Sailormoon Elves By: Hotaru-chan E-mail addy: striking_saturn@hotmail.com RATING: PG This is my first attempt at a fanfic, so don't take it TOO hard on me. I tried to be original as possible. Also, sorry for the incredibly long delay. With school and grad and all my other projects, I've had little time for Sailormmon Elves. I thought I'd get caught up on it this summer, but I'm going on a European-bound trip, so that won't work out. Also, Sailormoon is not mine and this story is done just for your entertainment, but please don't copy it. Thanx. :0) The names you might need to know for this chapter are: Tsukino Usagi - Serena/Sailor Moon Mizuno Ami - Amy/Sailor Mercury Kino Makoto - Lita/Sailor Jupiter Aino Minako - Mina/Sailor Venus (Sailor V) Meiou Setsuna - Susan/Sailor Pluto Ten'ou Haruka - Alex/Sailor Uranus Kaiou Michiru - Michelle/Sailor Neptune Tomoe Hotaru - Holly/Sailor Saturn Sailor Moon Elves Chapter Three: The Dark Ally Michiru, Sei, Kaze, Rei, and Minako were all at the mall on Saturday, the following day. Michiru had phone Rei and Sei if they wanted to go and Rei and Sei had phone Minako and Kaze, respectively. They had been there and hour and they had only gone through one store and each were carring two bags. “Can you imagine how much we’ll have to carry if we stay here all day?” Minako complained. “You wanna go home then?” asked Rei. “No.” answered Minako. “Then quit your whining!” Rei snapped. Michiru sat down on a bench and the rest followed her. Michiru took an azure floor-length, off-the-shoulder dress. She viewed it critically. “Do you guys like the way this dress fit me well? It didn’t clash with my complexion or anything?” she asked them self-consciously. Rei rolled her eyes. “Michiru-san, for the one millionth time, NO! You looked stunning. I wish I looked as good as you. My dress is so plain compared to yours.” she answered and took out her own dress. It was a stunning long Chinese-style, high-collared blood red dress with a slit up the side. “I wish I looked as good as BOTH of you. I must admit, your dresses ARE exquisite, but, though mine is plainer, I still like it.” Kaze said and showed everybody her silver, low back dress. “Where are you guys going to wear those?” Sei asked. She had bought a simple yellow sun dress, nothing fancy. “Mr. Tomoe is throwing a HUGE party in honer of Hotaru-chan’s sixteenth birthday, though Hotaru-chan doesn’t see what the big deal is, and we’re invited. But the other people attending are really ritzy and stuck up and it’s going to be a formal party, so we have to dress up. Isn’t my dress so cute?” Minako explained. She showed everybody her short sequined pale orange dress with pride. “Oh. Okay.” Sei said, feeling a little left out of the festivities. “Anyways, can we go eat? I am starved!” Kaze exclaimed and jumped up. The rest followed her lead and they started walking. The walked into a restaurant and sat down. After they had been served, they started talking about the Dark Nova Empire. “Where are they from?” Minako asked. “Who?” Michiru asked. “The Dark Nova Empire.” replied Minako. ‘They’re from my past. Our past.” Sei corrected herself looking at Kaze. “Oh. Like the NegaVerse was for us?” Rei asked. “Probably. The Dark Nova Empire is a lot tougher, though. I almost collapsed healing Hemlock. I can’t possibly to that to all their generals.” Sei answered. “From what I remember, the Dark Nova Empire attacked Castelat because, with Castelat down, they could take over all the planets in Mi Kako.” Kaze started. “Um, what’s Castelat and Mi Kako?” Minako interrupted. “Castelat was our planet.” Sei answered and sighed, “God, I miss it. Anyways, Mi Kako is the name of our solar system. Please, Kaze-chan, continue. Everything so far is correct.” “Thanks. After taking over Mi Kako, they could move to our parallel solar system, the Milky Way, but they didn’t get that far. I think Queen Uchuno, Sei-chan’s mother, killed their leader, Queen Unmei. That must have weakened them a lot. Now, Unmei’s daughter must be ruling the Dark Nova Empire. They probably came here beacause they tracked us here or they think there’s nobody left in Mi Kako.” Kaze finished. “Yesterday you mentioned the Celestial Crown. What is it?” Rei inquired. “The Celestial Crown is something that must NEVER fall in the hands of the wrong person. It is a crown made before the Nirvana of Justice began and allowing universal domain and unlimited power. It is made up of seven points. The queen at that point used it once then thought that it might be better for it to be split up. Only the Elfin Senshi and their equals in the parallel universe can manufacture it again.” Sei answered. “So the Dark Nova Empire is trying to assemble it. But you said that on we can manufacture it.” Michiru said, confused. “Sorry, you misunderstood me. Only power items we posses can form it. For example, in the prophesies it said that ‘The magical stone of the Princess of Light added with the Tranquillity Crystal form the first point’ I’m the Princess of Light and the magical stone is Ajime, my henshin stone.” Sei corrected. “Do you have the Tranquillity Crystal?” Minako asked. Sei shooked her head no and waved the waitress over. They all paid then left. They headed to the kite store, where Kaze saw a kite she wanted. Kaze went in and bought her kite, a beautiful silver kite with the symbol of Capricorn, her astrological symbol, on it. They started walking and continued their conversation. “What do you need to obtain the Tranquillity Crystal?” Michiru asked. “The phrophasies in the Galactical Palace library said ‘To obtain the Tranquillity Crystal, the two sisters of life and death and the different ones of love and land must combine emotions of purity’. My mother made me memorize all the prophesizes, but more than half I didn’t understand, such as this one.” Sei said. “Hmph, I don’t get it either.” scoffed Rei. Suddenly, a tall man bumped into Minako. He had shoulder length dark green hair and purple eyes. he wore blue jeans and a blue T-Shirt. “Hemlock?” Minako gasped. He looked handsome now. His skin had a healthy glow about it and his eyes shone with happinnes. His hair looked silky and pleasent to the touch. The purification had seemed to increase his muscles, and presumably his strength. He stared at the girls, confusion written all over his face. “H-how d-do you know m-me?” he stammered. “My God, it *IS* Hemlock.” Kaze whispered. “Don’t you remember us?” Rei asked, staring him over. A ward appeared in her hand incase he had gone back the Dark Nova Empire. “N-no.” Hemlock answered and backed away. He then turned around and speed walked away. “That was strange.” Michiru commented. “Definately.” Sei agreed. * * * Queen Tamashino tapped her fingers impatiently on the arm of her throne. Her black eyes over looked the room as she took a sip from the golden goblet she was holding. She threw her legs over the arm of the throne and started weaving her white hair through her fingers. She sighed and snapped her fingers. “Hemlock!” she shouted. Nothing happened. She took a sip of the wine in the goblet and swayed her legs. “What is taking that old fool so long to come?” she muttered to herself, then called out, “HEMLOCK, APPEAR!” A flash of lightning appeared before her and Iodilia stood there. Her beautiful, dark face bore a depressed look, not the usual smirk. Her eyes were raging and full of emotion, not the usual cold, unfeeling eyes. “I didn’t call you, Iodilia, I called for Hemlock.” Tamashino said coolly while sipping her wine. She looked up at Iodilia, standing there, and sighed heavily, for she detested Iodilia out of all of her generals. Not that Iodilia was the only female general, but she was incompetent. She was also extremely lovely in a dark way, and she knew it. She used her beauty to her advantage. She manipulated Tamashino’s male generals into giving her whatever it was she wanted. In addition to this, the male generals spent much of their day fighting for her attention, ignoring their other duties. “I realize that, but he wouldn’t have come no matter how long you called.” Iodilia answered. Tamashino’s head snapped and she looked at Iodilia, her brows knitted. “What?” she snapped. “Hemlock is dead.” Iodilia said, trying to sound indiffernent. Tamashino’s mouth dropped, her eyes widened. She dropped her goblet to the ground and half the wine spilled. She stupidly looked at Iodilia. “Huh?” Tamashino inteligently asked. “Are you shocked, Queen Tamashino-sama? Are you sad?” Iodilia asked, a smirk slightly playing on her red lips. *One good thing has come out of Hemlock’s death after-all. Look at Tamashino, looking like the end of the world has come. Good God, you’d think she loved him, but nobody could love him more than me.* Iodilia thought to herself. Iodilia disliked Tamashino even more so than Tamashino disliked Iodilia. Tamashino was also very beautiful and, since she was queen, naturally the male generals had more of a loyalty for her. This loyalty stopped Iodilia from getting everything she wanted. “Of course I’m shocked! But I’m not sad, I’m infuriated.” Tamashino snapped, “He was one of my best generals. How did he die? Who killed him?” “Well, he’s not dead per-say. Apollo healed him. Well, he was never infected to be healed, but that’s not the point. She offered him purity and he accepted. So, in my eyes, he’s dead. Not that he was alive to begin with, but -” Iodilia started, trying to hide her emotions for Hemlock. “ENOUGH CHIT-CHAT!” bellowed Tamashino. Iodilia shrank back. Tamashino had never actually blown up at her and Tamashino was frightening when she was mad. Her black eyes seemed to dance with fire and a black aura surrounded her. Tamashino tapped her fingers imaptiently on the throne arm. She closed her eyes and thought. Iodilia looked at her and started getting nervous. What if Tamashino thought her responible for the loss of Hemlock? That would mean the loss of her life. Iodilia started tapping her foot, like she always did when nervous. Tamashino’s eyes snapped open and she looked at Iodilia. “Gather the other generals and come here afterward, I have a few words to say to you all. GO!” she ordered. “Yes, Queen Tamashino-sama.” Iodilia said and flashed out of ther room. “Ah, Hemlock, why did you leave us?” Tamashino whispered sadly as she she picked up the goblet off the floor and drank what remained of the wine. * * * In another part of the mall, Usagi, Makoto, Ami, and Hotaru were strolling between boutiques. Usagi was scarfing down fries, Ami was caring a new book under her arm, Makoto was caring a bag with a cooking book in it, and Hotaru had a bag with a small, porcelain lamp. “Isn’t it cool to know you have an equal somewhere in the universe?” Makoto asked. “Sure is!” Usagi replied and popped another fry in her mouth. “Easy for you to say, you know who your equal is. None of us do yet. I wonder who’s equal Aeolus is? Who possesses wind of us? Nobody.” Ami said. “Someone who posses elements form the sky or nature, probably. Like Makoto-san or Haruka-san.” Hotaru suggested. “Can we talk about something else?” Usagi asked, her mouth full. She swallowed her fries and continued her thought, “I’m so bored of talking about the same thing! Sailor Elves this, Sailor Elves that. How many times can you turn a subject over until you’ve completely exasperated it?” Everybody was silent. They were stunned. Since when did Usagi know what ’exasperated’ was? Usagi innosently looked at them and scratched her head. “Anyways, since we’ve eaten I suggest we go to our usual stores and spend the rest of our money. Usagi-chan, how much more cash do you have left?” Makoto asked. “Um . . . half of what I started with.” Usagi replied, going through her wallet. Her friends were thrown in a fit of giggles. Usagi looked at them and frowned, then started laughing at well. “You mean that you spent of what you had on food?” Ami asked, still giggling. “Don’t you girls think you should be doing more usful things, like practicing your battle skills, considering the Dark Nova Empire is the strongest foe so far?” a female voice asked. The girls looked around them and saw nobody. They then looked down and saw a frowning black cat with red eyes and a crescent moon on her forehead. “Luna! What are you doing here? We told you that we’re taking the day off, didn’t we?” Usagi asked and frowned, “Plus, they won’t attack us right after the loss of a general!” “They might.” Hotaru pointed out, “They might stop at nothing to reach their goal, no matter at what cost. We must keep our eyes open for anything . . . out of place.” “Thank you, Hotaru, for keeping your Senshi duties on top.” Luna replied. “Aw, Luna, relax.” Makoto said as Usagi picked Luna up and stuffed her in a straw basket. The girls headed inside an American store that was in the mall. Luna and the Dark Nova Empire were forgotten as the field of clothes awaited them. * * * “Boy, does this EVER suck.” whined Iodilia. She picked up a nail-polish bottle and started painting her nails. “Now is not the time for your hourly beauty enhancers.” a sharp male voice said from behind her. She turned and saw a tall, thin man with pale skin, wispy white shoulder length hair, and pale, hard blue eyes. His long, lean body bore a silver shirt and light green trousers. “Netroglene, how nice to see that you’re better!” she purred. “Cut the charades.” he snapped. “What’s with the sudden attitude change?” she replied, her tone matching his. “If I wanted you to know, don’t you think I would have volunteered the information? Now, we must be getting ready.” Netroglene ordered, picking up a sword from the wall and placing it in a silver sheath at his side. “What if I don’t want to go?” Iodilia haughtily asked, sitting down on a chair resebling a black star. “Then you’ll have to take it up with her Majesty.” “Ha! That’s a laugh and a half! I’m not afraid of that . . .that hag.” “You should be.” came a new voice. Both heads turned. Both of them became erect and Iodilia blushed at having her remark heard by somebody out of her category. The new-comer was a rather tall, good-looking male. He towered over the two and seemed to carry about him an air of pride and self-confidence. He had long, brown hair held in a ponytail, tied with a blue cloth, with a shorter piece of hair reaching his shoulder left loose on each side of his head. His eyes seemed to be dark, ruby red but bright, blood red at the same time. His skin was pale, making him seem weak, but the will that shone through his eyes and the hard chest muscles that showed through his top, where it was open, erased any doubt of his strenth. His uniform was strange and unique. He wore an aqua-marine three-quarter sleeve shirt that had a very low cut and aqua-marine silk, loose pants. Over that he wore a greenish-white sleeveless kimono that reached his knees. It was tied at the waist with an aqua-marine cloth. From the sleeves of his shirt extended brown gloves the only cover his middle and ring finger. (Note: He looks like this guys from VP Miyu. I’m not quite what his name is, I think it’s Nagi. E-mail me for the pic to get a better feel of him.) “Konnichiwa, Hidoirei-sempai.” Iodilia meekly said and bowed. (Note: The use of ‘sempai’ means that he’s her mentor.) “Yes, hello.” Hidoirei said and smiled, “That was a wonderful conversation. I’m sure Queen Tamashino-sama would be most pleased to learn of it, ne?” “Oh, please, no! She’d have my head for that remark.” Iodilia begged. “I thought you weren’t afraid of her.” Netroglene smirked. Iodilia stared at Netroglene coldly and turned around so her face was lost in the shadows. Her face contorted with anger - anger at herself for the slip of her tongue and anger at Netroglene. “Alright, are we ready to go?” Hidoirei cheerfully asked as if nothing had happened and he hadn’t heard anything. Iodilia smiled evily in the shadows, realizing that Hidoirei wouldn’t tell her to the queen. *That fool’d do anything for me. If I asked him to bring me the moon, he probably would. In his eyes I’m probably the helpless little girl he taught when Tamashino saved me. Good, it’s to my advatange that way.* she thought. “Yes, I just have to get Tinfoyle and I’m ready.” Iodilia replied and reemerged from the shadows, her face the perfect expression of indifference. She held her palm out and a black light surrounded it. In a few seconds, a robot appered in the doorway of the room. It was a cross between Masaya and Hemlock, one her secret desire, the other the one she loved, respectively. Besides the human features, it was obviously a robot. They hadn’t even taken pains to paint it, so it was metallic. Its eyes were lifeless, yet it had some thinking ability. “Alright, lets go.” Iodilia finished. “Remeber the plan.” Hidoirei warned. His two students nodded and, in a flash of color, they were all gone. * * * “Michiru-san, what are you getting Hotaru-chan?” asked Rei while pulling a blouse of the rack to examine it. “I already got it. It’s this really nice lamp with golden sides. In the middle is a young woman with long black hair in a purple gown, which reminded me of Hota-chan. The lamp shade is the prettiest shade of violet I’ve ever seen, sort of like Hota-chan’s eyes. It cost me a fortune, but I know it’s worth it.” Michiru asnwered. “How about you, Minako-chan?” Rei inquired. “Well, I haven’t gotten it yet, but I have my eyes set on it. Chibi-Usa told me, before she left for Crystal Tokyo, that they have in the royal library in Crystal Palace a book on the heritage of each of the Sailor Senshi. By heritage I mean dating before the Silver Millennium. I was thinking of getting Setsuna to send me to the future and Neo-Queen Serenity can make me a copy of the book on Saturn then send me home with the Ginzuishou.” Minako timidly answered, “Do you think it’s stupid?” “Not at all. I think it’s superb.” Sei answered, awed at the difficult task the girl had set before her, “What are you getting her, Kaze-chan?” “Oh, me? It sounds so blah compared to the other two. I’m getting her a track outfit. Ojii-chan is getting it sent from America. I know that Hotaru really isn’t into sports, but I have a friend at my school who is really good at them. I was thinking that she could coach her. My friend is not predjudice at all and really friendly, so I’m hoping she’ll do Hotaru good. She’s already agreed, if only Hotaru-chan will.” Kaze replied. “That’s so sweet.” Rei murmured. “How about you, Rei, what have you thought of getting her?” Sei asked. Rei blushed. “Actually . . . I don’t know. I’ve been having really bad visions at night, so the thought of a present wasn’t really the main thing on my mind. I don’t know, what do you guys suggest?” Rei said. “Chocolates? Videos?” Kaze suggested. “Nah, that’s too ordinary. Hotaru deserves something more. How about . . . a collection of Victor Hugo’s works? I know she loves him and is always searching for a books by him. When I was out last week, I saw a package that held three of his books in it. It cost a pretty penny, but I think I’ll manage.” Rei decided. “About your . . . visions, what and when are they?” Sei asked. “I’m not quiet sure when. I don’t see anybody’s face, just blurry outlines of where they are. Like they’re surrounded by their auras.” Rei answered, her eyes closed, the vision coming back to her. Her voice became dull and lifeless, as if receiting something, “I walk into the room, then head for someone dressed in marroon . . . no, violet or lavender. As I go towards them, somethings comes up from behind the person. It's dressed in black. They hold something up that reflects light. The person whirls around and -” Her eyes snapped open and she found that her four companions staring intently at her. “And?” Minako asked. “And?” pressed Michiru. “Yes? Go on.” Kaze urged. “My vision ends there. Sorry.” Rei apologied. Sei alone remained silent. She could guess the ending without Rei telling it to her, even if Rei herself didn’t know it. She could also imagine who the person in black and purple were. She furrowed her brows, determined not to let Rei’s vision come true. “Is that Usagi?” Minako asked after a period of silence. The small group had worked their way out of the store and was now in another store called ‘Cruel’. This was a popular place for teenagers and people in their early twenties to shop. Indeed, Usagi was in the store, along with Hotaru, Makoto, and Ami. Usagi was staring fixedly at a silk shirt that was obviously out of her price range. The shirt truly was beautiful. It was a light metalic pink, and that unusual color in itself was beautiful. On the collar it had a silver design that resembled a crescent moon. Each button was also silver and resembled a crescent moon. It had one, small pocket at the bottom right of the blouse. On it were sewn lovely designs in silver. The shirt really was breath-taking and, beacuse of this, the last one. The five girls walked over to Usagi and her gang and they each said hello. Usagi ignored them all and only stared longingly at the shirt. Rei picked up the sleeve and looked at the price, her eyes nearly popped out of her head. *Beauty sure does cost a lot,* she thought to herself. “You guys see how much it is? And I spent ALL my money. I told you guys we should start at Cruel, but ‘No, let’s start at Chapter’s first and see what books from North America they have now for Ami, Usagi-chan. Then we’ll eat and the real shopping will begin’. Well, I did it the way you guys wanted, as usual, and now I can’t buy the prettiest shirt that I have EVER seen.” Usagi whined, on the verge of tears. “Good, then I can.” a cool voice announced. A pale, delicate looking hand gently plucked the shirt of the rack and then was gone. Usagi stared stupidly at where the shirt had been seconds before. Anger then built, replacing her astonishment. “Hey, you! That was MY shirt!!!” Usagi exclaimed. A girl appeared from behind the rack. She was quite pale and dressed darkly. She struck Usagi very much like Hotaru. The girl had black hair so short it could be called a boy’s cut with longer tendrils around her face. Her eyes were red and cold to the extent of being lifeless She was very physically striking, but more striking were her clothes. She was wearing a black shirt with gold embroidery, black flare dress pants, and black shoes. “Did you address yourself to me?” the girl asked in a frozen tone, her voice thick with a foreign accent. Usagi was taken back by this girl. Her courage failed her, the girl seemed so dangerous, so powerful. She shook her head timidly and took a step back. Rei cleared her throat and spoke up. “Yes, in a matter of fact, she did. That was a shirt she was going to buy, and you knew it. Now, please hand my friend her shirt.” she calmly said. The girl looked at Rei and snickered, her slender shoulders shaking slightly. “Finders keepers, loosers weepers.” she receited in English. Ami, being the only one who fully understood, responded in Japanese, “What is not rightfully yours shall be a burden to you.” The girl snorted and started walking away. Makoto reached out and touched her shoulder, preventing the girl from going anywhere. The girl whirled around, her eyes a fire pit. “Get your hand off me.” she hissed. “Give my friend her shirt.” Makoto answered evenly. Minako watched the whole thing in awe. Sure, the shirt was beautiful, but these measures were a little drastic for clothing. She thought she had better do something before her friends’ tempers went out of control and everybody forgot what started the argument in the first place. “Uh . . . Usagi doesn’t even have the money to buy that shirt, so, um, you can buy it.” Minako said and pointed at the girl, not knowing her name, “Then we all can go and see if they have another in the back for you, Usagi-chan.” she added quickly. “Minako!” exclaimed all her friends in unison. “Well . . . be fair guys! We’re having a tough week and that’s no reason to blame it all on . . . on . . . what’s your name?” Minako sweetly asked the girl. “Yeah, what IS your name?” Kaze asked, looking at the girl closely. She was very familiar for some reason, though Kaze was almost positive she had never encountered such a cold person before. “Yumekamino Shiyo.” the girl replied quietly. A silence fell over the crowd. The whispering that had been going on between Sei and Michiru secede. Nine pairs of eyes fell on the girl, Yumekamino Shi. The air vibrated with tension. “Yume -” Ami started. “Kamino.” Michiru said. “Shiyo?” finished Sei. “Yes, I beleive that is what I introduced myself as. Got a problem with my name?” Shiyo asked, raising an eyebrow. (Note: Yumekamino Shiyo DOES have a meaning, it’s not just an impossibly long name. ‘Yume’ means ‘dream’, ‘kami’ means ‘God’, ‘no’ means ‘of’, and Shi means ‘death’. So, therefore, Shiyo’s name means ‘Dream God of Death’.) “Um, no.” Usagi timidly answered for everybody. “Good.” Shiyo cooly replied and left, heading toward the cashier. “I got major bad vibes from her.” Rei announced. “Me too.” Luna answered from the basket. “Well, lets go. There’s nothing left for us to do in this store.” Makoto suggested. The nine girls left, Makoto and Minako leading. They went through another store until decided that it was time to leave. They went down to the parking lot and let Luna out. They walked in groups of three and Luna was infront of them. Objects from bags were being taken out and shown around. Suddenly, Rei froze. Her eyes widdened and she paled. Her breathing became laboured and her eyes shifted around her. Usagi quickly ran to her friend and put a supportive arm around her. “It’s okay, Rei-chan. Whoever it is, they’ll go away. They’re harmless. Maybe you’re just stressed. Yeah, that’s it. You’re just stressed. There’s nobody there.” Usagi soothed her. A cold, ghastly snicker was heard from behind them. They had all heard that snicker before, but where? In a store by a pretty girl in black. What was her name? What was it? Then they remembered. Dream God of Death, Yumekamino Shiyo. “Quite wrong. There is somebody here and we’re quite harm_FUL_ and we WON’T go away.” the cold voice of Shiyo said. The girls turned around. From the shadows walked Shiyo, but she was greatly changed from the previous encounter. She was dressed in a black top with the tips yellow, a black skirt, black gloves going half way between her wrist and elbow, and white boots with a black stripe at the top. On her forehead was a black star over a comet. “That looks like the uniform your Senshi wear, Sei-chan.” Michiru said to Sei. Sei soberly nodded and looked at Shiyo sadly. “Why?” she asked her. Shiyo looked at Sei stranglely, then shook her head. “You shall not confuse me! I SHALL conquer.” Two other people walked up from behind her. The girls recognised one as Iodilia and everyone minus Kaze recognized the second one, Netroglene. He seemed fully healed from the last battle and eager to fight. Suddenly, all henshin objects went to the heavens and, in a chorus of cries, nine Senshi stood where nine tennege girls stood a matter of seconds before. “That won’t help you survive. She is undefeatable. She seems to enjoy evil. When we offered it to her, she agreed readily. My, you weren’t a very good companion to her, were you, Princess?” Iodilia asked Apollo, an eyebrow raised. “It is none of your business how I brought her up.” Sailorapollo heatily said. Iodilia chuckled, then turned to Netroglene. “Are you ready, dear?” Netroglene shot her a dirty look, then nodded. The two jump into the air. Netroglene sent a blast at the scouts, trapping them in a dome of air. Iodilia then shot lightning at the dome, making bars of black lightning run up and down on it. Trapped in the dome was also Shiyo and a metalic creature they thought resembled Hemlock. “Have fun!” Iodilia laughed, then she and Netroglene sat down on a bench and sarted watching. Shiyo’s lips twisted into a vicious snarl. Her arms crossed in front of her as she turned to Super Sailorneptune, Saturn, Jupiter, Eternal Sailormoon, and Sailoraeolus. The mad, glazed look in her eyes sent shivers down there backs. “Morpheus Shadow Death.” she whispered. The five Senshi hadn’t even heard her utter these three deadly words. Shiyo mentally commanded shadows to approch the five Senshi. They where then surround by a few disfigured shadows and the shadows wrapped themselves around them and started sinking into the ground, slowly taking the five girls with them. “NO!” Mars yelled, “Mars Flame Sniper!” A few flame arrows shot at the shadows and took half of them out. “Venus Love and Beauty Shock!” Venus cried and blew golden wreaths of hearts at the remaining shadows. They too disappeared. Shiyo let out a scream of rage. She opened her hand and shadows poured into it. They slowly formed into a saber. Her cold red eyes shifted between Mars and Venus, then finally landed on Eternal Sailormoon. She screamed and headed for her. Everybody had been ignoring Tinfoyle, which had gathered energy from the attack of the two Senshi. His hand went out and everyone, minus Sailormoon and Shiyo, were struck by red energy bolts with golden streams here and there. They all fell to their knees. “Why are we so weak?” Uranus asked, clutching her chest where the energy bolt hit her, “We used to be so powerful.” “We’re just the same, it’s our enemies. They are . . . stronger.” Saturn gasped, slowly getting up. Her eyes shifted between Tinfoyle and Shiyo, who was pinning Sailormoon down and trying to cut her throat. They finally landed on the shield they were captive in. She noticed it had shrunk in the time they had been inside. Jupiter followed Saturn’s gaze, but then it fell on Shiyo. Her emerald green eyes narrowed and her arms reached up toward the sky. The stick from her tiara started glowing with green energy. “Don’t hurt her.” Apollo hoarsly asked of Jupiter. Jupiter pretended not to hear. “Supreme Thunder Dragon!” she shouted as the electricity dragon headed for Shiyo. The attack merely blew her off Sailormoon and she rolled away. As she was getting up, Jupiter attacked again. “Jupiter Oak Evolution!” As the attack hit her, Shiyo flew back into the shield and her head fell limply onto her chest. Her chest was barely rising and falling. With unfeeling eyes, Saturn walked up to her and put her glowing hand on Shiyo’s head. A merciless smile crossed over her face as she prepared to kill her. “NOOOOOO!” a shreik came from behind her and Apollo threw herself on Saturn. A battle ranged between the two. Saturn tried to attack Shiyo while trying to get Apollo off her. Apollo reached for Saturn’s glowing hand and tried to point it away from Shiyo. Shiyo weakly lifted her head, confusion written plainly on her face. Uranus turned her attention from Saturn and Apollo to Tinfoyle. She looked at Neptune and Pluto, sending them a silent signal. When they nodded, she produced the Space Sword and pointed it at Tinfoyle. Neptune created the Deep Aqua Mirror and Pluto pointed the Time Staff at Tinfoyle. “Space Sowrd Buster!” Uranus yelled, sending golden rings flying at Tinfoyle. “Submarine Reflection!” Neptune yelled, the aqua beam joining the rings. “Chronos Typhoon!” Pluto yelled and a purple ball joined the other two attacks. The attacks struck Tinfoyle and he flew into the shield by the force. No damage seemed to be done, though. He held his arm infront of him and flexed his fingers. He was alright. His eyes showed nothing, as did his face. He looked so real that the Senshi forgot for an instant that he was a robot. Suddenly, a golden chain of hearts wrapped around him and held him down. He furiously tried to get out, but was unsuccesful. Mars grinned and then winked at Mercury, who replied with an identical grin and a nod. “Mars Flame Sniper!” Sailormars shouted and set Tinfoyle on fire. “Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!” Sailormercury yelled as soon as the fire was out, making it one hell of a painful experiance, if he were human. The golden chain slipped away and Tinfoyle looked around, undecided on what to do next. He then opted to teleport himself back to the Dark Nova Empire’s home base to prevent any more damage to be done to him. The Senshi looked at the empty space in confusion. They then turned their attention back to the other enemy, Shiyo. All prepared to attack when a voice suddenly shouted, “STOP!!!” Saturn and Apollo turned to where the voice came from, as did all the other Senshi. All attacks vanished from their hands as they saw who it was, who sounded so strong and in control. It was, much to their amazement, Sailormoon. “I think . . . I think she’s good.” Sailormoon said. “WHAT?!?! Sailormoon, she tried to kill you!!! Are you insane?” Sailoruranus snapped. “She’s right.” Sailorapollo quietly said. When all eyes were on her, she continued, “Shiyo is my younger sister. I beleive that the Dark Nova Empire brainwashed her against me . . . us. I have no idea why she’s in a Sailor Elfin outfit or why she allowed the Dark Nova Empire to brainwash her. All I know is that she’s my sister, I love her, and Sailormoon can help her.” “Right.” Sailormoon said and whisked out the Crescent Moon Wand from long ago, “Moon Healing Escalation!” she yelled and sent a stream of pink dust and yellow crescent moons at Shiyo. As they hit her, Shiyo let out a scream of pain as the evil that possed her got bashed out of her. Black spirits appeared above her, then suddenly vanished. Shiyo fell to her knees and a black glow surrounded her. She lifted her head wearily. “Shiyo-chan?” Apollo quietly asked. Shiyo shimmered and was in her civilian clothes. She then weakly got up and put a hand on her head. She looked at Apollo in confusion, the her eyes became clear. She smiled and started running toward Apollo, her arms wide open. The two sisters joined in a hug. A white aura surrounded Apollo and a black one Shiyo, both blending together above them and where they touched. Suddenly, the dome vanished and the air was pierced by a sharp laugh and a low snicker as the sky above them darkened with thunder clouds and the wind picked up. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Well, what did you think?
