Title: Yours for all eternality Author: Henra Rated: G E-mail: HenMcg@goplay.com Part 3 I'm sure you are bored with my talking already. Okay, I won't say anything more except to repeat, any of the Sailor Moon characters do not belong to me! Oh, and if I didn't tell you before in Part 1 and 2, there will not be any fighting. ^_^ #~~~~~~~# "He WHAT???????" exclaimed Makoto, very shocked from what Usagi had told them. Usagi nodded, "Yes, Seiya-chan kissed me." "Did you kiss him back?" asked Ami. "No. . ." Rei closed the door of the shrine, then she turned around, marched up to Usagi, and grabbed her shoulders. "Usagi-chan, you are kidding, right? I mean, how could you NOT kiss the lead singer of the Three Lights?" Minako sighed loudly, "Oh, I wished I'm being kissed by Yaten-san." Everyone else ignored her. "Did you consider yet what you are going to say to Mamoru-san, Usagi-chan?" asked Ami. Usagi sadly shook her head, "Did you have to remind me, Ami-chan? No, I did not consider what I'm going to say to Mamoru. . .Oh God, I'm a monster. . .I cheated on my boyfriend! Mamoru will never forgive me." Usagi looked around her, four faces with the same expressions on them greeted her. "Uh. . .what's wrong?" Rei quickly answered, "No-no-nothing, Usagi-chan. Nothing at all." Minako smiled a big, innocent smile at her. Usagi raised one of her eyebrows, "Guys. . . . . ." "How come you didn't call Mamoru-san Mamo-chan?" Minako burst out, not able to control herself. "We are used to hearing you call him Mamo-chan, so when you called him Mamoru, we just got sort of. . .weird, I guess," Rei explained. "What? You mean, you mean, I didn't call him Mamo-chan AGAIN?" Usagi wailed. "What do you mean, AGAIN?" Makoto asked. "Well. . .this is at least the second time that I called him Mamoru, instead of Mamo-chan," Usagi explained. "Really?" asked Rei softly, "Is something wrong between you two?" "WHAT?????????" Usagi exclaimed, (a little too loud) "NO, NO, NO, AND NO! MAMO-CHAN AND I ARE FINE! PERFECTLY FINE!" "Okay, okay!" Makoto stated. "Oooh, I think you broke my eardrums, Usagi-chan," Minako stuck a finger in her left ear and winced. "Gomen, ne. But, I just. . .nothing's wrong with me and Mamo-chan, okay? I mean, you all saw that day in the mall when we, um, kissed passionately. Nothing's wrong with us—until now. Oh, Mamo-chan will never, ever forgive me," Usagi buried her head in her hands and began to sob, "I betrayed him. . .I betrayed Chibi-usa in the future." "Argh, Usagi-chan, don't make it sound like you just committed murder. It was not your fault, you know. . .Seiya caught you off guard. And—you didn't kiss him back, right? That's a good thing." Rei told her friend gently. "I didn't kiss him back, but—I didn't break away! I could have, but I didn't! I'm a monster, a terrible monster!" Rei got up, her hands on her hips, "Listen, STOP BLAMING YOURSELF! It was not your fault! You didn't know it was going to happen!" "Yeah, Usagi-chan. And if I were in your position, I mean, a THREE LIGHTS LEAD SINGER kissed me, I wouldn't in a million years—even if I had a boyfriend, I would never in a million years break away," Minako said. Usagi smiled. "You are you, Minako-chan. I am me." "I know you are you, Usagi-chan. But I agree with Rei-chan, stop blaming yourself, it was not your fault! And I also agree with Minako-chan, I wouldn't in a million years break away, either." Makoto stated. "So what are you going to do about Mamoru-san, Usagi-chan?" Ami asked. Others groaned. Usagi looked thoughtful. "I don't know, I really, really don't know. I just hope that I don't have to see him before I made up my mind—oooh, just listen to me! Now I'm saying that I don't even want to see him anymore! I am a monster!!!" "No, you are not a monster, Usagi-chan. Things like this happens every single day," Makoto confirmed. "What did the person that's caught in the middle do?" questioned Usagi. Makoto shrugged. "Different people do different things. You have to do your own stuff, Usagi-chan, don't do some stuff only because other people are doing the same thing." "But I'm sooo confused!" cried Usagi. Ami put a hand on her shoulder, "Don't worry, Usagi, do what's in your heart." Usagi turned to look at the girl, "I don't know what's in my heart anymore." "Look, why don't you just go talk to them? Both of them?" said Rei. Usagi smiled sadly. "That's what Luna told me to do yesterday—and look what happened. I don't know I'll be able to handle another one of those caught-me-off-guard thing." "What do you think'll happen? Seiya kissing you again?" asked Minako, jokingly. Everyone turned to stare at her. Minako gulped. "I don't want to use any words to solve this problem anymore." Usagi simply stated. Everyone had shocked expressions on their faces. "No words?" asked Makoto, "You mean, (gulp) use, uh, actions?" Usagi looked at her friends, then her eyes widened, "NO, NO, NO, it's not what you think it means!" Relief came over everyone. "So, if you don't want to use words, or THAT, what ARE you going to do???" questioned Ami. Usagi sighed loudly. "Can I ask a small favor? WOULD YOU GUYS STOP ASKING ME WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? I really, really don't know, okay?" Rei nodded sympathetically, "We won't ask you any more of those topic questions, Usagi-chan." "Thanks, Rei-chan. I just need to get my mind off of this stuff!" Usagi stretched her legs, and yawned. The others watched as Usagi rolled over on Rei's bed and closed her eyes. They all thought of the same thing: *Poor Usagi—caught in a love triangle.* #~~~~~~~# "And today your assignment would be, page 12, page 13, and page 14 in your Math books," Haruna-semei finished with a big smile, "enjoy!" Everyone left with unhappy faces—except Ami. "THREE pages? What is Haruna-semei trying to do? Exhaust ourselves to death?" Usagi complained to Ami and Makoto. Ami giggles at Usagi's exaggeration, "Usagi-chan, it's only three pages." Usagi groans, "Yeah, THREE whole pages!!!" Makoto runs a finger through her ponytail, "What are you complaining about, Usagi-chan? It's not like you are going to DO any of those pages." "Nope, I am NOT going to do any of those pages—come to think of it, why did I complain?" Usagi laughed. Ami and Makoto shook their heads. "It's the Three Lights! GET THEM!" All three of them turned around, only to find Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten—with a whole bunch of girls clinging on to them, sighing happily. Ami's heart jumped at the sight of Taiki, but frowned when she saw a girl with black hair squealing happily to him. Taiki groaned as another girl came on to him. *Oy-vay, I'm going to become a Taiki pie in a minute.* Then he spotted Ami. His frown dissolved into a big smile. "Ami-chan!" Then, with some energy, he pushed all the girls away from him, and began walking toward Ami. Usagi watched as Seiya pushed another girl gently away from him, and another one, and another one, and another one. *There's the guy who kissed me. I feel like crying and laughing at the same time. Hey, whoa-ho, he's pretty popular. Seems to me that there are more girls that are in love with him than with Taiki and Yaten—huh? Where is Taiki, anyway? Whoa, there he is! WALKING TOWARDS AMI-CHAN!* Usagi grinned. *Hmm, maybe he likes Ami-chan as much as she likes him.* *What did I do to deserve this? Oh yeah, being the lead singer of the Three Lights.* Seiya thought to himself as another girl came pushing and shoving through others toward him. *So many girls falling head-over-heels for me yet the girl that I want—* Seiya glanced to the front, and saw Usagi with Ami and Makoto. *And yet the girl that I want is not here, trying to push through the others girls, and jumping into my arms.* Seiya sighed. He managed to dodge a huge, wet kiss coming from a fat girl, *I really need to get out of this. Hmm, Taiki is already out, huh? Well, guess I should stay for Yaten's sake—but, maybe I should just get out and leave the girls to him—and I can go to the girl I want.* With that, Seiya pushed and shoved, finally, he got out. Some girls started to follow him, but when they saw who he was walking toward, they all stopped and started to complain. Yaten had watch from the corner of his eyes as Taiki turned to go, and now, he saw Seiya getting out. And succeeded. *Oh, how could you two do this to me?* Yaten wanted to scream at the sight of all those pathetic girls throwing themselves at his feet. *OOOOH, I'm going to get you guys for this—I can't even get out! I hate people who make a fool out of themselves for nothing. And that's one thing I like about Usagi, Ami, Makoto, Rei, and Minako—they don't throw themselves at anyone's feet, well, not anyone I know of. Which. . . . . .Minako. Wow, I guess I AM attracted to her, though I will NEVER, EVER admit it. Whoof, there's another one. I'm going to kill you guys for this, Seiya and Taiki, whoof!!!* "Taiki-san! Hi!" said Ami brightly. "Hey," Taiki smiled good-naturally at her. "Tough to get out of all those girls' reach, huh? But, did you enjoy it, Taiki-san?" Usagi teased. "Maybe, and maybe not," answered Taiki, grinning at Usagi. "Don't you at least want ONE of those girls?" Usagi asked slyly, eyes on Ami. "Maybe for him, but certainly not for me." Usagi turned toward the person the voice was coming from. "Hiya, Seiya!" Realizing she just said a rhyme, Usagi giggled. "Hiya yourself, Odango Atama," Seiya came closer. "You guys are bad—leaving poor Yaten to handle all the girls by himself," Makoto said, glancing toward the other direction. "What, you feel bad for him? Awww, look at that, isn't it cute???" Seiya joked. Makoto blushes, "Hey, I've already got a boyfriend, okay? Besides," she added with a grin, "MINAKO and Yaten are perfect together." The others smiled at that. Seiya touched Usagi's arm. "Odango, can I talk to you? Alone?" Usagi was puzzled by Seiya's sudden seriousness, but she shrugged it off. "Uh, of course. Excuse us, you guys." They stopped at a corner. Usagi turned toward Seiya. "What's wrong? You sounded so serious." Seiya looked somewhat uncomfortable. "Look, I'm sorry I did _that_ the other day. I hope you are not mad or anything." "Mad? Why should I be mad?" "Well, because of. . . . . .Mamoru-kun." Usagi saddened at the mentioning of Mamoru. Seiya immediately realized his mistake, "Oh, I'm so sorry Odango, I, I—" Usagi smiled briefly at him, "Don't say sorry, Seiya-chan, about what happened the other day, " Usagi lowered her head, "I didn't pull away when I should have." Seiya was both hurt and hopeful at her words. *She said that she SHOULD have pulled away, but, she DIDN'T. What could that mean?* Seiya used his hand to tilt up Usagi's chin, "Did you tell Mamoru-kun about. . .what happened?" "No. . ." Usagi gazed into Seiya's eyes. *Snap out of it! Don't look deeply into his eyes again, remember what happened the other day when you did?* Seiya frowned. "How come?" "How come what?" "How come you didn't tell Mamoru what happened." Usagi walked a few steps away and gazed into the distance. "I don't know why. . .I'm afraid he'll hate me." "You have to tell him. . .after all, honesty is very important in a relationship, isn't it?" asked Seiya softly. Something in Seiya's voice made Usagi turned around and look straight into his eyes. "I can't promise you if he'll hate you or not. . ." Seiya stared firmly into Usagi's eyes, "but, since _it_ already happened, you have to tell him." "I-I can't. Mamo-chan'll really hate me." Seiya shakes his head. "No, don't talk like that. Don't make it sounds like you are the monster—which you are not, I am." Usagi took a step towards him. "You are not the monster, Seiya-chan." "Yes, I am. I made the first move that day. I couldn't control myself, you know, I don't know why, it's just-just like a string was pulling me, something was coaxing me to do it. I don't know, I just did it." "But, Seiya-chan, I didn't pull away!" argued Usagi. "Yes, you didn't, and, I'm thankful that you did not pull away," Seiya had a sad look in his eyes. "You are?" "Of course I am. _It_ was magical—so soft, so light, so—delicate." Seiya whispered. Usagi closed her eyes for a moment, then opened them again. "Seiya-chan. . ." "Don't. I know, okay? I know you love Mamoru, and you want to take back everything that happened. I don't want to hear about it. Look, I'm sorry, okay? If that's what you want, I'M SORRY!" Tears was threatening to come out of Seiya's eyes, "You know, Odango—that was quite enough," with tears streaming down his face, Seiya tried to smile, "that was enough. Just that brief moment of feeling your lips on mine was enough. I'll always treasure that moment, because. . .because that was the most wonderful moment in my whole life—and it probably won't happen again." Seiya choked back a sob that was coming out of his throat. With another glance at Usagi, Seiya turned and was gone from Usagi's sight. Usagi let out a small sob. "I'll always treasure that moment, too, Seiya-chan. Because it was, it was so, perfect." #~~~~~~~# Usagi walked home with her head hung low. *What am I going to do? Seiya-chan is hurt, I can tell. And, and, and I'm hurt, too. And I'm sure that Mamo-chan will be hurt, too, if he knew what happened. What is this three people getting hurt thing, huh? Why, why is it happening to me? Oh, Mamo-chan and I are destined to be together, but. . . . . .what if the stars are playing a trick on me? Maybe they are. . .they are what? Oh, I'm so confused.* Usagi sighed heavily. When she passed by a store, she glanced at the clock through the window. *OH NO! I've got to get home, Mom said that tonight she was going to start dinner early because she and Dad are going somewhere tonight! And I'm soooo hungry! I don't want to miss a meal! Well, Usagi, gotta run now!* Usagi's legs picked up speed. WHAM!!! *Oh, no, don't tell me that I bumped into someone again.* Usagi thought gloomily as she rubbed her head with her hand. "I see you still have your habit of bumping into people, Usako." a familiar male voice said with a chuckle. Usagi's head jerked up at the sound of the voice. *Mamo-chan.* Mamoru stared lovingly at Usagi, "What's the matter? Can't get up?" Usagi looked around her, and then realized she was still sitting on the ground. She quickly picked herself up. "Uh-uh, um, hi. . . . . .Mamo-chan." "Usako, is something wrong?" Mamoru asked, worried. *By this time she should be in my arms already for a big hug.* "Nothing's wrong, Mamo-chan," Usagi smiled at him, hoping that he would drop the subject. Seeing her smile, Mamoru put a arm around her shoulder. "I'm glad nothing's wrong, usako, I was really worried when you didn't jump into my arms." Usagi giggled. "Do I always do that when I see you?" "When you are normal." Usagi giggled some more. "Usako. . .I want to ask you something," Mamoru stared at Usagi firmly in the eyes. "What?" Mamoru brought Usagi's left hand to eye level. "This." Usagi stared at her left hand. She then met Mamoru's eyes again. "The ring?" "Yes," Mamoru took a deep breath, "When do you want to have our wedding?" Usagi looked away for a minute. *How can I tell him when I want to get marry? After what happened with Seiya, I can't possibly just tell him that I want to get married as soon as possible, and just ignore what happened with Seiya yesterday.* "Usako? What's the matter?" Mamoru used his other hand and tilted Usagi's head back to face him. Usagi sighed. "Mamo-chan. . .I, I really don't want to talk about our wedding for now. I-, oh, something happened, Mamo-chan, and I'm afraid that you'll hate me for it." "Hate you? Usako, I could never, ever hate you even if you kill me." Usagi looked at Mamoru with tears in her eyes. "But. . .what if I betrayed you? Betrayed our love?" Mamoru became alarmed. "Betrayed our love? Usako. . .wha-what's going on?" Usagi gently shook Mamoru's hands free from her chin and her hand. She walked away so her back was facing Mamoru. "I-I can't. I—" Usagi begins to cry. Mamoru walked to Usagi, he circled his arms around her waist, and rested his chin on top of her head. "Usako. . .tell me what's wrong. You are scaring me." Usagi smiled despite of the pain in her heart, it felt so good to have Mamoru hold her like this. But her smile immediately disappeared as she heard his question. *Oh, how can I answer that? I don't even know what's wrong.* Usagi sighed, and says quietly, "Mamo-chan, can we stay like this for a few mintues?" Mamoru answered her by holding her even tighter. Usagi closed her eyes. A soft breeze blew by, brushing against the lovers' cheeks. #~~~~~~~# Seiya was about to walk home after he finished with the grocery shopping when he saw Usagi and Mamoru across the street. *Mamoru have his arms around Odango's waist, his chin on her head. And Usa. . .she's tilting her head back to rest on Mamoru-kun's chest.* Seiya saddened. *I guess Odango didn't tell him yet. Or maybe she did, and he didn't care since he loves her so much. Yeah, that's probably it. Well, Kou Seiya, just by that one little mistake of not being able to control yourself, you can never have Usa's love, and now. . .probably you've lost her friendship as well.* Seiya brushed away the tears that were streaming down his face. *God, this is like the third time that I cried in this past four days. What's with me?* #~~~~~~~# "Usagi! You are late for dinner!" Usagi's dad said as he saw his daughter bursting through the front door. "I'm sorry. I just—" Usagi trailed off, remembering what happened with Mamoru. She had stayed in his arms for so long that she and he both forgot the time. "It's all right, darling," Usagi's mom came into the room, "we waited for you." Usagi couldn't believe her ears. "Really? You waited for me?" "Yes. Now, would you go upstairs and tell your hungry brother that dinner's ready?" Usagi ran two steps at a time to the second floor. "Shingo?" Usagi walked into her brother's room. "Hi, Usagi." "Dinner's ready." "Yeah, thanks, I'll be right down." Shingo looked at his sister. "Okay. . .I'm going down first, I am soooo hungry!" Usagi got this sly smile on her face, she turned to go. "Usagi, wait!" Shingo called. Usagi stopped dead in her tracks. She turned to face her brother. "Yes, Shingo?" Shingo looked like he was blushing for a second, then he walked toward Usagi. He then hugged her. Usagi was very surprised. But she smiled and hugged him tightly back. "Do you know that I love you very much, sis?" asked Shingo. Usagi smiled down at her brother. "You never told me that, but, yes, I do know that you love me very much, Shingo." "I just want you to be happy. . .and, I'm sorry about all the snide remarks about your boyfriend. But, I guess, he sort of deserved it that time." Shingo smiled slyly at his sister. "Shingo!" Usagi glared at her brother for a second, but then smiled, "and I'm sure Mamo-chan forgot all about it already. Now, come on, let's go down to eat dinner!" "Race ya down!" Shingo took off. "Hey, no fair, you took off first!" Usagi yelled, running after her brother. __________________________________________________________________ Okay, I know that this part may be a little shorter than the first two parts, but, who's complaining? Again, e-mails are always welcome! P.S. Tell me who you think Usagi should end up with—Mamoru or Seiya? I'm so confused about this.
