty brunette. Then came Mars, the fiery one, and Mercury, the brains of the groups. Then came Sailor moon herself, her beautiful blue eyes staring fearfully at mine. Next to her was the notorious Prince Endymon, or Tuxedo Mask. I resisted the urge to knock him out. In the Moon Goddess's arms was a little pink haired girl, who gave me a fearful stare. then the hologram of King Endymon stared at me, the man who'd prevented me from getting the Queen in the first place. I heard a sharp gasp, and I moved my head in that direction. There was Sailor Venus, who's sudden beauty shocked me. her blue, soul probing eyes, much like Serenity's, gazed out at me. I could see her very self in those eyes. Blonde hair glistened in the dim light of the palace. I swooped down, and grabbed Sailor Moon, and the child. Unfortunately, the child fell, down, towards the Earth. Tuxedo Mask caught her, stopping her little scream. "Drat. That's okay, though," I smiled, chillingly. " I got what I came for." I then teleported the heck out of there. Though, for some strange reason, when I shut my eyes, the face of the beautiful Love Senshi remained there. Jupiter banged her fist on the table loudly causing me to jump at least three stories. "How could he just come masquerading in here and steal the Princess! Arrgh!" I shook my head, blonde hair falling in front of my face. Those eyes of his still haunted me, probing and exquisite. I shut my eyes with a long sigh, letting my mind run wild with thoughts of him, him standing there, him stealing me away, him kissing me. My body shivered at this last thought, letting that little fantasy go through my mind. His eyes would concentrate on mine, and then I'd close mine and we'd lean close and.... A sudden shake caused me to snap my eyes open. "What? What? Huh? Is Prince Diamond back?"I asked, perhaps a little too hopefully. Mars gave me a strange look. She shook her head at me. "No, Ms Space Cadet. We were just saying that maybe we should go check up on the King and all. Get some more info, and see Reenie." She then began to look me over carefully. "Did you get hit on the head out there?" she asked me slowly and carefully, while holding up four fingers. "How many fingers?" "I'm fine, Raye, and there are four fingers." I sighed slowly, trying not to get annoyed at the pretty girl. "Just tired." I then shut my eyes again, so maybe they'd leave me alone. They did, and I let myself dream a little dream. I paced around my throne impatiently. How long could Sailor Moon stay unconscious? She was taking forever. Or maybe, she escaped. That could actually work for my advantage. I was so annoyingly confused, something I never was and I didn't want to be. I thought that I had loved the powerful and soft Queen Serenity. Now, I found myself feeling something so deep and electric towards the future Queen of Venus. I brushed off the feeling, ignoring how her slender body and angelic face stared out at me from my mind's eye. As soon as I had Sailor Moon, I wouldn't think of her anymore. Or, would I? Was my feeling for Neo-Queen Serenity really just infatuation? Was I really falling in love with Neo-Queen Minako? I shook my head, and waited for the warrior in my bedroom to wake up. Her scared face was gazing up at me. I hesitated, seeing how I struck fear into this girl's blue eyes. They were so unlike Minako's. So scared and angry. Part of me wanted to give it up, and find the Love Senshi. The other part of myself wouldn't let me. I remembered that small toast I had made to that hologram of Queen Serenity, here, in my throne room. I wasn't giving up on Serenity, not yet. As I leaned in for the kiss, a red blur separated us. I let go of Sailor Moon, who had just given a small shriek. There, in my window, was Tuxedo Mask. His cape fluttered as he swooped down do gather the moon beauty, and then left, only giving me a look back. I sighed, but strangely, I didn't care that the Princess was gone. I only wanted one person now. Only one girl, with a red bow and deep eyes, that were a window to the soul of a Goddess. While Raye paced in the hall of the palace and Endymon tapped his fingers, Lita played with her hair and Amy tapped on her computer, I gazed into space. All I could think of was the White Prince of Nemesis, his tall, strong body standing above of mine, the way he gazed at us. I couldn't help but want for him to come back. I personally was in the middle of a small fantasy. Diamond appeared once again over our heads, holding the princess. "I will give you back your Princess on one condition," the y all looked at him, anger burning in their eyes. "If one of you will come with me and just hear me out." They all gasped, taken aback. Before any of the others could react, I raised my voice and called out to him. "Prince Diamond, take me. I will hear your case out in exchange for the Princess." He raised his eyebrow at this, but remained calm. Though in his eyes, a flash of hope and amazement went through his eyes. "All right. Here, Tuxedo Chump, catch." He threw the Princess down and then courteously extended a hand to me. I took it, and gave him a small smile. We then disappeared, leaving four shocked senshi and three shocked...whatever Tuxedo Mask, Endymon, and Reenie were. I soon found myself gazing a tremendous room, with only a black chair in front of three enormous black windowpanes. I gasped in amazement. "Do you like it?" the man behind me asked. I nodded, and turned to him. "Is this-?" he cut off my question with a gentle nod. "Yes, Princess Minako, this is my home, Nemesis. There is no sunlight, here. You, however, could make do." I wasn't afraid at all of this handsome man. He gave me a look, and pulled out a bottle of wine, then put it back. "I'd offer you a drink, but-" this time I was the one to gently shake my head. "I have drank before, Prince Diamond. Just a little bit, of your driest variety." He smiled at me, a gesture that caused a deep tingling in the lower bowels of my spine. He poured two glasses, just a small split in each of them. He handed me one and raised his glass up in a toast. "To the sunny princess of Love." I giggled, and then countered him. "Oh, no, to the White Prince of Nemesis." we both took a sip, and I let the exquisite flavor of the wine seep down my throat. "Mmm, I've never tasted anything like this!" I cried. My parents were wine fanatics, and I was used to knowing all of the wine flavors. "It's original to Nemesis, one of our best. I'm quite fond of it myself." He then stood in front of me. "You know, some people have said that Sailor Moon is the prettiest Senshi, but they obviously have never seen you." I blushed slightly, and ducked my head. But I then again found myself staring into his enrapturing lavender eyes. He leaned down, and I shut my eyes just as he did. Our lips met, a soft touch and- "Mina! Mina!" I felt myself being shaken out of my silent reverie. "Mmm?" I asked, feeling like an idiot. "Space Cadet, they're back!" Mars seemed to be jumping out of her skin with happiness. I myself jumped up. "Who? Diamond and Serena? Where?" I asked, feeling adrenaline course through my brains. "No, Bow Head, Darien and Serena! Why, you want to get a piece of Diamond that bad? We'll get it sometime!" She then grabbed my hand and dragged me out of there. My disappointment turned to amusement as a single thought ran through my mind. "Prince Diamond?" the soft voice interrupted. I opened my eyes from the small fantasy I'd just had to see my precious little brother standing there, gazing down at me. "Are you all right?" he asked softly. I nodded, and turned to him. "Sapphire, could you possibly get me information on all of the Senshi? It appears that I need to study our latest adversaries a bit harder." My brother nodded. "Any specific one?" he asked me suspiciously. Though, he should have known that if I wanted information on Sailor Moon, then I would have asked him. "Um, who is that little blonde with the bow? Sailor Mars?" I asked flippantly, as if I didn't really care. "No, my Prince. That would be Sailor Venus, one of the strongest. The strongest, actually." Anew voice interrupted. Emerald appeared, the three stones on her dress glittering. "Know this from personal experience?" my brother asked, squabbling with the woman again. Though these could get on my nerves- "Hmmpph. I could take her out in a moment, which is less than I can say for you!" Emerald retorted. -they could be terribly amusing. I shut my eyes, and wondered if I should order some aspirin. A mistake was made in this, for when I did, she appeared. Her beautiful hair blowing in an unseen wind. The fantasy I had had, the way she'd sipped the wine, the way she'd smiled at me when I offered my hand to take her from one palace to the next. "Emerald, Sapphire, please." They both silenced as I said this. "We have more important things to deal with at this moment, other than what battles we have lost." They still seemed to ignore me, so I decided to hit a new note. "You two would make a cute couple." Sapphire's blue eyes widened at this and Emerald opened her mouth, shut it, opened it again, and squeaked. She then turned beet red and vanished, teleporting to wherever. Meanwhile, Sapphire was just standing there. I chuckled quietly. "I don't mean anything, Sapphire. I was just kidding, and I know that your heart is dedicated to one person." he gave me a relieved smile. "Now, those papers, pronto!" he vanished, and I leaned back. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Three days. Three days since the blue-haired Prince had shown up and stolen my heart. I sighed, walking down the street. I mused mentally. We were on patrol, since we didn't know where Diamond and the Wicked Lady were. Diamond. What if I ran into him here? What would I do? I sighed, and turned down the alley, deciding to take it to get to the next street, and make sure she wasn't waiting for me there. Another figure walked towards me and I ran into it, not noticing it until the firm body brushed against me. "Gomen na-" I started, but gasped when the figure turned around. "Prince Diamond!" my eyes widened. "Gomen na-" a sweet voice started to say as I turned around. he possessor of that sweet voice gasped. There was the beautiful Sailor Venus. I glanced at the woman who had been stealing my heart, and my dreams. "Prince Diamond!" she uttered in surprise. I leaned closer, and I saw a bit of delight in her eyes. She was in civilian form, wearing a white jean jacket, green sweater, and short pink skirt. "Sailor Venus." I greeted her. "I'm not here to make trouble. I'm just...sightseeing." "Sightseeing?" I asked. He really must want to see our planet. I gazed hungrily at his tall body, remembering all of my fantasies. "And what do you think of Tokyo so far?" Her question shocked me. Here I was, the enemy, and she was trying to make decent conversation with me. I grinned at her. "It's quiant.Rather pretty, Princess." I then realized how close we were. I didn't want to move, or step back. Instead, I found myself touch her cheek. His touch sent electric sparks up and down my body. I gazed at him, wanting him to kiss me right there and then. Instead, my small hand grabbed his gloved one, and I held it there. He moved closer, and Her small hand touching my own caused me to become rather shocked. I then remembered an old Terran proverb, "Carpe Diem" I moved closer, and began to lean down. She closed her eyes and lifted her head. I then kissed her, sweetly and purely. it was obvious that this wasn't her first kiss, neither was mine, but this one was the best I'd even experienced. He wrapped his strong arms around my waist as the kiss deepened. I wrapped my small arms around his neck, pulling him closer to me. Our lips were meeting hungrily, and I let my mind float into heaven, which was where I was sure I was. A cry interrupted our kiss. "Mina! Mina, where are you?" Lita called worriedly, looking for the Love Princess. I pulled back, not wanting to be caught. Her blue eyes flew open, and she stroked my cheek one last time. I touched her, and then left, teleporting the Hell out of there. I walked slowly out of the alley, and saw Lita standing there tapping her foot. She must have known something because she raised an eyebrow at me. "Your bows messed up." she told me flatly. "I was running." I looked at the sleeve of my jacket, not being able to look at her. Something glistened on the white sleeve. A blue hair was on my arm. I looked up and saw my best friend walking. I tucked the hair into my jean pocket, and walked faster to catch up with the taller girl. I walked over towards the giant dark crystal, seeing Wicked Lady standing there in front of it. Her pink hair glistened in the dark light, and she smiled at me. "Ah, so you've returned. Did you have a run in with any of those pesky Sailor Scouts, your highness?" she asked. I grinned slowly at the dark woman in front of me, taking her slightly aback. "Yes, as a matter of fact I did, Wicked Lady." she seemed ready to press on but I stopped her. "How is the crystal?" She grinned maliciously at this, and I wondered how Mina felt at this. I saw a glimmer of gold on my sleeve, and I picked it up, seeing how Wicked Lady was busy looking at her precious crystal. There was a single strand of golden hair. I smiled and tucked it into my pocket. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wonder where he is, with Serena. They were both in here somewhere, but where? The Dark Crystal was so dark, so hard to see in. I then heard the sounds of battle. I followed it, and saw Diamond and Serena fighting the Wiseman. The robed figure seemed to be winning, too. He raised his hands and took a shot at Sailor Moon, sending dark pulses of energy out. Diamond saw this, and jumped in the way, breaking the crystal ball. At this, he disappeared, collapsing. I sighed, then stopped when I heard a hushed, raspy voice. "Take care of my people, Sailor Moon. Maybe there is hope for them. I'm sorry, Sailor Moon." He paused. "I really did love you." With that, my love died, his head rolling back into Sailor Moon's arms. "No." I whispered. He was gone. GONE! And he loved Serena. Not me. He loved Serena. The shot of dark energy Wiseman had given me hit me hard, slamming into my body. I staggered, but managed to break his damned ball. I silently cheered, then fell painfully. Sailor Moon caught her. I saw her pretty face, and shut my face, wishing that it was Sailor Venus holding me. "Take care of my people, Sailor Moon. Maybe there is hope for them." I paused, taking a breath, breathing becoming hard for me. I had to say this to her, to let herself no feel so guilty. it was a small lie, a lie that really did need to be told, so she wouldn't feel guilty. "I'm sorry Sailor Moon," I paused, catching a painful breath. "I really did love you." I then let my head roll back, but before death could set in, I let myself make one small wish. I wished that I could have been able to see Sailor Venus again, and tell her the truth. I opened my eyes, feeling shocked. Wasn't I supposed to be dead? Then why was I lying here in downtown Tokyo, in an alley? I groaned, and sat up. Then I saw figure in a Sailor outfit with short, honey coloured hair, leaning on a sinister-looking scythe "Why? Sailor Saturn?" I asked, still too shocked to make sentences. "You made a wish before you died, and I found it one worth bringing you back for." "Bringing me back? What?" I was mildly confused, to put it gently. "I am the Senshi of Death, you know. I brought you back for one night, so you can see Minako again. She wants you, Diamond. She's hurt. She heard what you said to Sailor Moon." I stood up, shocked. "Go, Prince Diamond, but, you will be gone at sunrise." I nodded, and then left, glad that I still had my powers to teleport. I sat in my bed, sniffing. I was still crying. I had been so ever since the Wiseman had been dealt with for good. I had just gone home, locked my door, and cried. I was so glad my parents were on a vacation in the country. I heard a small knock coming from my balcony. I got up, and walked over to the door. Pulling the curtains away from the glass I gasped. There stood an elegant man with blue hair, his cape swirling in the wind. I opened the door quickly, and ushered him in. "Hello, Mina." I stammered, unknowing of what to say. I turned, and looked at the wall. "I heard what you said to Sailor Moon. Why are you here?" I asked, feeling suddenly very fragile and small. "I had some unfinished buissness, and Sailor Saturn let me come back for one night." I looked back at him. He came over to me, and put a hand on my shoulder. I whirled fully around, only to see his face inches from mine. "I told Sailor Moon that because it was ture, I was in love with her. However, I am not anymore." I looked at him, giving him a what-are-you-saying look. "I felt in love with you the moment I saw you, Sailor Venus, standing there in the palace. Your eyes, which are windows to your soul, and you beauty. Now I see why you are the Senshi of Love and Beauty. You are a true goddess. I stared. if it had been any other man, I wouldn't have believed him. But he wasn't any other man. I lifted my head to his, and kissed him, deeply and fully. He kissed me back fully, our kisses quickly becoming faster and more urgent. The next morning I woke up, feeling the sheets brush against my naked body. He was awake, and almost fully dressed. Only his shirt and cape were off, which showed off his muscular chest. "Good morning, Princess." He came over and kissed me. The first rays of sunlight were breaking, and for the first time in my life, I wished that there was no sun, so it would be night forever. "You have to go?" I hated how childish I sounded. He nodded at me. "I'm sorry, Minako. But, I promise you, my love, someday, we will be together for good and no-one will separate us." I looked up into his lavender eyes, and he kissed me, gently and fully. He was fully dressed by now, and as the sun fully broke, he sighed. "Sunrise." with that, his body started to fade. I started to softly cry, and he saw this. "Don't cry, Minako. I promise you, someday, we will be together, forever. As long as you wish that with all of your heart, it will come true." He was almost transparent now. "How do you know?" I asked. "Because I wished for you. Because I love you." he was now gone, and only his voice remained. "I love you too." I said to the thin air. But I could tell that he was still there, still watching me. I didn't want to cry anymore. I smiled, and lay my head down on the pillow. Slipping one hand under it, my hand grazed something. I drew it out, and it glittered, shocking me. There was a diamond, on a gold chain, shaped like a heart. On the back of it, in the gold setting, was a small inscription. "To my Minako, Love, Diamond" I slipped it onto my neck, and fell asleep, hoping that my parents wouldn't come home early. Not bad for a beginner, ne?Come on, admit it. Send me feedback, or I will get Mina at you when she's in a sugar induced state! And you know that's not good! And I know that this relationship isn't likely, but I want it that away. So, nah. Oh, and yes, this is a fronter for my two SM series. The first, Guardians, is only related to Sm by the fact that they fight the villans and kick butt, and they will meet up with the Sailor Scouts, when the time is right. But this is a front for my Nine Stones sereies. Hey, summer vaction's coming up, and I have spare time. But hey, that's what late nights are for! Please, send feedback!!!! I live and crave feedback. See I even do tricks! Mina: For God's sake, just send it. Can i read your story now, Amethyst? Amethyst: Sure. Just let me get on my plane to Timbutu. Mina: Why? AMETHYST!!!!!!! Amethyst: Oh, shinkies! Prince Diamond: Oh, hey, something about me! Darien: My bike! Why aren't you killing her? Diamond: Easy. I know where she lives. And where she sleeps. And, I believe that if I pull some strings, she will either find the Wiseman or Richard Simmons waiting for her. Darien: That's harsh. Look for Nine Stones, Epsidoe Four! A New Hope....ergh, oops Look for Nine Stones: Trial of the Heart!
